Detailed Description
The disclosure is described in detail below with the aid of exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the following detailed description of the present disclosure is intended for purposes of illustration only and is not intended to limit the present disclosure in any way. Moreover, like reference numerals are used to refer to like elements throughout the various figures.
Referring to fig. 1, a building structure 100 for tie-down conversion according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of care units 10 each including a ward 1 and a drying room 2, the drying room 2 being disposed at a side of the care units near the outside and being partitioned by a movable partition wall 3 or 3' therebetween. In ordinary use, the activity partition wall can be put down to make these nursing unit 10's sunning room 2 can be separated through the activity partition wall, and at this moment, disease and medical personnel are got into the ward by the passageway corridor in the inboard outside the nursing unit, and the activity partition wall of putting down has guaranteed that every nursing unit all includes between an solitary sunning rather than the intercommunication, thereby ensures every nursing unit's independence, satisfies normal daylighting ventilation, the vision is penetrating and the sunning requirement. On the other hand, in the epidemic situation, the movable partition wall can be retracted to make the drying rooms 2 of the nursing units 10 communicate with each other to form a contaminated area passage, at this time, the medical staff enters the ward through the passage corridor at the inner side outside the nursing units, and the patient enters the ward through the contaminated area passage, so as to realize the clean and dirty shunt of the doctor and the patient.
It should be noted that the movable partition wall is built and removed by moving between the use position and the retraction position, and is not time-consuming and labor-consuming to dismantle and build as a civil wall, so that the amount of work is reduced to the maximum extent, and the quick and smooth switching of the nursing unit is realized.
The specific structure and use of the movable partition wall will be described in detail below.
Fig. 2a to 2d show a movable partition wall 3 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure for a drying room 2 of a care unit 10.
Specifically, the movable partition wall 3 includes: a base 31 having a concave shape forming a recess 31a, and the base 31 being mounted in the ceiling 21 of the drying compartment 2 with the recess 31a facing downward in use; and a partition 32 movably connected to the base 31 for movement between a first position (also referred to as a use position, as shown in fig. 2 a) in which the partition 32 is moved in a vertical direction to form a partition of the drying compartment 2, and a second position (also referred to as a stowed position, as shown in fig. 2 b) in which the partition 32 is moved in a horizontal direction to be received in the recess 31 a.
In the above configuration, the switching of the movable partition wall 3 between the ordinary use and the epidemic use is achieved by the movement of the partition member 32 between the first position and the second position, and thus the quick epidemics switching of the nursing unit is achieved. In addition, since the base 31 formed with the recess 31a is provided and the base 31 is installed in the ceiling 21 of the airing room 2, when in epidemic use, that is, when the partition 32 is moved to be in the horizontal direction to be received in the recess 31a, the movable partition 3 does not occupy the contaminated zone passage formed by the airing rooms communicating with each other at all, so that the clear width of the contaminated zone passage is maximized, for example, the requirement of the clear width of the passing bed passage being 2400mm or more is satisfied, thereby facilitating smooth passing of patients and medical instruments and reducing the risk of occurrence of accidental collision.
Referring to fig. 2c and 2d, the connection structure of the partition 32 and the base 31 is shown in detail.
Specifically, the movable partition wall 3 includes a guide rail 312 and a guide rail connector 321 slidably connected with the guide rail 312, wherein the guide rail 312 is fixedly connected on the inner top surface 31b of the base 31 in the longitudinal direction of the base 31, and the partition 32 is rotatably connected to the guide rail connector 321 to rotate between the vertical direction and the horizontal direction with respect to the guide rail connector 321, thereby enabling the partition 32 to move with respect to the base 31.
In other words, the partition 32 being movable relative to the base 31 may be embodied such that the partition 32 is slidable and rotatable relative to the base 31, thereby moving between the first position and the second position.
In this embodiment, the rail connector 321 may be a pulley and may be mounted within the rail 312.
