Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a structure of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having an antenna box.
Background
There are outdoor units of air conditioners that have wireless communication modules and antennas. In order to protect the wireless communication module and the antenna, an antenna case is generally provided, in which a circuit board is accommodated to function as the antenna, the wireless communication module, and the like.
In the conventional outdoor unit of an air conditioner with an antenna box, the antenna box includes a locking part for locking the antenna box to the outdoor unit from the outside of the outdoor unit casing, and then a waterproof sealing coating (e.g., a sealant, etc.) is applied between the antenna box and the outer surface of the outdoor unit casing to protect the circuit board in the antenna box from water.
However, in the existing outdoor unit of an air conditioner with an antenna box having the above structure, since the antenna box is installed outside the outdoor unit, it is exposed to wind and rain for a long time, and challenges are presented to the sealing performance and durability of the sealing waterproof coating. Moreover, the influence of the external environment also puts high demands on the installation stability of the antenna box.
In addition, in the outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the antenna box is usually protruded from the casing of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and thus, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed, an installer can easily use the antenna box as a handle for carrying and pulling the indoor unit of the air conditioner. This puts higher demands on the mounting stability of the antenna box.
Therefore, it is necessary to improve an antenna box and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having the antenna box, so as to solve the above technical problems in the prior art.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention is made to solve the problems of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the prior art. The utility model aims at providing a structure is improved has air condensing units of antenna box, and it can ensure that the antenna box firmly installs on air condensing units's outdoor unit casing.
According to the utility model discloses, an air conditioner outdoor unit with antenna box includes the outdoor unit casing, and the antenna box is installed on the outdoor unit casing, is provided with the circuit board in the antenna box. The antenna box comprises an antenna box body and an antenna box cover, wherein the antenna box cover is connected with the antenna box body to seal the antenna box body. The antenna box body is provided with a connecting part, and the antenna box is installed on the outdoor unit shell through the connecting part. When the antenna box is mounted on the outdoor unit casing, a portion of the antenna box on one side of the connection portion and including the antenna box cover is located inside the outdoor unit casing, and a portion of the antenna box on the other side of the connection portion is located outside the outdoor unit casing and accommodates the circuit board.
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner with the structure, the antenna box is installed through the outdoor unit casing, and a part of the antenna box is positioned at the inner side of the outdoor unit casing, so that the installed antenna box can be more firmly installed on the outdoor unit casing and is not easy to fall off. The antenna box cover of the antenna box is positioned in the outdoor unit shell, so that the waterproof performance of the antenna box can be improved. In addition, positioning the circuit board in a portion of the antenna box located outside the outdoor unit casing and the antenna box cover located inside the outdoor unit casing makes it possible to make the circuit board away from the connection portion between the antenna box body and the antenna box cover, which helps to prevent the circuit board from being affected by water infiltration due to poor sealing or generation of a gap (gap) at the connection portion between the antenna box body and the antenna box cover.
In a specific structure, the connecting portion includes a first card slot provided on an upper surface of the antenna box body and a second card slot provided on a lower surface of the antenna box body. In addition, the connection part may include, as additional or alternative embodiments, a third card slot provided on one side surface of the antenna box body and a fourth card slot provided on the other opposite side surface of the antenna box body. The sheet metal of casing front bezel can block into these draw-in grooves to realize the fixed connection of antenna box on the casing front bezel.
Preferably, the width of the first card slot is smaller than that of the second card slot. This is particularly advantageous when the sheet metal of the front housing plate is first snapped into the first latching groove during assembly. That is, such a structure ensures that the case front plate can be tightly caught in the first catching groove when mounted, and allows a certain movement margin of the case front plate in the second catching groove to facilitate the detachment of the antenna case from the case front plate.
Preferably, a convex strip is formed on one side of the second slot opposite to the antenna box cover, and the convex strip protrudes from the lower surface of the antenna box body. The rib may be used to guide water downward, thereby improving the waterproof performance of the antenna case.
Preferably, an inclined plane is formed on one side of the raised line back to the antenna box cover. The inclined plane can improve the guiding function to water and can also play a role in guiding the sheet metal of the front plate of the shell to be clamped in the second clamping groove.
Preferably, the middle portion of the rib has a larger size, and both ends of the rib have a smaller size. This variable dimension structure of the rib helps to improve the strength of the rib, and thus improves the clamping firmness to the housing front panel.
