The container 1 comprises a body 40. The body 40 may comprise two side walls extending in the length direction of the container 1 and two end walls connected to the ends of the two side walls at the same time. The cabinet 40 is provided with a door 10 for loading and unloading goods, and the door 10 may be provided on a side wall of the cabinet 40 and/or an end wall of the cabinet 40, and may be configured as one of an up-turn door, a down-turn door, and a side-open door as needed. In the illustrated embodiment, the door 10 is provided on an end wall of the cabinet 40 and is configured as a tilt-up door to facilitate loading and unloading of goods.
After the container 1 is loaded with goods, the door 10 needs to be locked. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, there is shown a container door lock device 30 for a container 1 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The container door lock device 30 includes a lock head 31, a lock disk 32, and a drive member.
The lock head 31 is disposed on the door 10, and the specific disposition position is determined according to the form of the door 10. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, since the door 10 is configured as an upturned door, the locking head 31 is preferably provided at the bottom of the door 10 to secure a locking effect to the door 10. It is to be understood that, when the door 10 is configured as a flip-down door, the locking head 31 is preferably provided at an upper portion of the door 10. When the door 10 is configured as a side door, the locking head 31 is preferably provided at the middle portion of the door 10.
The lock disk 32 is provided on the door frame 20 at a position of the door frame 20 corresponding to the lock head 31. Such as when the door 10 is configured as an upturned door, the lock collar is disposed at the bottom of the door frame 20, and preferably at the bottom side of the door frame 20. The lock collar 32 includes a lock collar body 321, a projection 322, and a rotation shaft 324.
The lock collar body 321 is configured substantially in a circular shape, and the lock collar body 321 may be configured in a shape such as an oval shape according to actual needs.
The projection 322 projects in the axial direction of the lock collar body 321, and has an inner edge P1 and an outer edge P2. The projection 322 is provided with a notch 323, that is, in the circumferential direction of the lock disk 32, the projection 322 is configured as a discontinuous structure. The size of the notch 323 is determined according to the size of the lock head 31, and the lock head 31 can enter or exit the notch 323.
The shaft 324 is connected to the lock collar 32, and the axis of the shaft 324 coincides with the axis of the lock collar 32. The lock collar 32 is able to rotate about the pivot shaft 324. In the illustrated predetermined rotation direction a, the radius R1 of the inner edge P1 of the protrusion 322 gradually decreases such that the distance L between the center of the rotation shaft 324 and the inner edge P1 of the protrusion 322 is not equal, i.e., the distance between the center of the rotation shaft 324 and the inner edge P1 of the protrusion 322 also gradually decreases in the predetermined rotation direction a. The distance between the locking head 31 and the inner edge P1 of the projection 322 can also be changed with the rotation of the lock collar 32.
The driving member is connected to the shaft 324 to rotate the shaft 324, so as to drive the lock plate 32 to rotate. When the driving member drives the lock disk 32 to rotate in the predetermined rotation direction a, the distance between the inner edge P1 of the protrusion 322 and the lock head 31 gradually decreases with the rotation of the lock disk 32 in the predetermined rotation direction a until the lock head 31 comes into contact with the inner edge P1, the lock head 31 is locked with the lock disk 32, and the container door lock device 30 is closed. Accordingly, in this process, the gap between the door 10 and the door frame 20 is gradually reduced until the door 10 is locked.
When the door 10 needs to be opened, the lock plate 32 is rotated in a direction opposite to the predetermined rotation direction a, so that the notch 323 is rotated to correspond to the lock head 31, so as to unlock the lock head 31 and the lock plate 32, thereby unlocking the door lock device 30, and then the lock head 31 is withdrawn from the notch 323 to open the door 10.
The driving member is preferably provided to extend beyond the door frame 20 of the container 1 so that an operator can complete the opening operation of the door 10 by the driving member without standing at the door 10, thereby effectively solving the safety problem of the operator and improving the safety performance of the use of the container 1.
It should be noted that the direction in which the driving member extends beyond the door frame 20 of the container 1 is related to the position where the door 10 is disposed. When the door 10 is provided on the end wall of the body 40, the driving member is beyond the door frame 20 of the container 1 in the width direction of the container 1. When the door 10 is provided on the side wall of the body 40, the driving member is beyond the door frame 20 of the container 1 in the length direction of the container 1.
The drive member preferably comprises a drive shaft 331 and an operating portion 332, in particular with reference to fig. 2 and 3. The driving shaft 331 has one end connected to the rotation shaft 324 of the lock collar 32 and the other end connected to the operating portion 332. The operation portion 332 is held by an operator. The operating portion 332 extends beyond the door frame 20 of the container 1 so that an operator can complete the opening operation of the door 10 through the operating portion 332 without standing at the door 10.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the operating portion 332 is configured to include an elongated operating rod 332a and a link 332b that are perpendicular to each other, so that an operator can hold the operating rod 332a to rotate the lock collar 32.
To further ensure personal safety when the operator opens the door 10 to improve the safety of use of the container 1, the container door lock device 30 preferably further comprises a transmission member 34, see in particular fig. 1. The transmission member 34 includes a driving wheel 341, a driven wheel 342, and a connecting member 343.
The drive wheel 341 is arranged in the container body 40 of the container 1 at a position remote from the lock collar 32. In the illustrated embodiment, the driving wheels 341 are provided on a wall of the cabinet 40 perpendicular to the door 10, and are disposed away from the lock collar 32. The driving pulley 341 is connected to the operating portion 332 of the driving member, the driven pulley 342 is connected to the driving shaft 331 of the driving member, and the connecting member 343 is used to connect the driving pulley 341 and the driven pulley 342. The operator rotates the driving wheel 341 through the operating part 332, the driving force is transmitted to the driving shaft 331 through the connecting member 343 and the driven wheel 342, and the locking plate 32 is rotated through the driving shaft 331, so that the container door lock apparatus 30 can be conveniently closed or opened.
The connecting member 343 may be configured as one of a chain, a belt, and a lever as needed to effectively simplify the structure of the connecting member 343.
After the rotating driving wheel 341 locks the container door-lock device 30, that is, locks the door 10 of the container 1, in order to effectively ensure the locking effect, the container door-lock device 30 preferably further includes a locking member 35, and the locking member 35 cooperates with the driving wheel 341 to control the movement of the driving wheel 341.
Referring specifically to fig. 1, the locker 35 includes a locking lever 351, and the driving wheel 341 includes a locking hole (not shown) to be engaged with the locking lever 351, and the locking lever 351 may be inserted into or withdrawn from the locking hole by an external force. When the driving wheel 341 needs to be rotated, the lock lever 351 can be withdrawn from the lock hole by external force. When the driving wheel 341 needs to be locked, the lock lever 351 can be inserted into the lock hole by external force.
To further enhance the locking effect of the container door lock device 30 to the container door 10, the container door lock device 30 preferably includes at least two sets of locking discs 32 and locking heads 31. At least two sets of lock disks 32 are preferably coupled by a coupling shaft 36, particularly referring to fig. 2, so that the container door lock device 30 can be opened or closed in conjunction by the driving member, which can effectively improve the efficiency of opening or locking the container door 10.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, there is shown a container door lock device 50 for a container 1 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the container door lock device 30 of the first embodiment is that the rotating shaft 524 of the lock disc 32 is eccentrically disposed, that is, the axis of the rotating shaft 524 does not coincide with the axis of the lock disc 32, so that the distance L between the center of the rotating shaft 524 and the inner edge P3 of the protrusion 522 is not equal, and thus the distance between the lock head 31 and the inner edge P1 of the protrusion 322 can be changed along with the rotation of the lock disc 32.
Specifically, when the driving member drives the lock collar 32 to rotate in the illustrated predetermined rotation direction a, the distance between the inner edge P3 of the protrusion 522 and the lock head 31 gradually decreases with the rotation of the lock collar 32 in the predetermined rotation direction a until the lock head 31 comes into contact with the inner edge P1, the lock 31 head is locked with the lock collar 32, and the container door lock device 30 is closed. Accordingly, in this process, the gap between the door 10 and the doorframe 20 is gradually decreased until the door 10 is locked.
When the door 10 needs to be opened, the lock plate 32 is rotated in a direction opposite to the predetermined rotation direction a, so that the notch 323 is rotated to correspond to the lock head 31 to unlock the lock head 31 and the lock plate 32, the door lock device 50 is unlocked, and then the lock head 31 is withdrawn from the notch 323 to open the door 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the radii R2 of the inner edges P3 of the protrusions 522 are preferably set to be equal along the predetermined rotation direction a, so as to effectively simplify the structure of the protrusions 522, and further reduce the difficulty in processing the protrusions 522. In other embodiments, not shown, the radius R2 of the inner edge P3 of the protrusion 522 in the predetermined rotational direction a may also be set unequal, such as gradually decreasing, as desired.
