The technical scheme of the washing drum and the drum-type shoe washing machine of the embodiment of the application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Firstly, fig. 1 and fig. 2 are combined, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a washing drum provided in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a front view of the wash drum of fig. 1.
The present embodiment provides a washing drum 100, which includes: the washing machine comprises a barrel 110 and a washing cage 120 arranged in the barrel 110, wherein the washing cage 120 divides the barrel 110 into at least two washing cavities 121, and the side wall of each washing cavity 121 is provided with a first washing assembly 130.
The cylinder 110 is cylindrical and includes a circular sidewall and a bottom wall fixed to one end of the sidewall. When the shoe washing machine is a drum type, the bottom wall of the cylinder 110 is at the rear end of the side wall; when the shoe washing machine is a pulsator type shoe washing machine, the bottom wall of the tub 110 is at the bottom end of the side wall.
It can be understood that the outer cylinder is disposed outside the cylinder 110, and the water holes are disposed on the sidewall of the cylinder 110, that is, during the shoe washing process, the cylinder 110 rotates relative to the outer cylinder to wash the shoes, and there is water inside the cylinder 110 and between the cylinder 110 and the outer cylinder. The outer tub is provided with a drain port for draining washing water.
The washing cage 120 is fixed in the barrel 110, and the washing cage 120 may be fixedly connected with the side wall of the barrel 110, for example, the washing cage 120 is connected with the side wall of the barrel 110 by screws, clamping, and the like. The washing cage 120 may be fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the barrel 110, for example, the washing cage 120 is screwed, clamped, etc. to the bottom wall of the barrel 110. In one possible embodiment, the wash cage 120 is snap-fitted to the bowl 110 to facilitate disassembly and maintenance.
The wash cage 120 divides the bowl 110 into at least two wash cavities 121, for example, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of wash cages 120 divide the bowl 110 into four wash cavities 121. It will be appreciated that all of the wash cavities 121 may have the same volume, and so configured to facilitate the structural design and manufacture of the wash cage 120; or, the volume of at least one washing cavity 121 is different from the volumes of other washing cavities 121, so that the washing machine can be used for washing shoes of different family members, for example, shoes of children can be washed in the washing cavity 121 with a smaller volume, shoes of adults can be washed in the washing cavity 121 with a larger volume, and the space of the barrel 110 can be fully utilized, so that the washing efficiency is improved.
It will be appreciated that the washing drum 100 may be provided with a plurality of washing cages 120, each washing cage 120 dividing the drum 110 into a different number of washing cavities 121. The washing cage 120 is detachably connected with the drum body 110, so that different washing cages 120 can be replaced according to use requirements, and meanwhile, the washing efficiency and the washing effect are considered. For example, when there are more dirty shoes, more washing cages 120 can be used with more washing cavities 121 to improve the cleaning efficiency; when the number of the dirty shoes is less, the washing cage 120 with less washing cavities 121 can be used, and the washing effect is improved.
The side wall of each washing cavity 121 is provided with the first washing assembly 130, so that the shoes can be washed by the first washing assembly 130 in each washing cavity 121, and only one shoe is arranged in each washing cavity 121, thereby avoiding damage caused by friction and collision between the shoes. Wherein the first washing assembly 130 may be disposed on the washing cage 120, and the first washing assembly 130 may also be disposed on the tub 110, of course, the first washing assembly 130 may be disposed on both the washing cage 120 and the tub 110.
A plurality of water inlets and water outlets are uniformly distributed on the washing cage 120, so that the washing water enters the washing cavity 121 to clean the shoes. The wash cage 120 may have a variety of shapes and configurations.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wash cage 120 comprises at least two arcuate cage walls 122, the arcuate cage walls 122 projecting toward the central axis of the bowl 110, that is, the arcuate cage walls 122 projecting away from the side walls of the bowl 110. The arc-shaped cage wall 122 is fixedly connected with the cylinder body 110, for example, the arc-shaped cage wall 122 is connected with the cylinder body 110 through screws, and the connection mode is stable and reliable; for another example, the arc-shaped cage wall 122 is connected with the cylinder 110 by a snap fit, so that the disassembly is simple and convenient. The arcuate cage wall 122 may be fixedly connected to at least one of the side wall and the bottom wall of the barrel 110.
The arc-shaped cage wall 122 forms the washing cavity 121 with the side wall and the bottom wall of the barrel 110 at the inner part of the arc-shaped cage wall 122, that is, the arc-shaped cage wall 122 forms the washing cavity 121 with the barrel 110 at the inner part thereof.
In the present embodiment, the arc-shaped cage wall 122 is a circular arc-shaped cage wall. Optionally, all the arc-shaped cage walls 122 are identical, so that at least two washing cavities 121 with the same volume are formed in the cylinder 110; optionally, at least one of the arcuate cage walls 122 is not dimensionally congruent with the other arcuate cage walls 122, such that the volume of at least one of the wash cavities 121 is not congruent with the volume of the other wash cavities 121.
In some embodiments, all the arc-shaped cage walls 122 are the same, and a plurality of arc-shaped cage walls 122 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the barrel 110, for example, referring to fig. 2, four arc-shaped cage walls 122 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the barrel 110, and four washing cavities 121 are formed in the barrel 110. The size and number of the arc-shaped cage walls 122 are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