In another preferred structure, at least one anti-loose piece is formed in the second slot, and the anti-loose piece compensates the fit tolerance between the antenna box and the outdoor unit casing. The tolerance compensation effect of the anti-loose piece can further improve the installation stability of the antenna box on the front plate of the shell.
Preferably, one side of the anti-loosening element facing the second slot is an inclined surface, so that a gap is formed between the anti-loosening element and one side surface of the second slot.
Preferably, be formed with on the antenna box lid and correct the muscle, when the antenna box lid is connected to the antenna box body, correct the inboard of muscle butt antenna box body, prevent that antenna box body warp. By preventing the deformation of the antenna box body, the antenna box can be prevented from falling off from the front plate of the shell body accidentally.
Preferably, a wiring port is formed at the lower side of the antenna box cover. Thus, after being installed, the wiring port is arranged inside the outdoor unit shell, so that the wiring of the circuit board can be protected from the external environment, and the service life of the outdoor unit shell can be prolonged.
Preferably, the antenna box further comprises a circuit board fixing cover, the circuit board is fixed on the circuit board fixing cover, and the circuit board fixing cover is fixedly installed in the antenna box body. The circuit board fixing cover is arranged to facilitate the circuit board to be stably installed in the antenna box body.
The circuit board fixing cover is preferably also provided in a portion of the antenna box located outside the outdoor unit casing. In this way, the circuit board securing cover may achieve additional waterproof protection of the circuit board.
Preferably, to avoid or reduce interference with the signals of the circuit board, the circuit board is positioned away from the front plate of the housing. More preferably, the circuit board is located adjacent an end of the antenna box that is external to and remote from the outdoor unit housing. In this way, interference with the circuit board signals is minimized.
Preferably, a waterproof layer is arranged at the connecting part between the antenna box body and the antenna box cover, so that the waterproof performance of the antenna box is further improved.
The antenna box may be mounted on a casing front plate of the outdoor unit casing or may be mounted on a right side plate of the outdoor unit casing, where the right side plate refers to a plate disposed on a right side of the outdoor unit casing when viewed from a front surface of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
In the outdoor unit casing, at least one fan grille is arranged on the casing front plate, and the antenna box is arranged on the upper right of the fan grille. For example, in a structure having one fan grill, an antenna box is installed at the upper right of the fan grill; in a structure having a plurality of fan grills arranged in an up-down direction, an antenna box is installed at the upper right of the lowermost fan grill. This mounting location of the antenna box may facilitate inspection and maintenance of the antenna box.
Preferably, the antenna box has two portions of different sizes. Specifically, the portion of the antenna box located inside the outdoor unit casing has a first size, and the portion thereof located outside the outdoor unit casing has a second size, wherein the first size is larger than the second size. With regard to the "first size/second size" herein, for the antenna case of a generally employed rectangular section, the size herein may be at least one of the height and width of the antenna case. Alternatively, if the antenna box takes other shapes, such as circular cross-section, the size herein may refer to the radius or diameter of the cross-section of the antenna box, etc.
By such different sized portions, the antenna box body portion of the antenna box can be inserted from inside the outdoor unit casing and out through the casing front panel while the antenna box cover remains inside the outdoor unit casing when installed. Moreover, the matching at the connecting part between the antenna box and the outdoor unit shell is slightly in interference fit, and the mounting firmness of the antenna box on the outdoor unit shell is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood, however, that the drawings illustrate only a preferred embodiment of the invention and are not to be considered limiting of its scope. Various obvious modifications, variations and equivalent arrangements may be devised by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments shown in the drawings, and the technical features may be arbitrarily combined in different embodiments without contradiction, which all fall within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner according to the present invention. The outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner includes an outdoor unit casing 10, and an antenna box 20 is attached to the outdoor unit casing 10. For example, in the exemplary structure shown in the drawings, the antenna box 20 is mounted on the case front plate 11 of the outdoor unit case 10. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the antenna box 20 may be mounted on the right side plate 13 of the outdoor unit casing 10 as viewed in fig. 1. As will be understood from fig. 1, the right side plate 13 herein refers to a plate located on the right side of the outdoor unit casing 10 when viewed from the front of the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner.
