In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 9, a portion of the first connecting plate 32 protrudes downward to form a pressing groove 32b, the sinking groove 2e extends from one end of the top surface of the supporting frame 211 to the other end along the left-right direction, and the pressing groove 32b is located above the sinking groove 2 e. Thus, the sinking groove 2e can satisfy both the requirement of accommodating the fastening member 5 and the structural strength of the supporting frame 211. The sinking groove 2e can provide a receiving space for the pressing groove 32b, and avoid increasing the height of the base 2.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, 11 and 12, a groove 31a is formed on an end surface of the second connecting plate 31 away from the base 2, and the fixing member 4 is disposed on a wall surface of the groove 31a and the base 2. The groove 31a can provide a receiving space for the fixing member 4, and prevent the fixing member 4 from excessively protruding the end surface of the second connecting plate 31 away from the base 2, so that the housing 6 covers the second connecting plate 31, and the aesthetic feeling of the base 2 is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing elements 4 may be provided in a plurality, the grooves 31a extend along the length direction of the second connecting plate 31, and the fixing elements 4 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second connecting plate 31. The second connecting plate 31 is thus firmly fitted to the base 2 by the plurality of fixing members 4.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 10, a portion of the second connecting plate 31 protrudes toward the base 2 to form a recess 31a, a portion of the base 2 at the recess 31a protrudes inward to form an avoiding groove 2c, and the recess 31a is located in the avoiding groove 2 c. Illustratively, the end surface of the longitudinal segment 2112 near the second connecting plate 31 projects inward to form an escape groove 2 c. The avoidance groove 2c can provide a receiving space for the groove 31a, and functions to avoid the groove 31 a. Like this, the part of second connecting plate 31 and the part of longitudinal section 2112 all bulge inwards, play the effect of hiding mounting 4, avoid mounting 4 to bulge the terminal surface that base 2 was kept away from to second connecting plate 31.
Connecting piece 3 can adopt the metal material, and connecting piece 3 is the sheet metal construction. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9 to 12, an inlet and an outlet 2d communicating with the sweeper cavity 2a are formed at the front side of the base 2, the clothes processing apparatus includes a housing 6 with both open top and bottom sides, a pick-and-place opening 6a is formed at the front side of the housing 6, the housing 6 is enclosed at the periphery of the base 2, and the pick-and-place opening 6a is communicated with the inlet and the outlet 2 d. The sweeper 100 enters the sweeper cavity 2a through the pick-and-place opening 6a and the inlet and outlet 2 d. The rear side of the laundry treating machine is generally close to the wall, and the front side of the laundry treating machine is widely spaced to facilitate the entrance and exit of the sweeper 100. The case 6 may not only serve to improve the aesthetic sense of the laundry treating apparatus, but also prevent other objects from entering the frame 21.
The material of the housing 6 is not limited, and for example, the housing 6 may be made of plastic. Therefore, the whole weight of the clothes treatment equipment can be lightened, the appearance of the base 2 can be improved according to design requirements, and the aesthetic feeling is improved.
Illustratively, in one embodiment, the housing 6 includes a front case formed with the access opening 6a, two side cases, and a rear case, and the other three openings of the frame 21 in the circumferential direction are covered by the two side cases and the rear case. The front case covers the front side support frame 211 and the second connection plate 31, the rear case covers the rear side support frame 211 and the second connection plate 31, and the two side cases cover the two cross members 212, respectively. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the base 2 may further include a top plate 22 and a bottom plate 23, the top plate 22 covers the top opening formed by the two supporting frames 211 and the two cross beams 212, and the bottom plate 23 covers the bottom opening formed by the two supporting frames 211 and the two cross beams 212. The base plate 23 may be used to carry structural members of the base 2 and components of the sweeper 100. The top plate 22 can prevent water from the laundry machine from entering into the base 2 through the top opening, and the top plate 22 and the bottom plate 23 can also reinforce the structural strength of the frame 21.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the bottom surface of the base 2 is partially sunk to form a sinking platform 2f, the sinking platform 2f is located at the position of the port 2d, and the dimension of the sinking platform 2f in the left-right direction is not smaller than the dimension of the port 2d in the left-right direction. Because the inlet and outlet 2d is used for the sweeper 100 to enter and exit the sweeper cavity 2a, reinforcing ribs are difficult to increase at the position of the inlet and outlet 2d, the structure is weak, the sinking platform 2f can not only strengthen the structural strength at the position of the inlet and outlet 2d, but also reduce the height of the bottom surface at the position of the inlet and outlet 2d, and a robot can conveniently enter and exit the sweeper cavity 2 a.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 9, a portion of the bottom plate 23 is sunk to form a sinking platform 2 f.
The top plate 22 and the bottom plate 23 may be made of metal, for example, the top plate 22 and the bottom plate 23 may be made of sheet metal.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, the cleaning system includes the clothes processing apparatus and the sweeper 100 according to any embodiment of the present application. The sweeper 100 is disposed in the sweeper cavity 2a in an accessible manner.
