Specifically, the water inlet valve 3, the water inlet pipeline 2 and the water inlet pipeline 201 are all positioned on the same side of the bottom frame 1. In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the water inlet pipe 201, the water inlet pipe 2 and the water inlet valve 3 are all located at the rear side of the bottom frame 1.
The front is an orientation toward the user, the rear is an orientation opposite to the front, the left is a side where the user's left hand is located, and the right is a side opposite to the left.
In one embodiment, the inlet valve 3 may be a flow restriction valve having a flow restriction function. That is, in the case where the flow rate of the water flowing through the feed valve 3 is greater than a set value, the feed valve 3 is closed or the flow rate is restricted. Therefore, the flow speed of water flow from the water injection waterway is prevented from being overlarge.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a pressure relief tank 5, and the pressure relief tank 5 is disposed on the water inlet pipeline 2 and located downstream of the water inlet valve 3. Illustratively, the pressure relief tank 5 is located in the placing cavity 12a and is disposed at the rear side of the base frame 13. That is, the water flow in the water inlet pipe 2 flows through the water inlet valve 3, then flows through the pressure relief tank 5, and then enters the cleaning part 1 b. Specifically, the pressure relief tank 5 is a hollow structure formed with a pressure relief cavity. The pressure release chamber in the pressure release jar 5 can play the effect that the pressure release was slowed down and flows for rivers flow with suitable velocity of flow, and the water pressure of avoiding intaking the water route is too big, leads to rivers to splash.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a detergent tank 60, and the detergent tank 60 is in communication with the pressure relief tank 5. The detergent tank 60 is used to contain detergent. Specifically, the detergent tank 60 is located in the placing cavity 12a, a hollow structure for accommodating the detergent cavity is formed in the detergent tank 60, and the detergent in the detergent cavity can flow into the water inlet pipeline 2 through the pressure relief cavity. Because the pressure relief cavity can play the effect of pressure relief and slow flow, so, sanitizer and water liquid can obtain intensive mixing in the pressure relief cavity, and the mixing effect is better more even.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a self-priming pump 61, and the self-priming pump 61 is used for pumping the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent tank 60. Specifically, the self-priming pump 61 is located in the placing cavity 12a, the cleaning base 100 further includes a feeding pipeline 63, two ends of the feeding pipeline 63 are respectively connected to the pressure relief tank 5 and the cleaning agent tank 60, and the self-priming pump 61 is disposed on the feeding pipeline 63 between the cleaning agent tank 60 and the pressure relief tank 5 to pump the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent cavity.
The self-priming pump 61 includes, but is not limited to, a screw pump, a plunger pump, a diaphragm pump, a vane pump, etc.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a switch valve 62, and the switch valve 62 is disposed on the feeding line 63 and between the self-priming pump 61 and the detergent tank 60. The connection or the disconnection between the detergent tank 60 and the pressure relief tank 5 can be realized by controlling the switch valve 62, and the water in the pressure relief cavity can be prevented from flowing back to the detergent tank 60.
In one embodiment, the discharge end of the detergent tank 60 is removably connected to the on-off valve 62. After the detergent in the detergent tank 60 is used, the switch valve 62 is controlled to be closed, so that water liquid in the pressure relief cavity is prevented from overflowing from the automatic feeding pump 61 when a new detergent pump is replaced, and the working reliability is higher.
For example, the switch valve 62 includes but is not limited to a solenoid valve, the switch valve 62 may be electrically connected to the main control chip 86 of the cleaning base 100, and the switch valve 62 may be controlled by the main control chip 86.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the pressure relief tank 5 is located in front of the inlet valve 3. Illustratively, the pressure relief tank 5 and the inlet valve 3 are located substantially on the same line extending in the front-rear direction. Specifically, in one embodiment, the detergent tank 60 is located in front of the pressure relief tank 5, and the supply line 63 extends in the front-rear direction. So set up, can make full use of the ascending space of basic station horizontal direction, reduce the height of clean base 100 upper and lower direction, and the pipeline distance between pressure release jar 5, water intaking valve 3 and the sanitizer jar 60 is shorter, and the structure is compacter.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the pressure relief tank 5 includes a liquid inlet 5a, a liquid outlet 5b and a liquid inlet 5c, the liquid inlet 5a is connected to the water outlet of the water inlet valve 3, the liquid outlet 5b is connected to the cleaning portion 1b, the liquid inlet 5c is connected to the detergent tank 60, and the liquid inlet 5a and the liquid inlet 5c are higher than the liquid outlet 5 b. So set up, follow inlet 5a and feed inlet 5c and flow into the liquid in the pressure release jar 5 and will receive self gravity and flow downwards to liquid outlet 5b department to make the difficult palirrhea that appears of liquid in the pressure release intracavity. Specifically, the water inlet pipeline 2 includes a first water inlet pipe 21 and a second water inlet pipe 22, the first water inlet pipe 21 extends along the front-rear direction, two ends of the first water inlet pipe 21 are respectively communicated with the liquid inlet 5a and the water outlet end of the water inlet valve 3, two ends of the second water inlet pipe 22 are respectively communicated with the liquid outlet 5b and the cleaning part 1b, and two ends of the supply pipeline 63 are respectively communicated with the feed inlet 5c and the cleaning agent tank 60.