The following description will be made mainly taking as an example the case where antenna case 20 is mounted on case front plate 11, and these disclosures will also be applied to the case where antenna case 20 is mounted on right side plate 13.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a fan grill 12 is included on a casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10, and the antenna box 20 is installed at an upper right side of the fan grill 12 as viewed in the drawing.
The casing front panel 11 and/or the right side panel 13 of the outdoor unit casing 10 may be detachably connected to other parts of the outdoor unit casing 10, so that the components of the air conditioner outdoor unit 1, such as the fan, the electrical box, and the antenna box 20, can be repaired by detaching the casing front panel 11 and/or the right side panel 13. Of course, it is within the scope of the present invention that the housing front panel 11 and the right side panel 13 may be fixedly attached to the rest of the outdoor unit housing 10, or non-removable.
Fig. 2a shows a schematic exploded perspective view of the antenna box 20 of fig. 1 mounted on the outdoor unit case 10. The antenna case 20 includes an antenna case body 21, and the circuit board 30 is accommodated in the antenna case body 21.
The antenna case body 21 is closed at one end and opened at the other end to allow the circuit board 30 to be mounted into the antenna case body 21. The open end of the antenna case body 21 is closed by the antenna case cover 22. In one example, the antenna box cover 22 is preferably removably attached to the open end of the antenna box body 21, closing it and allowing the antenna box cover 22 to be opened to replace the circuit board 30 therein during subsequent servicing. For example, as can be seen from fig. 2a, the buckling parts 24 are formed on both side edges of the opening end of the antenna box body 21, and the buckling holes 25 matching with the buckling parts 24 are formed on the corresponding both side edges of the antenna box cover 22. When the antenna cover 22 is attached, the locking portion 24 is locked in the locking hole 25. When the circuit board 30 in the antenna box 20 needs to be replaced, a large force is applied to the antenna box cover 22 to disengage the locking part 24 from the locking hole 25, so that the antenna box cover 22 can be detached from the antenna box body 21. Alternatively, the antenna box cover 22 may be fixedly connected to the antenna box body 21, and the antenna box 20 may be replaced as a whole if the circuit board 30 therein is found to be damaged during maintenance.
Preferably, in the installed antenna box 20, the circuit board 30 is located in a space on the side of the antenna box body 21 of the antenna box 20, and when the antenna box 20 is installed on the casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10, a portion of the antenna box 20 protecting the antenna box cover 22 is inside the outdoor unit casing 10, and most of the antenna box body 21 is located outside the outdoor unit casing 10. In this way, by positioning the circuit board 30 in the antenna box body 21, the circuit board 30 is not affected or the influence caused by water infiltration is reduced when a gap (gap) results in water infiltration at the connection portion between the antenna box body 21 and the antenna box cover 22. Preferably, the circuit board 30 is positioned adjacent to the end of the antenna box body 21 outside the outdoor unit casing 10 and away from the outdoor unit casing 10, so that the circuit board 30 is as far away from the casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10 as possible, thereby minimizing the interference of the circuit board 30 with its signals when in operation.
Fig. 2b shows a schematic cross-sectional view at the connection between the antenna box cover 22 and the antenna box body 21, from which the cooperation between the snapping portions 24 and the snapping holes 25 can be seen more clearly. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 2b, a sealing member 26 is preferably further disposed between the antenna box body 21 and the antenna box cover 22 to further improve the sealing and waterproof performance at the connection portion between the antenna box body 21 and the antenna box cover 22.
The seal 26 is preferably an EPDM waterproof layer.
Preferably, the antenna case 20 further includes a circuit board fixing cover 23, the circuit board 30 is attached to the circuit board fixing cover 23, for example, snapped on the circuit board fixing cover 23, and then the circuit board fixing cover 23 with the circuit board 30 attached thereto is fitted into the antenna case body 21 of the antenna case 20. For example, the height of the circuit board fixing cover 23 is larger than the height of the inner cavity of the antenna case body 21, and/or the width of the circuit board fixing cover 23 is larger than the width of the inner cavity of the antenna case body 21, so that the circuit board fixing cover 23 can be interference-fitted in the antenna case body 21. Alternatively, the circuit board fixing cover 23 may be fixedly fitted in the antenna case body 21 by other means as will occur to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 3a, the antenna box body 21 is provided with a connection portion through which the antenna box 20 is connected to the casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10. In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 3a, the connection portion provided on the antenna box body 21 includes a first card slot 41 located on the upper surface of the antenna box body 21 and a second card slot 42 located on the lower surface of the antenna box body 21. The first and second card slots 41 and 42 are sized to accommodate a plate thickness of the casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10, that is, the casing front plate 11 of the outdoor unit casing 10 can be snapped into the first and second card slots 41 and 42.
