The electrical appliance of the clothes processor can be independently controlled without being influenced by the electrical appliance of the base, and the electrical appliance of the clothes processor can also work independently even if the electrical appliance of the base is not powered on or does not work.

The base of claim 3, wherein the reinforcing member comprises a bearing part and two connecting parts, the two connecting parts are connected to two ends of the bearing part along the longitudinal direction, the two connecting parts are connected with the frame, the height of the bearing part is lower than that of the connecting parts, and the bearing part is located below the inlet and the outlet.
5. The base of claim 1, wherein a portion of the reinforcement below the access opening is recessed laterally inward.
6. The base of claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a frame, a support frame and a bottom plate, the frame and the support frame together form a hexahedral structure with six sides each having an opening, and the bottom plate covers the bottom opening of the hexahedral structure.
7. The base of claim 6, wherein the bezel, the support frame, and the base plate are of an integrally formed construction.
8. The base of claim 6, wherein the base comprises a connecting member, the frame and the supporting frame are independent structures, the supporting frame and the bottom plate are integrally formed structures, and the frame and the supporting frame are connected through the connecting member.

The base of claim 8, wherein the supporting frame has three connecting surfaces, three of the connecting surfaces face to one side in the transverse direction, one side in the longitudinal direction and above, the frame comprises three pillars perpendicular to each other, one end of the three pillars in the length direction is connected to each other, and the other end of the three pillars in the length direction is connected to three of the connecting surfaces, so as to form the hexahedral structure together.

The base of claim 8, wherein the base comprises a base having a sweeper cavity, the frame, the support frame and the bottom plate together form the placement cavity, the support frame is formed with a dust box cavity, the placement cavity and the dust box cavity are arranged longitudinally, the base is located in the placement cavity, and the frame and the base are located on the same lateral side of the dust box cavity.
11. The base of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a portion of the floor of the frame projects downwardly to form a sink, the sink being located at the access opening.
12. The base of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the frame is of a plastic construction; and/or the reinforcing part is of a sheet metal structure.
13. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the base of any one of claims 1 to 12;
a laundry treating machine supported above the frame.