For example, in one embodiment, the liquid inlet 5a and the liquid inlet 5c are disposed on the peripheral sidewall of the pressure relief tank 5 and located at the upper part of the pressure relief tank 5; and/or the liquid outlet 5b is arranged at the bottom of the pressure relief tank 5.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the cleaning ports 4 are disposed on both left and right sides of the cleaning chamber 1a, the second water inlet pipe 22 includes a dividing pipe 221, a first branch pipe 222 and a second branch pipe 223, one end of the dividing pipe 221 is communicated with the liquid outlet 5b, the other end of the dividing pipe 221 is respectively communicated with the water inlet end of the first branch pipe 222 and the water inlet end of the second branch pipe 223, the water outlet end of the first branch pipe 222 is communicated with the cleaning port 4 located on the left side of the cleaning chamber 1a, and the water outlet end of the second branch pipe 223 is communicated with the cleaning port 4 located on the right side of the cleaning chamber 1 a. Like this, first branch pipe 222 and second branch pipe 223 can further shunt the rivers of inlet channel 2, and the washing interface 4 that is in a plurality of different positions supplies water to washing portion 1b simultaneously, and it is more even to supply water, and when first branch pipe 222 or second branch pipe 223 arbitrary one blockked up, another can realize supplying water, and the reliability of supplying water is higher.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a drainage line 70, and the drainage line 70 is connected to the washing part 1b and a water outlet line 202 of the clothes treating apparatus 200. Specifically, one end of the water outlet pipe 202 of the laundry treating apparatus 200 communicates with the washing tub 204 (water tub), and the other end of the water outlet pipe 202 communicates with the outside, for example, communicates with the external floor drain 400 or the sewer pipe, so as to drain the water in the washing tub 204. This application is through communicating outlet pipe 202 with drain pipe 70, realizes sharing the same outlet pipe 202 the play water end discharge wash bowl 204 in water liquid or the water liquid in the washing portion 1b, reduces the repacking to user's sewer pipe, the high-usage of pipeline.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the cleaning base 100 includes a drain tank 71, a drain pump 72 and a water replenishing pipeline 73, the drain pump 72 and the drain tank 71 are both disposed on the drain pipeline 70, the drain pump 72 is located at the downstream of the drain tank 71, and two ends of the water replenishing pipeline 73 are respectively communicated with the drain tank 71 and the water inlet pipeline 2. Illustratively, the drain tank 71, the drain pump 72, and the water replenishing pipe 73 are all located in the placing chamber 12 a. Thus, not only the drain tank 71 and the drain pump 72, etc. are prevented from being exposed to the outside, but also the drain tank 71 and the drain pump 72 are prevented from contacting the water in the washing section 1 b. Specifically, the drain tank 71 is a hollow structure having a drain chamber formed therein. The drain pump 72 may be an impeller pump. That is, the water in the washing part 1b can be discharged to the outside along the drain line 70 under the control of the drain pump 72 by the communication of the drain line 70 with the washing part 1 b. In addition, the drain tank 71 and the water supply line 73 ensure that the drain pump 72 can drain water normally. The water replenishing pipe 73 can introduce the water of the water inlet pipe 2 into the drain tank 71, so that the water exists in the drain pipe 70 between the drain tank 71 and the washing part 1b, thereby facilitating the start of the drain pump 72 and improving the drainage efficiency.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the drain tank 71, the drain pump 72 and the water outlet pipeline 202 are all located on the same side of the bottom frame 1. This facilitates routing of the drain line 70, and allows for shorter routing between the drain line 70 and the outlet line 202, which results in a more compact line configuration. In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the drain pump 72 and the drain tank 71 are both located above the base frame 13 and on the right rear side of the base frame 13.
Specifically, in one embodiment, one end of the water replenishing pipe 73 is connected to the peripheral sidewall of the drain tank 71 and is located at an upper portion of the drain tank 71, and the other end of the water replenishing pipe 73 communicates with the first water inlet pipe 21. The water supply line 73 extends in the left-right direction and is positioned at the rear side of the base frame 13, so that the water supply line 73 can be routed and the length of the water supply line 73 can be shortened.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the cleaning base 100 includes a fan 80 and a drying air duct 81 for providing a drying function for the floor cleaning device 300, the fan 80 is disposed in the placing cavity 12a and located above the base frame 13, the drying air duct 81 communicates the fan 80 and the cleaning cavity 1a, and the drying air duct 81 is disposed in the placing cavity 12a and located at the rear side of the base frame 13. The drying duct 81 ventilates into the washing chamber 1a to rapidly dry the cleaning head 301 of the floor cleaning apparatus 300.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the cleaning base 100 includes a dust collection motor 82 for collecting dust, a dust box 83 disposed in the base frame 13, and a dust collection pipeline 84 disposed in the placing cavity 12a, the dust collection pipeline 84 communicates with the cleaning cavity 1a and the dust box 83, the dust collection motor 82 is disposed on the dust collection pipeline 84, and both the dust box 83 and the dust collection motor 82 are disposed on the right side of the base frame 13.
