Abstract

The second mounting plate 221 may be fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the cylinder 100 in various manners, such as screwing, clamping, etc. Optionally, the second mounting plate 221 is connected to the bottom wall of the barrel 100 through a buckle, so as to facilitate disassembly and maintenance.
The second mounting plate 221 may be a rectangular plate that extends radially of the bottom wall of the cartridge 100. The second bristle tufts 222 are arranged in a rectangular matrix on the second mounting plate 221. The structure of the second bristle tuft 222 may be the same as that of the first bristle tuft 212, and will not be described again. In the direction shown in fig. 2, the second bristle tuft 222 at the bottom of the second mounting plate 221 is spaced from the top of the first bristle tuft 212 at the left side of the first mounting plate 211, so that the first bristle tuft 212 and the second bristle tuft 222 are prevented from being deformed by contact.
The third brush part 230 includes a third mounting plate 231 and a plurality of third bristle tufts 232, a plurality of third mounting holes are uniformly formed in the third mounting plate 231, and one third bristle tuft 232 is mounted in each third mounting hole, and the third bristle tufts 232 are perpendicular to the third mounting plate 231.
The third mounting plate 231 may be a metal plate, and the third mounting plate 231 may be a plastic plate, which is not limited herein. The third mounting plate 231 is perpendicular to the first mounting plate 211, and the third mounting plate 231 is connected to the first mounting plate 211. The third mounting plate 231 is suspended from the nozzle of the barrel 100.
The structure of the third brush part 230 may be the same as that of the second brush part 220, and will not be described again. Optionally, the hardness of the third mounting plate 231 is greater than that of the second mounting plate 221, so that the third brush portion 230 has sufficient structural strength, and the cleaning effect is prevented from being affected by deformation of the third brush portion 230.
Optionally, the first mounting plate 211, the second mounting plate 221 and the third mounting plate 231 are integrally formed as a single piece, and the single piece is U-shaped, convenient to process and high in structural strength.
When the first mounting plate 211, the second mounting plate 221, and the third mounting plate 231 are integrally formed as a single piece, the second mounting plate 221 may not be connected to the bottom wall of the barrel 100 when the first mounting plate 211 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the barrel 100, so that the mounting process of the washing brush 200 is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
Optionally, two ends of the first mounting plate 211 are respectively connected with the second mounting plate 221 and the third mounting plate 231, and the thickness of two ends of the first mounting plate 211 is greater than the thickness of the middle of the first mounting plate 211, so that the stability and reliability of connection between the first mounting plate 211 and the second mounting plate 221 and between the first mounting plate 211 and the third mounting plate 231 can be improved, and especially for the third mounting plate 231, as the third mounting plate 231 is suspended at the nozzle of the cylinder 100, the thickness of the end part of the connection between the first mounting plate 211 and the third mounting plate 231 is greater, the connection strength can be improved, and the damage of the third mounting plate 231 due to the acting force of shoes can be avoided.
Illustratively, the inner side surface of the first mounting plate 211 is a concave arc surface 2111 protruding outwards, which is convenient to process, and is attached to the arc surface of the vamp, so that the first bristle tufts 212 can better contact with the vamp, thereby being beneficial to improving the cleaning effect. The first bristle cluster 212 is perpendicular to the concave arc surface 2111, which is convenient for the first bristle cluster 212 to brush with shoes, thereby being beneficial to improving the cleaning effect.
In the embodiment of the present application, the term "outer" refers to a side facing the outside of the cylinder 100, and the term "inner" refers to a side facing the center of the cylinder 100.

Claims (10)
1. A wash tub of a drum-type shoe washer, comprising: a cylinder and a plurality of washing brushes arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder; the washing brushes are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylinder body;
the washing brush comprises a first brush part, a second brush part and a third brush part, wherein the second brush part and the third brush part are respectively arranged at two ends of the first brush part, and a first included angle is formed between the second brush part and the first brush part; the third brush part and the first brush part form a second included angle;
the second brush part is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the cylinder body, and the first brush part is fixedly connected with the side wall of the cylinder body.

The wash bowl of claim 1 wherein the first brush comprises a first mounting plate and a plurality of first bristle tufts, wherein the first mounting plate is uniformly provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, one of the first bristle tufts is mounted in each of the first mounting holes, and the first mounting plate is fixedly connected to the side wall of the bowl.
3. The wash bowl of claim 2 wherein a plurality of the first mounting holes are spaced apart in a first direction on the first mounting plate to form a first set of holes; a plurality of first hole groups are arranged at intervals along a second direction, and the second direction and the first direction have a third included angle.
4. A washing cartridge according to claim 3, wherein the first mounting hole is a circular hole; the diameter of the first mounting hole is 3 mm-4.5 mm;
and along the first direction or the second direction, the interval between the hole walls of two adjacent first mounting holes is 6-10 mm.
5. The wash bowl of claim 2 wherein the second brush comprises a second mounting plate and a plurality of second bristle tufts, the second mounting plate having a plurality of second mounting holes uniformly disposed therein, one of the second bristle tufts being mounted within each of the second mounting holes, the second bristle tufts being perpendicular to the second mounting plate; the second mounting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the cylinder body;
the third brush part comprises a third mounting plate and a plurality of third bristle clusters, a plurality of third mounting holes are uniformly formed in the third mounting plate, one third bristle cluster is mounted in each third mounting hole, and the third bristle clusters are perpendicular to the third mounting plate; the third mounting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the cylinder body.
6. The wash cartridge of claim 5 wherein the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate, and the third mounting plate are integrally formed as a single piece.
7. The washing drum of claim 5, wherein the two ends of the first mounting plate are respectively connected with the second mounting plate and the third mounting plate, and the thickness of the two ends of the first mounting plate is larger than the thickness of the middle of the first mounting plate.
8. The washing drum of claim 7, wherein the inner side of the first mounting plate is a concave arc surface protruding outwards; the first bristle tuft is perpendicular to the concave cambered surface.
9. The wash bowl of any one of claims 1-8 wherein the first brush extends in an axial direction of the bowl; alternatively, the first brush portion extends in a spiral direction of the inner wall surface of the cylinder;
the second brush part is perpendicular to the first brush part; and/or, the third brush part is perpendicular to the first brush part.
10. A drum-type shoe washer, comprising: a box and the washing drum of any one of claims 1-9, the front panel of the box being provided with a delivery opening; the washing cylinder is arranged in the box body, the cylinder body of the washing cylinder is opposite to the throwing opening, and the central axis of the cylinder body extends along the horizontal direction.
