Detailed Description
First of all, it should be noted that the following will illustrate, by way of example, the structural composition, characteristics and advantages of the luminous signaling device for a conveying system and of the conveying system according to the present invention, all the description being however not intended to form any limitation on the present invention. Furthermore, any single feature described or implicit in an embodiment herein or any single feature shown or implicit in the drawings or shown or implicit in the drawings may still allow any combination or permutation to continue between the features (or their equivalents) without any technical barriers, so that further embodiments according to the present invention should be considered within the scope of this disclosure.
In fig. 1, schematically, a partial three-dimensional structure of an embodiment of a transportation system according to the present invention is shown, and at the entrance of the partial three-dimensional structure, an embodiment of a luminous signaling device is installed, so that the partial three-dimensional structure can play a good role in providing guidance and reminding of the direction of travel for passenger personnel, warning, safety guarantee, etc., for example, and the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiment of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, with this given conveyor system 100, which takes the form of an escalator, such conveyor systems are widely installed and used in various commercial locations, public venues, office buildings, and the like, so as to be used as a means for conveying carrying objects such as passengers, cargo, pets, and the like. In the conveyor system 100, the light-emitting signaling device 10 can be disposed in the access floor area 20 at the entrance, which facilitates the passenger to quickly and accurately focus on the light indicating signal S emitted from the light-emitting signaling device 10 in an intuitive and striking manner and to understand the corresponding information conveyed by the light indicating signal S.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the light-emitting signaling device 10 may include two parts, namely, a body 11 and a light-emitting indicator 12. The body 11 is the structural body of the light emitting signaling device 10 and may be made of any suitable material, such as a carbon steel material, an aluminum alloy material, a steel material, etc. In the example of fig. 1, the body 11 can be mounted on the tunnel floor area 20 at the entrance of the conveying system 100, for example, directly on the rigid structure 22 under the cover plate 21 of the tunnel floor area 20, so that the lighting signal device 10 not only has a relatively large space for arrangement, but also is quite firm in the overall structure, which is very beneficial to ensure that the lighting signal device can work stably for a long time.
In order to adequately accommodate the various possible applications, the present invention allows the body 11 to be constructed with different structural forms. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the body 11 may be optionally configured to have a support portion 111 and a connecting portion 112 (e.g., a hole, a slot, etc.), and the body 11 may be mounted in place under the cover plate 21 using a connecting member 30 (e.g., a bolt, a screw, etc.) that mates with the connecting portion 112. The support portion 111 may have any suitable shape such as a frame structure to facilitate installation under the cover plate 21 disposed at the tunnel floor area 20, and a receiving portion 113 may be provided on the support portion 111, in which a part or all of the luminous indicator 12 is to be received. Alternatively, the receiving portion 113 may be configured in any corresponding shape, such as a groove, according to the requirements of a specific application.
In the illuminated signaling device 10, the illuminated indicator 12 is arranged to provide an optical indicating signal S. The light indicator 12 may be mounted on the body 11 and then, with the body 11 disposed beneath the cover 21 at the access floor area 20, for example as described above, it will show the light indicating signal S outwardly from that location. By being in the passage area, such light indication signals S will be readily noticeable and not easily overlooked by passenger persons or the like in preparation for passing or being routed through the passage area, so that these passenger persons can be conveyed the corresponding information they are expected to acquire, such as a correct direction of travel reminder for getting on and off the stairs, a safety warning, etc.
The present invention does not have any specific limitations in terms of the specific form, display content, etc. of the light indication signal S emitted via the light-emitting indicator 12 according to different application requirements, for example, various possible ways such as allowing the use of patterns, characters, etc. alone or in combination, and different light-emitting colors (such as single color, multiple colors, different color periodic changes, etc.), non-flashing light, or different suitable flashing frequencies, etc. may be used.
In some embodiments, the lighted indicators 12 can be optionally connected to a controller in the delivery system 100, and the lighted indicators 12 can be configured to show a corresponding light indication signal S outward based on data information obtained from the controller. By way of illustration only, for obtaining data information from a controller in the transport system 100, it may include, but is not limited to, for example, upstream transport data, downstream transport data, etc. of the transport system 100. Since such upstream and downstream transport data are related to the current operating condition of the transport system 100, the light-emitting indicator 12 may be set to show different light-indicating signals S outwards accordingly, for example, when it is determined that the current upstream (or downstream) transport capacity of the transport system 100 is larger and exceeds a threshold value according to the upstream (or downstream) transport data, a certain color light (such as red, etc.) may be used to display the light-indicating signals S outwards, so that passengers may be prompted to take corresponding safety measures (such as slowing down the traveling speed, paying more attention to the underfoot path, etc.) in time; conversely, a different color illumination (e.g., green, etc.) may be used to outwardly release the display light indicating signal S. With such a distinctive display mode, passengers who are about to pass through or are passing through the passageway floor area 20 can be prompted to obtain corresponding information and take possible countermeasures in a timely and rapid manner, which is not only beneficial to improving the safety performance of the whole system, but also brings better experience for passengers.