The dust collection motor 82 is used to generate a negative pressure in the dust box 83. When the dust collecting motor 82 is operated, negative pressure is generated in the inner space of the dust box 83, so that the dust collecting pipeline 84 is in a negative pressure environment, and impurities in the dust storage space of the floor cleaning device 300 are sucked into the dust box 83 under the action of the negative pressure, so that automatic dust discharging of the floor cleaning device 300 is realized, and manual dust discharging of the floor cleaning device 300 by a user is not needed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the cleaning base 100 includes a power module 85 and a main control chip 86 both located in the placing cavity 12a, the power module 85 can supply power to each of the power consuming components of the cleaning base 100, including but not limited to the second communication module, the main control chip 86, the water inlet valve 3, the self-priming pump 61, the switch valve 62, the drainage pump 72, the blower 80, and the dust collecting motor 82. The main control chip 86 is disposed in the middle area above the base frame 13, and the main control chip 86 is used for controlling the operations of the second communication module, the water inlet valve 3, the auto-priming pump 61, the switch valve 62, the drainage pump 72, the fan 80 and the dust collection motor 82 respectively.
In one embodiment, the cleaning base 100 includes a charging terminal, and the power module 85 can be used to convert the received AC power into DC power, and the charging terminal can use the DC power to charge the floor cleaning device 300. After the floor cleaning device 300 returns to the washing chamber 1a, it can be electrically connected to the charging terminal to realize charging.

Claims (15)

1. A cleaning base, comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a bottom frame, a cleaning part and a cleaning cavity, wherein the cleaning part and the cleaning cavity are formed inside the bottom frame, and the cleaning cavity is used for accommodating a ground cleaning device;
and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the cleaning part and a tap water source.
2. The cleaning base of claim 1, wherein the cleaning base comprises a water inlet valve disposed on the water inlet line.
3. The cleaning base of claim 1, wherein the cleaning base includes a cleaning interface located in the cleaning chamber, the cleaning interface being disposed at the water outlet end of the water inlet line.
4. The cleaning base of claim 1, wherein the top side of the base frame is formed with a water inlet port, and the water inlet line is in communication with the water inlet port.
5. The cleaning base of claim 2, wherein the base frame comprises a support frame and a base frame, a placement cavity is formed in the support frame, the base frame is located in the placement cavity, the cleaning cavity with the cleaning portion and a front opening is formed in the base frame, and the water inlet valve is located in the placement cavity.
6. The cleaning base of claim 2, comprising a pressure relief tank disposed on the water inlet line downstream of the water inlet valve.
7. The cleaning base of claim 6, wherein the cleaning base comprises a detergent tank in communication with the pressure relief tank.
8. The cleaning base of claim 7, wherein the cleaning base comprises a self-priming pump for pumping the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent tank.
9. The cleaning base of claim 7, wherein the pressure relief tank comprises a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a feed inlet, the liquid inlet is communicated with the water outlet end of the water inlet valve, the liquid outlet is communicated with the cleaning part, the feed inlet is communicated with the cleaning agent tank, and the liquid inlet and the feed inlet are both higher than the liquid outlet.
10. The cleaning base of claim 1, comprising a drain line communicating the washing section and an outlet line of a laundry treatment apparatus.
11. The cleaning base of claim 10, wherein the cleaning base comprises a drainage tank, a drainage pump and a water replenishing pipeline, the drainage pump and the drainage tank are disposed on the drainage pipeline, the drainage pump is located at the downstream of the drainage tank, and two ends of the water replenishing pipeline are respectively communicated with the drainage tank and the water inlet pipeline.
12. A cleaning system, comprising:
the cleaning base of any one of claims 1 to 11;
a laundry treating apparatus disposed above the bottom frame;
a floor cleaning device disposed in the cleaning chamber in an accessible manner.
13. The cleaning system according to claim 12, wherein the laundry treatment apparatus includes an inlet water line, the inlet water line being in communication with the inlet water line, the inlet water line being in communication with a source of tap water.
14. The cleaning system of claim 13, wherein the bottom of the clothes treatment device is provided with a water inlet interface, the water inlet interface is butted with a water inlet interface at the top side of the bottom frame, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the water inlet interface.
15. The cleaning system defined in claim 13, wherein the water inlet line and the water inlet line are located on the same side of the chassis.