It is contemplated that the guide rail 312 may be a plurality of guide rails arranged parallel to each other, and preferably, the guide rail 312 may be a plurality of guide rails arranged equally spaced from each other. In fig. 2c it is shown that the guide rails 312 may be three guide rails arranged at equal intervals. Further, as shown in fig. 2c, each guide rail 312 may be formed by two parallel arranged sub-guide rails. In this case, the guide rail connector 321 may be a plurality of guide rail connectors provided corresponding to the plurality of guide rails. In other words, the rail connector 321 may correspond to a plurality of rail connectors, and the arrangement positions of the plurality of rail connectors correspond to the arrangement positions of the plurality of rails. Thereby, the connection between the guide rail 312 and the guide rail connector 321 can be more stabilized, so that the sliding of the partition 32 with respect to the base 31 is more stabilized and smoothed.
It is contemplated that the partition 32 may be plate-shaped, or rectangular plate-shaped, as shown in fig. 2 a. Thus, the partition 32 can be made flat when used as a partition wall and when used as part of a suspended ceiling to meet aesthetic requirements. Alternatively, the partition 32 may have other shapes as long as it is sufficient to be used as a partition wall when in the first position and to be received in the recess 31a of the base 31 when in the second position.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the partition 32 is three partitions 3211, 3212, 3213, one of the three partitions 3211 closest to the inner top surface 31b of the base 31 may be rotatably connected to the rail connector 321, for example, at an end 3211a in the longitudinal direction thereof, and adjacent two of the three partitions, such as 3211 and 3212 and 3213, are rotatably connected with respective adjacent ends relative to each other, for example, by a rotatable connector 322 such as a rotatable hinge. Whereby, in the first position, each partition can be rotated to be in a vertical direction to form a partition; and in the second position, each partition can be rotated to be in a horizontal direction to be received in the recess 31 a.
More specifically, in the first position, the partition 32 is slid along the guide rail 312 to the middle of the base 31 by the guide rail connector 321, and the three partitions 3211, 3212, 3213 are each rotated to be in a vertical direction, vertically stacked together by means of the connection therebetween, thereby forming a partition. In particular, in case of connection by means of a rotatable connection, each partition may also be provided with a recess at the connection location to receive the corresponding rotatable connection when the partition 32 is in the first position, thereby minimizing the gap between two adjacent partitions in the first position, facilitating sealing and satisfying aesthetic requirements of appearance. On the other hand, in the second position, the partition 32 is slid along the guide rail 312 toward the side 31c or 31d of the base 31 by the guide rail connector 321, and the three partitions 3211, 3212, 3213 are each rotated to be in the horizontal direction, stacked together in a folded manner by means of the rotatable connection therebetween, to be received in the notch 31a of the base 31, thereby allowing the drying rooms to communicate with each other to form a contaminated area passage. Fig. 3 clearly shows the movable partition wall 3 in the course of the above-described conversion.
It is contemplated that the partition 32 may also be a single unitary piece, or may be two partitions or more than three partitions, so long as the partition 32 may function as a partition in the first position and may be received in the recess 31a of the base 31 in the second position. It is apparent that when the partition 32 is a plurality of partitions, the unfolding and folding of the partitions can be made easier to operate to save labor, and the size of the base and the movable partition after folding can be reduced.
In addition, in the case where the partition 32 is a plurality of partitions, each partition may have a rectangular plate shape, and preferably, the plurality of partitions may have the same size as each other, for example, in the case of three partitions, each partition has a height of about 800 to 900mm and a thickness of about 100mm. Thereby, it can be ensured that the plurality of partition members can form a partition wall having a flat surface when vertically stacked, and are aligned with each other without protruding sides when horizontally stacked, thereby satisfying the requirement of an aesthetic appearance.