According to the cleaning system provided by the embodiment of the application, the clothes treatment machine can be used for treating clothes such as washing clothes, the sweeper 100 can be used for cleaning the ground, the base 2 is utilized to provide accommodating space for the sweeper 100, the floor area is not occupied additionally, the space is saved, and the user experience is good.
The sweeper 100 is an intelligent sweeper 100, that is, the sweeper 100 includes a control unit and a walking structure, and the control unit can control the walking structure to walk autonomously and the cleaning element to work autonomously. Taking the walking structure as the roller as an example, the control unit controls the roller to roll to drive the sweeper 100 to move, and the cleaning member can clean the ground during the walking process of the sweeper 100.
The cleaning member is used to contact a surface to be cleaned, such as a floor, to clean the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning member can roll, rotate or slide relative to the floor surface, etc., so that the cleaning member rubs against the surface to be cleaned, and thus the surface to be cleaned is rubbed by the cleaning member for cleaning.
Exemplary cleaning members of the sweeper 100 include, but are not limited to, rollers and/or wipers, and the like.
In one embodiment, the sweeper 100 comprises a first communication module, the clothes treatment device comprises a second communication module, and the sweeper 100 and the clothes treatment device can communicate with each other through the first communication module and the second communication module. For example, the sweeper 100 can return to the sweeper cavity 2a by wireless communication through the first communication module and the second communication module.
For example, the first communication module and the second communication module may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a bluetooth module, a Wireless Fidelity (WIFI) module, a fourth or fifth Generation (4th Generation/5th Generation, 4G/5G) communication module, or an infrared module.
The base 2 may also be used to provide cleaning, charging, and/or drying functions for the sweeper 100.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the base 2 includes a base 24 disposed in the frame 21, the base 24 forming a sweeper cavity 2a and a sink for cleaning the cleaning elements of the sweeper 100. On the one hand, utilize water liquid washing cleaning member in the washing tank for cleaning member is cleaner, can need not the artifical cleaning member of user, and user experience is good. Alternatively, other structural members may be provided outside the base 24 to prevent other structural members from contacting water and/or interfering with the sweeper 100.
In one embodiment, the base 2 includes an inlet valve and an inlet waterway. The water inlet waterway is used for supplying water to the cleaning tank. The water inlet valve is used for switching on or switching off a water inlet waterway. Therefore, the controller can control the opening and closing of the water inlet valve, and the automatic water inlet of the cleaning tank is realized. The water flow of the washing tank can be independently controlled through the water inlet valve, is not influenced by water used by the clothes treating machine, and only needs to electrify the water inlet valve, so that the water inlet valve can also independently work even if the clothes treating machine is not electrified or does not work. Similarly, the water flow of the laundry machine can be independently controlled without being affected by the water used by the base 2.
In one embodiment, the water inlet waterway is communicated with a tap water pipe. On the one hand, the tap water pipe continuously supplies tap water to the cleaning tank. Thus saving the structure of a water tank and the like for supplying water to the washing tank.
In one embodiment, the base 2 includes a sewage disposal waterway communicating the washing tub and the floor drain, and a drainage pump disposed on the sewage disposal waterway to pump the sewage in the washing tub to the floor drain. Therefore, the draining pump can be controlled to start and stop through the controller, and automatic pollution discharge of the cleaning tank is realized.
For example, the drain waterway and the drain pipe of the laundry treating machine may be communicated through a tee to share the floor drain. That is, the washing water from the laundry treating machine and the washing water in the washing tub can be discharged to the sewer through the same floor drain, and the floor drain is not required to be respectively arranged for the washing water and the washing water, thereby saving structural members.
In one embodiment, the base 2 comprises a lotion bottle in communication with the washing tank, the lotion bottle being located in the frame 21. The lotion bottle is used for adding lotion to the washing tank, can wash the cleaning member better.
In some embodiments, the lotion bottle can be a single use device, and after the lotion in the lotion bottle is used up, the lotion bottle can be taken out and replaced by a new lotion bottle. In other embodiments, a user can fill lotion into the lotion bottle, and the lotion bottle can be reused, so that the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized.
In one embodiment, the base 2 comprises a dosing pump in the frame 21 for pumping the lotion in the lotion bottle into the washing tank. The lotion is pumped by the delivery pump, so that the lotion is delivered independently, quantitatively and accurately, and the automation degree is improved.
In one embodiment, the base 2 includes a charging terminal disposed on the peripheral side of the base 24 and a power module electrically connected to the charging terminal and located above the base 24. When the sweeper 100 is located in the sweeper cavity 2a, the sweeper 100 can be electrically connected with the charging terminal to realize charging. The power module is used for converting alternating current of commercial power into direct current, and the charging terminal charges the sweeper 100 by using the direct current.
In one embodiment, the base 2 includes a controller disposed above the base 24. The controller is used for electrical control of electrical devices such as inlet valves and dispensing pumps, etc. that cooperate with the sweeper 100. On the one hand, the electric appliance matched with the sweeper 100 can be independently controlled without being influenced by the electric appliance for treating clothes, and only the controller needs to be connected into the power supply, so that the electric appliance matched with the sweeper 100 can also work independently even if the electric appliance for treating clothes is not powered on or does not work. On the other hand, the controller is disposed on the top surface of the base 24, and the space above the base 24 can be fully utilized.
The specific locations of the lotion bottle, the power module, the water inlet valve and the like in the frame 21 are not limited, and for example, in one embodiment, the lotion bottle and the power module are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the water inlet valve is positioned at the rear side of the lotion bottle. The rear of the frame 21 is generally close to the wall and the lotion bottle is close to the front, so that the user can take and put the lotion bottle from the front of the frame 21. The water inlet valve is positioned behind the lotion bottle, so that the water inlet valve is conveniently connected with a tap water pipe on the wall, and a pipeline between the water inlet valve and the tap water pipe is shortened.
In one embodiment, the clothes treating apparatus may further include a blower and a drying duct disposed on the base 24, the drying duct communicating the blower and the sweeper chamber 2 a. The fan ventilates the sweeper cavity 2a through the drying duct to rapidly dry the cleaning elements of the sweeper 100.
The laundry treating machine has a function not limited, and for example, the laundry treating machine may have a washing function, and/or a drying function. That is, the laundry treating machine may be a washing machine, a dryer, and/or a washer-dryer, etc.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating machine comprises a rotatable laundry treating drum located in the cabinet 11. The rotation axis of the laundry treating drum may be in a vertical direction, an inclined direction, or a horizontal direction. That is, the laundry treating machine may be a pulsator type laundry treating machine or a drum type laundry treating machine, or the like. Laundry treatment drums are used for placing and treating laundry, for example laundry treatment drums for washing and/or drying laundry, and the like.
In one embodiment, the laundry treating machine includes a control device disposed in the cabinet 11 for controlling electrical control of electrical devices of the laundry treating machine, such as a laundry treating drum. The electrical appliance of the laundry machine can be independently controlled without being influenced by the electrical appliance of the base 2, and the electrical appliance of the laundry machine can also work independently even if the electrical appliance of the base 2 is not powered on or does not work.

Claims (12)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a laundry treating machine including a cabinet;
a base having a sweeper cavity, the base located below the laundry treating machine;
a connector connected to the case, the connector including a second connecting plate located on an outer circumferential side of the base;
and the fixing piece penetrates from the outer peripheral side of the base to the second connecting plate and the base.
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the laundry treating machine includes a positioning member disposed at a bottom surface of the cabinet, the connecting member includes a first connecting plate formed with a limiting hole, the first connecting plate is located between the cabinet and the base, the positioning member is inserted into the limiting hole, and the first connecting plate is connected to the cabinet.
3. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the stopper hole is a kidney-shaped hole extending in the front-rear direction.
4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the laundry treating apparatus includes a fastening member, the fastening member is inserted through the first connecting plate and the cabinet, a portion of the fastening member is located at a bottom side of the first connecting plate, and a positioning hole is formed at a top surface of the base, and the fastening member is inserted into the positioning hole.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the laundry treating machine includes a reinforcement plate provided at a bottom of the cabinet, the reinforcement plate being located above the first connection plate, the fastener fixing the first connection plate to the reinforcement plate.
6. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting plate is formed with a pressing groove extending in a length direction thereof.
7. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an end surface of the second connecting plate away from the base is formed with a groove, and the fixing member is disposed through a groove wall surface of the groove and the base.
8. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a portion of the second connection plate protrudes toward the chassis to form the groove, a portion of the chassis where the groove is located protrudes inward to form an avoidance groove, and the groove is located in the avoidance groove.
9. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the fixing member does not protrude by a depth of the groove.
10. The clothes treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the number of the connecting members is two, the base includes a frame, the frame includes two support frames and two cross members, the two support frames are spaced apart in a front-rear direction, the two cross members are spaced apart in a left-right direction, both ends of the cross members in the front-rear direction are respectively connected to tops of the two support frames, the second connecting plate is located on an outer peripheral side of the support frames, and the second connecting plates of the two connecting members are respectively connected to the two support frames.
11. The clothes treatment equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein an inlet and an outlet communicated with the sweeper cavity are formed in the front side of the base, the clothes treatment equipment comprises a shell with both open top and bottom sides, a taking and placing opening is formed in the front side of the shell, the shell is arranged around the periphery of the base, and the taking and placing opening is communicated with the inlet and the outlet.
12. A cleaning system, comprising:
the laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 11;
a sweeper, the sweeper being disposable in the sweeper cavity.
