膜构件可由ASF(防碎膜)形成。
根据本实用新型,后盖的边缘区域可不从盖玻璃的边缘突出,而是可被盖玻璃覆盖。因此,LCD模块的边缘区域可以被移除,使得LCD模块具有无边框形状,这使得可以改善安装有车辆显示组件的仪表板的内部质量。
此外,具有约2.5mm的曲率半径的倒圆部分可以在车辆的内侧上沿着盖玻璃的边缘形成,因此盖玻璃可以满足与头部撞击内部配件相关的规则。
此外,受拉构件可以以阶梯形状朝向LCD模块延伸,从而有效地防止LCD模块被过度推向主体部分。
此外,当LCD模块联接到后盖时,受拉构件可以与LCD模块间隔开预定距离。因此,受拉构件可以通过将LCD模块推向车辆内部的力来防止LCD模块与后盖分离。

参照图1至图4,根据本实用新型的实施方式的用于车辆的显示组件包括后盖100、LCD模块200和联接构件300。
后盖100构成根据本实用新型的实施方式的用于车辆的显示组件的主体,并且固定到车辆的仪表板。
后盖100的面向车辆内部的前侧联接到LCD模块200,LCD模块200根据驾驶员或乘客的选择输出内容物。
这种后盖100包括主体部分110和延伸部分120。
主体部分110构成后盖100或显示组件的主体,具有板状,并且从LCD模块200到前侧的相对侧(即,后侧)间隔开预定距离。
延伸部分120沿着主体部分110的边缘形成,并朝向LCD模块200延伸。
因此,延伸部分120沿着主体部分110的边缘形成,从而密封后盖100的顶表面、底表面、左表面和右表面。
也就是说,后盖100的面向车辆内部的前侧与外部连通,并且后盖100的面向车辆内部的相对侧的后侧被密封。
通过后盖100的前侧,用于控制显示组件的各种电子部件被容纳在后盖100中。
参照图3,根据本实用新型的另一实施方式的后盖100还可以包括受拉构件130。
受拉构件130形成在主体部分110的面向LCD模块200的表面上,并且位于与延伸部分120间隔开预定距离的位置处。
当从侧面看时,受拉构件130形成为阶梯形状,并且朝向LCD模块200延伸。
当LCD模块200被外力推向主体部分110时,受拉构件130支撑LCD模块200。
因此,受拉构件130可以有效地防止LCD模块被过度推向主体部分110。
当LCD模块200联接到后盖100时,受拉构件130与LCD模块200间隔开预定距离。
也就是说,在将LCD模块200组装到后盖100的过程期间,由于组装尺寸公差,受拉构件130可以将LCD模块200推向车辆的内部,从而有效地防止LCD模块200与后盖100分离。
LCD模块200设置在后盖100的前部,并且用于输出与驾驶员或乘客的操纵相对应的内容物。
这样的LCD模块200包含盖构件210、显示单元220、背光单元230、盖玻璃240及接合构件250。
盖构件210容纳在后盖100中,使得其外边缘表面与后盖100的内边缘表面间隔开预定距离。
此外,盖构件210容纳在后盖100中,使得其后表面面向后盖100的后表面。
也就是说,盖构件210容纳在后盖100中,使得盖构件210的后表面和后盖100的底表面彼此面对。
显示单元220容纳在后盖100中,并且用于从外部接收输出信号并且显示或输出包含各种信息的图像。
也就是说,显示单元220是输出单元,以显示与显示组件相关的信息,使得驾驶员可以视觉地且容易地识别必要的信息。
背光单元230容纳在盖构件210中,并且设置在显示单元220的后部,以便安装在盖构件210的底表面上。
背光单元230是照明控制装置,照明控制装置在不断地控制透射光的量的同时将光传递到显示单元220。
盖玻璃240设置在盖构件210的面向车辆内部的前侧上。
这样的盖玻璃240用于保护容纳在盖构件210中的显示单元220和背光单元230免受外力。
后盖100具有等于或小于盖玻璃240的边缘长度。
也就是说,当驾驶员或乘客从前侧观看根据本实用新型的实施方式的用于车辆的显示组件时,后盖100的边缘区域不从盖玻璃240的边缘突出,而是被盖玻璃240覆盖。
因此,LCD模块200的边缘区域可以被移除,使得LCD模块200具有无边框形状,这使得可以改善安装有用于车辆的显示组件的仪表板的内部质量。
盖玻璃240具有在车辆的内侧沿着其边缘形成的倒圆部分241,倒圆部分241具有约2.5mm的曲率半径。换句话讲,盖玻璃240的边缘可被倒圆以具有约2.5mm的曲率半径。
因此,盖玻璃240可满足与头部冲击内部配件相关的规则。
沿着盖玻璃240的边缘形成的倒圆部分241可通过NC(数控)工艺形成。
因此,可以通过CN工艺更精确地形成倒圆部分241。
接合构件250设置在盖构件210和盖玻璃240之间,使得盖构件210和盖玻璃240彼此接合。
接合构件250的面积小于或等于显示单元220的面积。
这种接合构件250可以包括光学透明粘合剂(OCA)或由OCA形成。
OCA形成为诸如双面胶带的膜形状。
OCA透射约97%或更多的光,因此其功能类似玻璃。
因此,OCA不仅可以可靠地将盖玻璃240接合到盖构件210,而且可以清楚地输出从显示单元220输出的信息。
在本实施方式中,已经描述了接合构件250包括具有诸如双面胶带的膜形状的OCA或由所述OCA形成。然而,接合构件250可以包括液体光学透明树脂(OCR)或由OCR形成,只要接合构件250可以将盖玻璃240接合到盖构件210并传送光。
参照图4,根据本实用新型的又一实施方式的LCD模块200还可以包括膜构件260。
膜构件260附接到盖玻璃240的面向车辆内部的表面。
此类膜构件260可包括防碎膜(ASF)或由ASF形成。
ASF用于防止玻璃碎片在盖玻璃破裂时震碎。
也就是说,尽管盖玻璃240被施加到用于车辆的显示组件的外力破坏,但是膜构件260可以防止玻璃碎片被震碎,这使得可以有效地保护车辆中的驾驶员和乘客。
