Specifically, the blade holder 32 is connected to the knife shaft 31, the blade 33 is connected to the blade holder 32, the water receiving pipe is connected to the drive shaft 14, and the stirring bar 30 is rotated by the drive of the drive shaft 14 to stir the food. When the mixing element 30 is mounted on the drive shaft 14, the tool holder 32 is engaged into the mixing bowl 20 via the drive shaft 14, and the mixing element 30 is rotated by the drive shaft 14. Therefore, the stirring piece 30 can stir the food in the stirring bowl 20 and simultaneously add water to the liquid containing cavity 13 at the bottom of the cooking cup 10 through the upper outlet 53 through the cutter shaft 31, so that the operation steps of a user when the food processor 100 cooks are reduced, and the cooking efficiency of the food processor 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 17, the wall of the knife shaft 31 is provided with side water outlet holes 313, and the side water outlet holes 313 are at least partially not covered by the driving shaft 14. Therefore, the water flowing out from the upper outlet 53 can flow into the food processing cup 10 through the side water outlet 313, so that the food processing cup 10 can be replenished during the operation of the stirring part 30, and the cooking efficiency of the food processor 100 is improved.
It should be noted that, the number of the side water outlet holes 313 is not limited in particular, for example, the number of the side water outlet holes 313 may be multiple, so that the water adding efficiency of the cover assembly 50 to the cooking cup 10 can be increased, thereby shortening the cooking time.
Alternatively, a plurality of side water outlet holes 313 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the tube wall of the cutter shaft 31. Further, the stirring element 30 further includes a positioning tube 341 disposed at the upper end 34 of the knife shaft 31, the positioning tube 341 is disposed coaxially with the knife shaft 31, the outer diameter of the positioning tube 341 is smaller than the outer diameter of the upper end 34, and the inner cross-sectional area of the positioning tube 341 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the water inlet 312. The cover assembly 50 further includes a second sealing ring 54, the second sealing ring 54 is sleeved outside the upper outlet 53, when the cover assembly 50 covers the cup opening 11 of the cooking cup 10 with the steaming bowl 40, the second sealing ring 54 abuts against the upper end 34 of the knife shaft 31, and the inner wall of the second sealing ring 54 is clamped outside the positioning tube 341.
That is, when the stirring tool 30 is installed in the food processing cup 10, the position of the positioning tube 341 on the upper end of the knife shaft 31 is opposite to the upper outlet 53, and when the cover assembly 50 is used for water adding operation, the second sealing ring 54 is clamped between the positioning tube 341 and the outer side of the upper outlet 53, so that the second sealing ring 54 can form a seal between the upper outlet 53 and the outer side of the positioning tube 341, and further, the sealing is provided for the knife shaft 31 during the water adding operation, and water flow is prevented from splashing. Because the cooking cup 10 is added with cold water when water is added, if the cold water splashes out of the cutter shaft 31 and enters the steaming bowl 40 or the stirring bowl 20, the temperature is reduced, the cooking time is prolonged, and even the taste of food is affected.
It should be noted that, there is no specific limitation on the relative sizes of the inner cross-sectional area of the positioning tube 341 and the inner cross-sectional area of the upper outlet 53, and the inner cross-sectional area of the positioning tube 341 may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the upper outlet 53, may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the upper outlet 53, or may be the same as the cross-sectional area of the upper outlet 53, as long as the second sealing ring 54 is clamped on the outer side walls of the positioning tube 341 and the upper outlet 53.
Therefore, the positioning tube 341 and the second sealing ring 54 can prevent water from entering the steaming bowl 40 or the mixing bowl 20 to wet food when the water flows out of the cover assembly 50, thereby improving the cooking effect of the food processor 100.

Claims (12)

1. A food processor, comprising:
