The lock catch part 41 is hinged with the box body 100, the control part 43 is movably connected with the lock catch part 41, one end of the resetting part 42 is abutted against the lock catch part 41, the other end of the resetting part 42 is abutted against the control part 43, the control part 43 comprises a lock tongue 431, and the resetting part 42 provides an abutting force for the lock tongue 431. The latch 41 is used to drive the reset element 42 and the control element 43 to turn around the hinge of the latch 41 and the box 100. As shown in fig. 10, when the locking member 41 drives the control member 43 to rotate to the preset position, the latch 431 can operatively lock the case cover 200 by the pushing force of the reset member 42.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the lock tongue 431 is movably disposed on the lock catch 41, and the other end of the reset piece 42 abuts against the lock tongue 431, and has an abutting force that pushes the lock tongue 431 to move toward the end away from the reset piece 42, the control piece 43 further includes a button 432 movably connected to the lock catch 41, and the button 432 further abuts against the lock tongue 431 and is movably disposed, and when the reset piece 42 pushes the lock tongue 431 to move, the lock tongue 431 abuts against the button 432 to move in a direction perpendicular to the movement of the lock tongue 431. When the container 10 is locked, the locking member 41 is rotated, the locking member 41 drives the resetting member 42 and the control member 43 to turn over around the hinge of the locking member 41 and the container body 100, when the locking member 41 drives the control member 43 to turn over to the preset position, the latch 431 operably locks the container cover 200 through the pushing force of the resetting member 42, the resetting member 42 is in a loose state without the action of external force, and the resetting member 42 can enable the latch 431 to maintain the container cover 200 without the action of external force. When it is required to open the lid 200, the button 432 is pressed by hand, the button 432 pushes the latch tongue 431 away from the lid 200, and then the restoring member 42 is compressed, and then the latch member 41 needs to be turned over along the hinge with the case 100 so that the latch member 41 is separated from the lid 200. It should be understood that the above embodiment is provided with the latch member 41 hingedly connected to the box 100, and those skilled in the art can hingedly connect the latch member 41 to the box cover 200 according to actual requirements.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the locking member 41 is provided with a mounting groove 412, the mounting groove 412 has a pair of first groove side walls 4121 spaced apart from each other, a second groove side wall 4122 connected to the pair of first groove side walls 4121, and a groove bottom 4123 connecting the pair of first groove side walls 4121 and the second groove side wall 4122, the second groove side wall 4122 is located on a side of the mounting groove 412 away from the side where the locking member 41 is hingedly connected to the box body 100, and the pair of first groove side walls 4121 and the second groove side wall 4122 surround a periphery of the groove bottom 4123. The latch tongue 431 is slidably connected to the pair of first groove side walls 4121, one end of the returning member 42 abuts against the second groove side wall 4122, and the other end of the returning member 42 abuts against one end of the latch tongue 431 facing the second groove side wall 4122. As shown in fig. 10, the button 432 is slidably connected to the pair of second groove side walls 4122, and the button 432 has a guide surface 4321 facing the second groove side walls 4122 and abutting the locking tongue 431, and when the locking tongue 431 moves in a direction relative to the second groove side walls 4122, the button 432 moves in a direction approaching the groove bottom 4123. The guide surface 4321 provides a guide for the movement of the latch tongue 431, and can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Further, the second embodiment of the present invention may also be provided with a receiving portion as in the first embodiment, and the receiving portion is abutted against the top of the cover 200 when the locking member 41 is turned to the predetermined position. The receiving portion is disposed to abut against the top of the cover 200, so that the case 100 and the cover 200 are closely attached to each other when the locking device 300 locks the container 10. It should be understood that in the embodiment where the latch member 41 is hingedly connected to the cover 200, the receiving portion abuts against the cover 200 when the latch member 41 is turned to the predetermined position.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the lock tongue 431 has a lock tongue body 4311 and a coupling shaft 4312 protruding from a side edge of the lock tongue body 4311, the reset member 42 abuts against the lock tongue body 4311, the lock tongue body 4311 is used for locking the box cover 200 under the abutting force of the reset member 42, the first groove side wall 4121 has a first long groove 4124 for inserting the coupling shaft 4312, and an extending direction of the first long groove 4124 is the same as a moving direction of the lock tongue 431. The guide surface 4321 is a tapered surface between the groove bottom 4123 and the second groove side wall 4122, and abuts against a side of the coupling shaft 4312 away from the tongue body 4311 and the reset element 42. The first long groove 4124 is provided to be engaged with the coupling shaft 4312, so that the latch tongue 431 can move only in the extending direction of the first long groove 4124. Understandably, in other embodiments, the latch bolt body 4311 may have a guiding surface with an inclined surface, and the button 432 has a straight surface to abut against the guiding surface with the inclined surface, such that when the button 432 is pressed to move horizontally, the latch bolt can move vertically, i.e. the button moves in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the latch bolt. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view illustrating a cross-sectional view of the locker 300 when the box 100 and the box cover 200 are locked, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural view illustrating a cross-sectional view of the locker 300 when the button 432 is pressed, and specifically, referring to fig. 12 and 13, when the button 432 is pressed, that is, the button 432 is pressed to be close to the locking member 41, the locking tongue 431 moves along the guide surface 4321, the reset member 42 is compressed, so that the locking tongue 431 is separated from the box cover 200, and then the locking member 41 is bent so that the locking member 41 rotates about the hinge shaft, so that the box 100 and the box cover 200 can be separated. And the process of locking the case body 100 and the cover 200 is reversed from the above process. It should be understood that, in the above embodiment, the latch member 41 is hinged to the box 100, and those skilled in the art can also hinge the latch member 41 to the box cover 200 according to actual requirements, and the latch body 4311 can be used for latching the box 100 under the pushing force of the reset member 42. The reset element may be a spring structure as shown in fig. 9, and may be a spring plate or an elastic block in other embodiments.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the button 432 has a first panel 4322, a pair of engaging lugs 4323 disposed at two opposite sides of the first panel 4322, and an inserting plate 4324 disposed between the pair of engaging lugs 4323 and connected to the first panel 4322, wherein the pair of engaging lugs 4323 are slidably connected to the pair of first groove sidewalls 4121, respectively, and the inserting plate 4324 is operatively inserted into the mounting groove 412 and is opposite to the second groove sidewalls 4122. The guide surface 4321 is located on a side of the first panel 4322 facing the groove bottom 4123, and the bolt body 4311 is located between the groove bottom 4123 and the first panel 4322. Wherein the reset element 42 is operable to push the bolt body 4311 to move toward a side away from the insert plate 4324 and partially exposed to the first panel 4322. The setting can be performed by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the locking element 41 is provided with a through hole 413, and the through hole 413 is located at a side of the groove bottom 4123 departing from the second groove side wall 4122, and as shown in fig. 10, when the part of the bolt body 4311 pushed by the reset element 42 is exposed outside the first panel 4322, the bolt body 4311 is opposite to the through hole 413. The setting is reasonable, and the setting can be carried out by the person skilled in the art according to the actual needs.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, a stop portion 21 is disposed on the box cover 200, the locking member 41 is hinged to the box body 100, when the locking member 41 is turned to the preset position, the reset member 42 pushes the latch 431 to move toward the top of the box cover 200, and the latch 431 operably abuts against the stop portion 21. It should be understood that the above embodiment is that the locking member 41 is hinged to the case 100, and those skilled in the art can also hinge the locking member 41 to the case cover 200 according to actual requirements, so that the stopping portion 21 is located on the case 100.
In fig. 8, the side where the locker is installed is the locking side, the stopping portion 21 is a plate body extending toward the locking side in fig. 11, the end of the plate body facing the locking side is bent upward to form a hook body, and the locking tongue can abut against the hook body to form the locker to lock the cover plate. In other embodiments, the cover plate may be recessed to form a stop portion, so that the latch bolt extends into the recess to abut against the sidewall of the recess to form a latch. Or the lock tongue can also be a lock hook, the stopping part is a hole 21, and the lock hook is hooked into the hole to form a locking device to lock the cover plate.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, it should be understood that aspects of the embodiments can be modified, if necessary, to employ aspects, features and concepts of the various patents, applications and publications to provide yet further embodiments.
These and other changes can be made to the embodiments in light of the above detailed description. In general, in the claims, the terms used should not be construed to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed in the specification and the claims, but should be construed to include all possible embodiments along with the full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (13)

1. A container, comprising:
a box body;
a case cover for opening or closing the case body; and
a locker, the locker comprising: the locking device comprises a locking piece, a resetting piece and a control piece; the lock catch piece is hinged with one of the box body or the box cover, and the control piece is movably connected with the lock catch piece; one end of the reset piece abuts against the lock catch piece, and the other end of the reset piece abuts against the control piece; the control part comprises a lock tongue, and the resetting part provides a pushing force for the lock tongue;
the lock catch piece is used for driving the resetting piece and the control piece to overturn around the hinged position of the lock catch piece and one of the box body or the box cover; when the locking piece drives the control piece to overturn to a preset position, the lock tongue can operatively lock the other one of the box body or the box cover through the pushing force of the resetting piece.
2. The container as claimed in claim 1, wherein said locking member has a lock body, and a hinge shaft provided at an end of said lock body; the lock tongue faces to the side of the hinge shaft;
a convex stopping part is arranged on the other one of the box body or the box cover, and a through hole is formed in the lock body; when the locking fastener is turned over to the preset position, the stopping part and the lock tongue can be matched with each other in an operable mode to penetrate through the through hole to be locked.
