In order to cooperate with the stirring machine head, the bottom cavity of the stirring and heating pan 4 shown in fig. 4 is specially formed into a diameter-reduced stirring cavity a, and when the stirring cover 1 is fastened on the machine base 2, the stirring blade 15 at the bottom end of the stirring machine head extends into the stirring cavity a. The diameter reduction design of the stirring heating pot 4 can realize the effect of fully pulping with small water amount.

Further, a stirring knife shaft 14 of the stirring machine head extends into the stirring cavity a, a stirring knife 15 and a grinding cover 16 covering the stirring knife 15 are mounted at the bottom end of the stirring knife shaft 14, and the stirring cavity a is suitable for extending into the stirring knife shaft, and the inner diameter of the stirring cavity a is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the grinding cover 16.
Referring to fig. 3, the mixing cover 1 of the present embodiment may include a mixing head and a head cover, which has a large radial size larger than the outer diameter of the inner container 3, so that the head cover may be fastened to the top end of the base 2 to cover the inner container 3. The stirring machine head is used for extending into the stirring heating pot 4 to realize the stirring function. Meanwhile, for realizing the electrical connection, as a preferred electrical connection form, a mating electrical connector 17 is formed between the head cover and the top end peripheral edge portion of the base 2, when the head cover covers the base 2, the electrical connection is formed between the aligned electrical connectors 17, at this time, the circuit board assembly 7 in the base 2 can supply power to the stirring motor 13, and the control board 8 can also electrically connect and control the stirring motor 13 through the mating and plugging electrical connector 17 or through other manners such as wireless communication, for example, to control various parameters such as start, stop, rotation speed, operation duration, and the like of the stirring motor 13.
The control board 8 is configured to include the control unit 100 according to the first embodiment, and the control unit is preferably an MCU. In addition, the circuit board assembly 7 may be configured as the power supply unit 300 of the first embodiment, and be used for externally connecting a power supply to supply power to the food processor.
The control board 8 also controls the heating of the heating body 6, and the two are arranged in the machine base 2 and can be directly electrically connected by a lead. Referring to fig. 3, the mixer head is further provided with a temperature sensing rod 9 and/or an anti-overflow rod 10 extending into the inner container 3, and the temperature sensing rod 9 and/or the anti-overflow rod 10 can be electrically connected with the control board 8 through a paired and plugged electric connector 17 or through other modes such as wireless communication, so as to monitor the temperature, the liquid level and the like of the food material in the mixing and heating pot 4 in real time.
In addition, in order to facilitate the assembly between the cover assembly and the body assembly, referring to fig. 5, an annular seam allowance groove 21 is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the top end opening of the base 2, and an annular seam allowance boss 18 matched with the annular seam allowance groove 21 in shape is provided on the cover assembly, as shown in fig. 3 and 10. Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 9, the bottom wall of the annular spigot groove 21 is formed as a horizontal support ring surface 211, the side wall of the annular spigot groove 21 is formed as an inclined fitting ring surface 212 inclined downward and inward, and the annular spigot boss 18 is formed with a correspondingly shaped fitting surface. The horizontal support annulus 211 may support the canopy assembly in a vertical orientation, and the sloped mating annulus 212 supports and prevents radial displacement of the canopy assembly. The inclined mating surface 212 also provides self-centering during assembly to prevent the cover assembly from being snapped snugly along the inclined mating surface 212 when the operator is inadvertently not in place, as shown in fig. 8.