Alternatively or additionally, card slots similar to the first card slot 41 and the second card slot 42 may be provided on both left and right side surfaces of the antenna case body 21, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3a-3c, the process of mounting antenna box 20 to housing front plate 11 will be described. In the drawings shown in fig. 3a to 3c, the left side of the casing front plate 11 is the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10, and the right side of the casing front plate 11 is the inside of the outdoor unit casing 10. An opening is opened in the case front plate 11, and the opening is sized to allow at least a part of the antenna case 20, such as an antenna case body 21 of the antenna case 20, to be fixedly mounted to the case front plate 11 through the opening.
In the state shown in fig. 3a, the antenna box 20 is inserted from the inside of the outdoor unit casing 10 to the outside and passes through the opening of the casing front plate 11. During insertion, it is preferably slightly inclined so that the first card slot 41 on the upper surface of the antenna box body 21 first comes into contact with the case front plate 11.
Then, as shown in fig. 3c, antenna box 20 is rotated, so that the sheet metal of case front plate 11 located below antenna box 20 is snapped into second card slot 42. Thereby, the mounting of antenna case 20 is completed. Preferably, a convex strip 43 is formed on the side of the second card slot 42 opposite to the antenna box cover 22. The convex strip 43 is formed to protrude from the lower surface of the antenna case body 21. The ribs 43 can help to improve the holding stability of the housing front plate 11 in the second engaging groove 42. Furthermore, the convex strips 43 also function to guide water, so that rainwater and the like falling on the antenna case 20 are guided downward away from the connection portion between the antenna case 20 and the case front plate 11 in the case of rain or the like, for example, and contribute to an improvement in the waterproof protection capability of the antenna case 20.
And further preferably, the side of the rib 43 remote from the antenna box cover 22 is formed with a ramp 44 (shown more clearly in fig. 4 a). As can be seen from fig. 3b and 3c, this slope 44 of rib 43 may play a guiding role in rotating antenna box 20 to snap the sheet metal of front housing plate 11 into second card slot 42, enabling rib 43 to more easily pass over front housing plate 11 to cause front housing plate 11 to snap into second card slot 42. When the housing front plate 11 is snapped into the second engaging groove 42, the protruding strip 43 will be slightly deformed under the pressure of the housing front plate 11, and after the housing front plate 11 passes the protruding strip 43 and is snapped into the second engaging groove 42, the protruding strip 43 will at least partially recover its original shape.
Here, the widths of the first card slot 41 and the second card slot 42 may be the same.
Alternatively, it is preferable that the width of the first card slot 41 is smaller than the width of the second card slot 42. In this way, the metal plate of the housing front plate 11 that is first inserted into the first card slot 41 can be more tightly held, thereby ensuring the connection stability. The second slot 42 has a wider width, which allows a certain movement margin of the sheet metal of the front housing plate 11 in the second slot 42, and helps to make the sheet metal of the front housing plate 11 escape from the second slot 42 when the antenna case 20 is removed.
Returning to fig. 3a-3c, in a preferred construction, the antenna box 20 of the present application includes two portions of different sizes, preferably demarcated by a connecting portion, wherein the portion of one side of the antenna box body 21 has a smaller size to allow at least the portion of the antenna box body 21 of the antenna box 20 to be inserted into and pass through the opening in the casing front plate 11, and the portion of one side of the antenna box cover 22 has a larger size to retain the antenna box cover 22 inside the outdoor unit casing 10, and further preferably to provide a slight interference fit at the connecting portion between the antenna box 20 and the casing front plate 11, thereby improving the mounting security of the antenna box 20 on the outdoor unit casing 10. For a generally rectangular cross-section antenna box, the dimensions herein may be at least one of the height and width of the antenna box. Alternatively, if the antenna box takes other shapes, such as circular cross-section, the dimensions herein may refer to the radius or diameter of the cross-section of the antenna box, etc.