3. The container of claim 2, wherein the stop portion passes through the through opening when the catch member is flipped to the predetermined position, and the latch tongue is operable to latch with the stop portion.
4. The container of claim 3, wherein the latch member is hingedly connected to the housing, and the stop is disposed on top of the lid;
the lock body is provided with a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface opposite to the first mounting surface, and the bolt is positioned on the side of the second mounting surface;
the second mounting surface is at least partially bent and extended towards the side where the first mounting surface is located to form a bearing part, and when the lock catch piece is turned over to the preset position, the bearing part is abutted to the top of the box cover.
5. The container of claim 2, wherein the control further comprises a button fixedly connected with the latch, the button is hinged with the latch, and the other end of the reset member abuts against the button;
the reset piece provides a pushing force for the button, so that the button can rotate around the hinged part of the lock catch piece and drive the lock tongue to move towards the side of the through opening.
6. The container of claim 5, wherein said button has a projecting coupling shaft thereon, said coupling shaft being hingedly connected to said latch member; the reset piece is provided with a torsion spring part sleeved on the connecting shaft, and a first connecting part and a second connecting part which extend out from two ends of the torsion spring part;
the first connecting part is abutted against the button, and the second connecting part is abutted against the locking piece.
7. The container of claim 6, wherein the first connecting portion urges the latch to rotate against the stop portion when the locking member is flipped to the predetermined position.
8. The container of claim 1, wherein said latch tongue is movably disposed on said catch member; the other end of the reset piece is abutted against the lock tongue and is provided with an abutting force for pushing the lock tongue to move towards one end departing from the reset piece;
the control part also comprises a button movably connected with the lock catch part, and the button is also abutted against the lock tongue and can be movably arranged;
when the reset piece pushes the lock tongue to move, the lock tongue pushes the button to move along the direction vertical to the movement of the lock tongue.

The container of claim 8, wherein said latch member defines a mounting slot; the mounting groove has a pair of first groove side walls which are oppositely spaced, a second groove side wall which is connected with the pair of first groove side walls, and a groove bottom which connects the pair of first groove side walls and the second groove side wall, the second groove side wall is positioned at one side of the mounting groove which is far away from the side where the locking fastener is hinged with one of the box body or the box cover, and the pair of first groove side walls and the second groove side wall surround the periphery of the groove bottom;
the lock tongue is connected with the pair of first groove side walls in a sliding mode, one end of the reset piece abuts against the second groove side walls, and the other end of the reset piece abuts against one end, facing the second groove side walls, of the lock tongue;
the button is slidably connected with the pair of second groove side walls; the button is provided with a guide surface facing the side wall of the second groove and abutting against the lock tongue; when the lock tongue moves relative to the direction of the side wall of the second groove, the button moves towards the direction close to the bottom of the groove.
10. The container of claim 9, wherein the latch has a latch body, and a coupling shaft protruding from a side of the latch body; the resetting piece is abutted against the bolt body; the bolt body is used for locking the other one of the box body or the box cover under the pushing force of the resetting piece;
the side wall of the first groove is provided with a first long groove for inserting the connecting shaft, and the extending direction of the first long groove is the same as the moving direction of the lock tongue;
the guide surface is an inclined surface which is gradually reduced and faces away from the direction of the groove bottom and is arranged between the side wall of the second groove, and the inclined surface is propped against one side of the connecting shaft, which deviates from the lock tongue body and is propped against the reset piece.
11. The container of claim 10, wherein the button has a first panel, a pair of engaging ears disposed opposite each side of the first panel, and an insert plate disposed between the pair of engaging ears and connected to the first panel; and a pair of said engaging lugs slidably engaging a pair of said first slot side walls, respectively, said insert plate being operatively insertable into said mounting slot and opposite said second slot side wall;
the guide surface is positioned on one side of the first panel facing the groove bottom; the lock tongue body is positioned between the groove bottom and the first panel;
wherein the reset piece is operable to push the bolt body to move towards a side away from the insertion plate and is at least partially exposed out of the first panel.
12. The container of claim 11 wherein said fastener member defines a through opening; the through hole is positioned on one side of the groove bottom, which is far away from the side wall of the second groove; when the bolt body is pushed by the resetting piece to be at least partially exposed out of the first panel, the bolt body is opposite to the through hole.
13. The container of claim 12, wherein the lid has a stop portion and the latch member is hingedly connected to the housing; when the lock catch piece is turned to a preset position, the reset piece pushes the lock tongue to move towards the top of the box cover, and the lock tongue can be operably abutted to the stopping portion.