Further, the total height of the plurality of partition parts after being vertically stacked is equal to the sum of the height of the partition walls and the depth of the base, the height of the plurality of partition parts after being horizontally stacked is equal to the depth of the base, and the width and the length of the plurality of partition parts after being horizontally stacked are respectively equal to the width and the length of the base. Further, the pedestal may be mounted in the ceiling such that its bottom is flush with the ceiling surface. Therefore, the partition piece can be used for sufficiently partitioning a single air-drying room space in a vertical range at the first position without a gap, and can be flush with the surface of the suspended ceiling at the second position, so that the requirement of attractive appearance is met.
Furthermore, the movable partition 3 also comprises a locking member configured for locking the partition 32 in position in the first position and in the second position.
Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, a locking member 323 may be provided only at an end 3213b of the partition 3213 in the longitudinal direction, and in the first position, the locking member 323 may be locked into a receiving portion 3231 provided on the airing room floor to lock the partition 32 in place; and in the second position, the locking member 323 may lock into a receiving portion 3232 provided on the base 31, in particular at an inner side edge of the base 31, to lock the partition 32 in place.
Alternatively, it is also possible to provide locking members on the floor of the drying room and on the base, and to provide receiving portions for the locking members on the partition 3213.
It is contemplated that locking members may also be provided on the partitions 3211 and 3212 to lock the partitions connected to each other in place in the first and second positions.
Fig. 4a to 4d show a movable partition 3' according to another embodiment of the present disclosure for a drying room 2 of a care unit 10.
Similarly to the movable partition 3, the movable partition 3' also includes: a base 31 'of concave shape forming a notch 31' a, the base 31 'being mounted in use with the notch 31' a facing downwards in the ceiling 21 of the drying compartment 2; and a partition 32' movably connected to the base 31' for movement between a first position (also referred to as a use position, as shown in fig. 4 a) in which the partition 32' is moved in a vertical direction to form a partition of the drying compartment 2, and a second position (also referred to as a stowed position, as shown in fig. 4 b) in which the partition 32' is moved in a horizontal direction to be received in the recess 31' a.
The movable partition wall 3' performs the same function as the movable partition wall 3, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 4c and 4d, the connection structure of the partition 32 'and the base 31' is shown in detail.
Specifically, the movable partition wall 3' may include first and second guide rails 312' a and 312' b (which are located behind and shielded by the first guide rail 312' in fig. 4c and are shown by dotted lines) slidably connected to the first and second guide rails, respectively, and first and second guide rail connectors 321 a and 321 b (which are located on a side of the partition 32' opposite to the side on which the first guide rail connector 321 a is disposed in fig. 4d and are shown by dotted lines) wherein the first and second guide rails are fixedly connected to the opposite inner side surfaces 31c and 31' of the base 31' in a vertical direction in a symmetrical manner and extend downward beyond the inner side surfaces 31c and 31' and the partition 32' is rotatably connected to the second guide rail connector at opposite ends thereof in a transverse direction, for example, by a hinge shaft such as the partition 32' or a ball mounted on the partition 32' in a rotatable manner with respect to the rotation axis of the first and second guide rail connectors, the rotation axis of the horizontal direction of the first and the second guide rail is realized by the horizontal connection of the first and second partition connectors.
It is contemplated that first and second guide rails 312'a and 312' b may be disposed intermediate of the opposing interior side surfaces 31'c and 31'd of the base 31', respectively, whereby the rotational area of the partition 32' may be maximized so as to be better received in the recess 31'a of the base 31'.
Furthermore, the first and second guide rails 312' a and 312' b may be extended downward in the vertical direction up to the floor of the drying compartment to maximize the range of vertical movement of the partition 32' through the first and second guide rail connectors 321' a and 321' b so as to better move throughout the vertical range to partition the drying compartment. In addition, the first and second rails may be fixed to the walls on both sides of the drying room, for example, by rivets.
Similarly, the partition 32' may have a plate shape, or a rectangular plate shape, as shown in fig. 4a, and the function is similar to that described previously, and thus will not be described again. Alternatively, the partition 32' may also take other shapes as long as it is acceptable to be used as a partition when in the first position and to be received in the notch 31' a of the base 31' when in the second position.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the partition 32 'may be three separate partitions 3211', 3212', 3213' and the first and second rail connectors 321'a and 321' b are respectively a respective plurality of first and second rail connectors, with one first and second rail connector connected to each partition. Whereby, in the first position, each partition can be rotated to be in a vertical direction to form a partition; and in the second position each partition is rotatable into a horizontal orientation to be received in the notch 31' a.