具体地讲,ASF可通过应用难以在一般的增韧玻璃上表达的印刷技术来形成,从而可产生各种装饰效果,同时保持紧固玻璃的独特光泽度和纹理以及高表面硬度,这使得可改善用于车辆的显示组件的内部质量。
联接构件300设置在后盖100和LCD模块200之间,并且用于联接后盖100和LCD模块200。
具体地,联接构件300设置在构成后盖100的延伸部分120和构成LCD模块200的盖玻璃240之间,并且用于将后盖100和盖玻璃240彼此联接。
联接构件300沿着延伸部分120形成为带状。
像接合构件250一样,这种联接构件300形成为诸如双面胶带之类的膜形状。
然而,与接合构件250不同,由于联接构件300不是需要透射光的组件,因此联接构件300可以由可以简单地联接后盖100和LCD模块200的不透明粘合剂制成。
在根据本实用新型的实施方式的用于车辆的上述显示组件中,后盖100的边缘区域可以不从盖玻璃240的边缘突出,而是可被盖玻璃240覆盖。因此,LCD模块200的边缘区域可以被移除,使得LCD模块200具有无边框形状,这使得可以改善安装有用于车辆的显示组件的仪表板的内部质量。
此外,具有约2.5mm的曲率半径的倒圆部分241可以在车辆的内侧上沿着盖玻璃240的边缘形成,并且因此盖玻璃240可以满足与头部撞击内部配件相关的规则。
此外,受拉构件130可以以阶梯形状朝向LCD模块200延伸,从而有效地防止LCD模块200被过度地推向主体部分110。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述用于车辆的显示组件包括:
后盖,所述后盖联接到所述车辆的仪表板并且构成所述显示组件的主体;
LCD模块,所述LCD模块设置在所述后盖的前部;以及
联接构件,所述联接构件设置在所述后盖和所述LCD模块之间并且被配置为将所述后盖和所述LCD模块联接在一起;
其中,所述联接构件包括双面胶带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述后盖包括:
主体部分,所述主体部分构成所述显示组件的主体;以及
延伸部分,所述延伸部分沿着所述主体部分的边缘设置并且朝向所述LCD模块延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述LCD模块包括:
盖构件,所述盖构件容纳在所述后盖中并且具有与所述后盖的内边缘表面间隔开的外边缘表面;
显示单元,所述显示单元容纳在所述盖构件中并且被配置为显示图像;
盖玻璃,所述盖玻璃设置在所述盖构件的前部;以及
接合构件,所述接合构件设置在所述盖构件和所述盖玻璃之间并且被配置为将所述盖构件和所述盖玻璃接合在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述盖玻璃的边缘部分被倒圆以具有2.5mm的曲率半径。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述接合构件的面积小于或等于所述显示单元的面积。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述接合构件包括光学透明粘合剂OCA。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述后盖的边缘的长度小于或等于所述盖玻璃的长度。
8.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述联接构件设置在所述延伸部分与所述盖玻璃之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述联接构件具有沿着所述延伸部分延伸的带形状。
10.一种用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述用于车辆的显示组件包括:
后盖,所述后盖联接到仪表板并且构成所述显示组件的主体;
LCD模块,所述LCD模块设置在所述后盖的前部;以及
联接构件,所述联接构件设置在所述后盖和所述LCD模块之间并且被配置为将所述后盖和所述LCD模块联接在一起;
其中,所述后盖包括:
主体部分,所述主体部分构成所述显示组件的主体;
延伸部分,所述延伸部分沿着所述主体部分的边缘设置并且朝向所述LCD模块延伸;以及
受拉构件,所述受拉构件设置在所述主体部分的面向所述LCD模块的表面上并且与所述延伸部分间隔开。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述受拉构件被配置为防止所述LCD模块被过度推向所述主体部分。
12.一种用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述用于车辆的显示组件包括:
后盖,所述后盖联接到仪表板并且构成所述显示组件的主体;
LCD模块,所述LCD模块设置在所述后盖的前部;以及
联接构件,所述联接构件设置在所述后盖和所述LCD模块之间并且被配置为将所述后盖和所述LCD模块联接在一起;
其中,所述LCD模块包括:
盖构件,所述盖构件容纳在所述后盖中并且具有与所述后盖的内边缘表面间隔开的外边缘表面;
盖玻璃,所述盖玻璃设置在所述盖构件的前部;
接合构件,所述接合构件设置在所述盖构件和所述盖玻璃之间并且被配置成将所述盖构件和所述盖玻璃接合在一起;以及
膜构件,所述膜构件附接到所述盖玻璃的表面。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用于车辆的显示组件,其特征在于,所述膜构件包括防碎膜ASF。