In the present invention, the luminous indicator 12 is implemented by any suitable element, unit, module or device, for example, it can be manufactured in a suitable form such as a light band to facilitate the installation arrangement. Alternatively, the light indicator 12 may be implemented, for example, by a light strip (e.g., an LED light strip). The lighted indicators 12 can be connected to a power supply network in the environment where the delivery system 100 is installed, or the lighted indicators 12 can be connected directly to a power source or the like in the delivery system 100 for operation after the lighted indicators 12 have been energized. In the case where it is not necessary for the lighted indicator 12 to send an outgoing light indicating signal, the above power supply may be cut off to stop the lighted indicator 12. Of course, in some applications, it is also contemplated that the lighted indicator 12 can be separately provided with a source of operating power, such as a lithium battery, a solar cell, or the like, for providing electrical power thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the light-emitting indicator 12 may be optionally provided with a light-transmitting member 13 made of, for example, a light-transmitting material (e.g., acrylic plastic, etc.). The light-transmitting member 13 may be disposed on the supporting portion 111 and adapted to the cover plate 21 so that the light indication signal S output from the light-emitting indicator 12 can be transmitted to the outside through the light-transmitting member 13 to be displayed so as to be viewed by a person. Since the translucent member 13 is disposed above the light-emitting indicator 12, it can protect the components such as the light-emitting indicator 12 and prevent unwanted damage caused by intrusion of foreign objects such as foreign matter, rain, snow, etc. existing in an outdoor installation environment.
In practical applications, the light-transmitting member 13 may be configured in any suitable shape, for example, in a strip shape (the specific length thereof may be optionally set as required) extending along the transverse direction of the cover plate 21, and the width of the light-transmitting member 13 may be made not smaller than the width of the light-emitting indicator 12, for example, in a light strip shape, so that the light-indicating signal S can be displayed more optimally and widely spread outward.
Of course, in some embodiments, the light-transmitting member 13 may not be provided, and the light-indicating signal S may be transmitted and displayed by means of a hole, a slit, or the like on the cover 21, so as to be visible from the outside by a passenger or the like.
It should be noted that the above example illustrates the luminous indicator 12 being disposed in the passageway floor area at the entrance of the conveying system 100, but in practical use, the luminous indicator 12 may be disposed in the passageway floor area at the exit in various types of transportation systems, such as escalator, moving sidewalk, and the like. That is, according to the actual application requirement, the present invention allows the light-emitting indicator 12 to be installed only in the entrance (or exit) of the conveying system, or in both of the above two positions, so as to provide the passenger with the traveling direction guidance and reminding, warning, safety, etc.
In practice, the light-emitting signaling device 10 may also be used in combination with a traffic light 50 that is typically disposed near the handrail 40 of the conveyor system 100, and since the light-emitting signaling device 10 is disposed in the access floor area at the entry-exit location and is therefore more easily observed by the passengers, it is possible to compensate for or eliminate safety risks that may be caused by the absence or timely attention to the traffic light 50 in the absence of route guidance, information indication, or warnings. It will be appreciated that by means of the combined use of the luminous signaling device 10 and the traffic light 50, the safety and reliability of the delivery system can be further optimized, enhancing the user experience.
According to the utility model discloses a design concept still provides a conveying system, can set up one or more in this conveying system for example above according to the utility model discloses a luminous signal device can realize better, audio-visual information warning, safety warning etc. aspect effect from this transporting passenger personnel etc. helps the passenger to take advantage of the conveying system more safely, strengthens system security performance, optimizes user's use simultaneously and experiences. It should be noted that the conveying systems mentioned throughout this document may include, but are not limited to, for example, escalators, moving walkways, etc., which may be used to convey various possible objects such as passenger personnel, goods, pets, etc., and which are suitable for use in various indoor and outdoor work environments.
The above detailed explanation is only provided by way of example for the light emitting signaling device and the conveying system of the present invention, and these examples are provided only for illustrating the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and improvements without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, all equivalent embodiments are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention and are defined by the various claims of the present invention.
