As shown in fig. 18, the carrier 612 includes a carrier plate and a triangular carrier space disposed on the carrier plate, the triangular carrier space has a limiting rib 6121 at three corners, and the limiting rib 6121 is arc-shaped and corresponds to a fillet of the three corners of the bottom plate of the parcel. The carrier 612 is further provided with a limiting pin for limiting the position of an included angle formed by the first side plate and the bottom plate on the wrapping piece.
Three products of each group of products are placed together into the locating holes of the divider by the group handling assembly 5. As shown in fig. 20, the group carrying assembly 5 comprises a fixed frame 51, three-piece group suction cups 52 arranged at the bottom of the fixed frame and arranged in a triangle, and a group suction cup translation and lifting mechanism 54 for moving the fixed frame to translate and lift. In the initial state, the linear cylinder contracts to enable one grouped suction cup 52 to be far away from the other two grouped suction cups, and the three are arranged in a triangle with two equal sides. The fixed frame 51 is arranged on the grouping sucker translation lifting mechanism 54, and when the grouping sucker translation lifting mechanism works, the grouping suckers are firstly arranged at the grouping device, each group of grouping suckers lift up after absorbing three products, and meanwhile, the translation linear air cylinder 53 extends out, so that the original conditions that the three products are not arranged at equal intervals and arranged are promoted. Then, the three products are placed into the positioning holes 1211 of the separating member of the packing box in the unfolded state on the carrier.
As shown in fig. 20 to 25, the wrapping apparatus 6 includes the loading conveyor 61, a wrapping edge folding assembly and a wrapping handling assembly 67.
The movement mode of the loading and conveying assembly 61 is always step movement, for example, four carriers advance at a time, so that after stepping by one station, the packaging and folding assembly can simultaneously perform packaging and folding operation on the packaging boxes to be packaged on the four carriers.

Before the wrapping piece is subjected to package flanging, glue needs to be sprayed on the outer side of one supporting edge (specifically, the supporting edge corresponding to the first side plate for connection) of the separating piece, so that the side plate can be adhered to the outer side of the supporting edge when the package flanging is performed. The package hemming plate 63 is driven by the hemming plate elevation and translation mechanism 631, the limit push plate 64 is driven by the limit push plate translation cylinder 641, and the extrusion plate 65 is driven by the extrusion plate elevation and translation mechanism 651.

Furthermore, the package flanging assembly further comprises a first limiting rod 661, which is arranged on the first side of the loading and conveying assembly corresponding to the area where the package flanging assembly is located, and is used for limiting above the partition. Therefore, the part of the fixed claw hand below the limit plate is also in a vertical state.
After glue is sprayed to the outer sides of the other two connecting edges of the wrapping piece, the package carrying assembly 67 intervenes in operation. Firstly, the claw head mechanism translates, the push plate 676 directly pushes down the extending part of the wrapping piece, the extending part of the wrapping piece covers the product, and then the claw head mechanism descends until the claw head base 671 presses the extending part of the wrapping piece on the product; then the movable claw is put down, the outward extending part of the wrapping piece is further bent until the two side plates of the wrapping piece are correspondingly connected with the two connecting edges of the wrapping piece, which are sprayed with glue.