More specifically, in the first position, the three partitions 3211', 3212', 3213' slide along the first and second rails via respective corresponding first and second rail connectors and are each rotated to be in a vertical direction, vertically stacked on each other, thereby forming a partition. On the other hand, in the second position, the three partitions 3211', 3212', 3213' are each rotated to be in a horizontal direction and slide along the first and second rails via respective corresponding first and second rail connectors, being stacked one upon the other to be received in the notch 31' a of the base 31', thereby communicating the airing compartments with each other to form a polluted area passage. Figure 5 clearly shows the movable partition 3' in the process of conversion described above.
It is contemplated that the partition 32 'may also be a single unitary piece, or may be two partitions or more than three partitions, so long as the partitions 32' may function as partitions when in the first position and may be received in the recesses 31'a of the base 31' when in the second position. The advantage of the partition 32' being a plurality of partitions is similar to the partitions 32 and therefore will not be described in detail.
In addition, in the case where the partition 32' is a plurality of partitions, each partition may have a rectangular plate shape, and preferably, the plurality of partitions may have the same size as each other. The advantages resulting therefrom are similar to those of the partition 32 and are therefore not described in detail.
Further, each of the first and second rail couplers may be located at a midpoint position of both ends in the lateral direction of the corresponding plate-shaped partition pieces 3211', 3212', 3213', which are identical in size to each other, respectively.
Furthermore, the total height of the plurality of partition pieces after being vertically stacked is equal to the sum of the height of the partition walls and the depth of the base, the height of the plurality of partition pieces after being horizontally stacked is equal to the depth of the base, and the width and the length of the plurality of partition pieces after being horizontally stacked are respectively equal to the width and the length of the base. Further, the pedestal may be mounted in the ceiling such that its bottom is flush with the ceiling surface. The advantages resulting therefrom are as described above and will not be described in further detail here.
Similarly, with reference to fig. 4a and 4b, a locking member 323' may be provided at each of the ends of the partition members 3211', 3212', 3213' in the longitudinal direction, the locking member provided at the partition member 3213' may lock into a receiving portion provided on the sun room floor when the partition member 32' is in the first position, the locking member provided at the partition member 3211' may lock to the base 31', and the three partition members may lock with each other, thereby locking the partition member 32' in place; and when the partition 32' is in the second position, the above-mentioned locking means provided at the partition 3213' may lock into a receiving means provided on the base 31', in particular at the inner lateral edge of the base 31', thereby locking the partition 32' in position.
Alternatively, each partition may be provided with sealing strips at both ends in its longitudinal direction. When the partition 32 or 32' is in the first position, the sealing strip can seal the joints between two adjacent partitions and between the partitions and the floor of the drying room and the inner top surface of the base, thereby obtaining good space isolation and sound insulation effects.
In addition, the partition 3, 3' may include a perforated sound-absorbing composite panel, which may be provided at a side thereof with an antibacterial medical decorative sheet. Alternatively, the perforated acoustic composite panel may be two perforated acoustic composite panels, left and right, between which mineral wool panels are filled. Further, the total thickness of the partition may be 100m to 150mm, and the fire endurance may be class B1.
Fig. 6 schematically shows the movable partition 3 mounted on the ceiling 21 of the drying room 2. Specifically, the ceiling 21 of the drying room 2 may be mounted on the ceiling keel 51 by fixing rivets, the base 31 may be mounted on the additional keel 53 by fixing rivets, the additional keel 53 is connected on the ceiling keel 51 by welding, and the ceiling keel 51 is mounted on the upper floor by a keel fixing frame 52. Thereby, the mounting of the base and thus of the movable partition is achieved.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