Fig. 4a shows antenna box 20 of the present invention in a bottom perspective view so that the bottom of antenna box 20 can be seen. Fig. 4b shows a partial enlargement of the portion a in fig. 4 a.
It can be seen that at least one anti-loosening element 45 is arranged in the second locking groove 42, which anti-loosening element 45 is in the form of a reinforcing rib. The structure shown in the figures comprises four anti-loose elements 45. Of course, the number of the anti-loose members 45 can be any other suitable number according to the requirement. This locking piece 45 can absorb the fit tolerance between antenna case 20 and the opening of case front plate 11, and prevent the occurrence of looseness between antenna case 20 and case front plate 11, particularly prevent looseness of antenna case 20 in the up-down direction.
Preferably, the side of the anti-loose piece 45 facing the opening of the second slot 42 is an inclined surface, so that a gap is formed between the anti-loose piece 45 and one side of the second slot 42 for receiving the sheet metal of the front housing plate 11.
As can be seen in fig. 4a, in a preferred construction, the ribs 43 are of varying size. Specifically, the thickness is larger at the middle portion of the convex strip 43, and smaller at both ends of the convex strip 43. In addition, as shown, the middle portion of the rib 43 may have a larger height, while the heights of the two ends of the rib 43 are smaller. This size-changing structure of the protruding strips 43 can facilitate installation and can improve the engagement stability of the sheet metal of the housing front plate 11 in the second engaging groove 42. Specifically, since different portions of the convex strip 43 have different sizes, for example, the middle portions thereof protrude, in the process of rotating the antenna case 20 to cause the metal plate of the case front plate 11 to be caught in the second catching groove 42, the contact surface between the metal plate and the convex strip 43 is small, and thus the friction force therebetween is also small, thereby facilitating the metal plate to pass over the convex strip 43. After the installation, the size-changing structure of the protruding strip 43 can increase the contact surface between the protruding strip 43 and the sheet metal, so as to improve the engagement stability of the sheet metal of the housing front plate 11 in the second slot 42.
Also preferably, as seen in fig. 4a, a wiring port 51 is provided at the bottom of the antenna box cover 22 portion of the antenna box 20. The wiring of the circuit board 30 may be led out through the wiring port 51, and led to a controller of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, etc., for transmitting a signal sensed by the circuit board 30,
as described above, when the antenna box 20 is mounted on the casing front plate 11, the antenna box cover 22 of the antenna box 20 and the portion in the vicinity thereof are located inside the outdoor unit casing 10. Therefore, the wiring opening 51 is provided at or near the antenna cover 22, which can contribute to protecting the wiring from the external environment, thereby improving the service life thereof.
In another preferred construction, as shown in fig. 5a and 5b, a leveling rib 27 may also be provided in the antenna box cover 22. When the antenna case cover 22 is attached to the antenna case body 21, the leveling rib 27 abuts against the inside of the antenna case body 21, thereby preventing the deformation of the antenna case body 21. As can be seen more clearly in the cross-sectional view shown in fig. 5b, the aligning ribs 27 are in the form of ribs protruding from the end plate of the antenna box cover 22. Of course, the leveling rib 27 may be provided also in the vicinity of the lower side plate of the antenna box cover 22, thereby similarly preventing deformation of the lower portion of the antenna box body 21. As shown in fig. 5b, the upper surface of the leveling rib 27 (i.e., the surface facing the upper side of the antenna box cover 22) is sloped to provide a guide for the connection process.
Fig. 6 shows an outdoor unit 1' of an air conditioner according to another embodiment. Unlike the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner shown in fig. 1, the outdoor unit 1' includes two fan grills 12, and the two fan grills 12 are arranged in the vertical direction. An antenna box 20 is also installed on the outdoor unit 1' of the air conditioner, wherein the antenna box 20 is preferably installed at the upper right of which of the fan grilles 12 located at the lowermost position. In this manner, inspection and maintenance of antenna box 20 by personnel may be facilitated.
The structure of the preferred embodiment of the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner and the antenna box 20 mounted thereon of the present application has been described above. Obvious modifications and variations of the described structure are possible for a person skilled in the art, which are within the scope of protection of the present application.
