Meanwhile, the protruding portions 114 are formed on the first substrate 11 in the directions of both sides of the notch portion 110, and the protruding portions 114 can cover a part of the lines on the second substrate 21, thereby preventing the lines at the position from being exposed and damaged, and improving the reliability of the display panel. The frame glue layer 31 is arranged between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21, the frame glue layer 31 can connect the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 on the one hand, and improve the connection strength between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21, meanwhile, the frame glue layer 31 can extend towards the direction of the protruding part 114 of the first substrate 11, frame the lines on the corresponding protruding parts 114 of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21, further prevent the lines at the positions of the protruding parts 114 on the second substrate 21 and the lines at the positions corresponding to the protruding parts 114 from being damaged in the production process and subsequent use, solve the problem that the lines of the display panel are easily damaged due to the exposure of the connecting terminals 40 in the prior art, effectively improve the yield of the display panel, and guarantee the normal use and the service life of the display panel.

Of course, in another embodiment, the specific structure of the notch 110 may be adjusted according to the specific structure of the connection terminal 40, and for example, the notch 110 may have a triangular structure, the tip of the notch 110 may face the inside of the first substrate 11, and the open end may face the outside of the first substrate 11.
As one of alternative embodiments of the present embodiment, the connection terminal 40 may be provided in plurality, and the number of the notch portions 110 may correspond to the number of the connection terminals 40. In a specific application, the display panel may have one, two or more than two connection terminals 40 according to an application scene of the display panel, only one notch 110 may be provided on the first substrate 11 to expose all the connection terminals 40, or a plurality of notches 110 may be provided to expose each connection terminal 40. For example, two connection terminals 40 may be provided, two gap portions 110 may be provided at intervals along the side of the first substrate 11, two connection terminals 40 may be respectively distributed on the two gap portions 110, correspondingly, three protrusion portions 114 may be provided, and the specific structure of the sealant layer 31 is also adaptively adjusted.

By means of the design, on one hand, the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 can be connected by the outer frame glue 311, so that the connection strength of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 is improved, on the other hand, the outer frame glue 311, the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 enclose to form a relatively closed accommodating cavity, so that circuits and the conducting bars 312 on the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 21 can be enclosed, damage to the circuits and the conducting bars 312 in the production process of the display panel can be prevented, and daily use of the display panel and the service life of the display panel can be guaranteed. In addition, the design of separating the outer frame glue 311 and the conducting strip 312 can reduce the production difficulty of the frame glue layer 31, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency of the display panel. Of course, in other embodiments, the outer frame glue 311 and the conducting bar 312 may also be connected, that is, the conducting bar 312 may be a part of the outer frame glue 311.
