The central laundry lifting rib 700 is disposed on the inner side surface of the tub bottom 220 and located at the center of the tub bottom 220, and the lateral laundry lifting rib 600 and the central laundry lifting rib 700 rotate with the wash tub 200.
The operation of the drum washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.
The laundry is loaded in the tub 200, and when the drum washing machine 1 is operated to wash, the washing water in the tub 200 flows out between the tub 100 and the tub 200, wherein the washing water in the tub 200 can flow out between the tub 100 and the tub 200 through a tub opening of the tub 200, and can also flow out between the tub 100 and the tub 200 through a water outlet hole on a side wall of the tub 200.
In the process of rotating the tub 200, the water intake device 300 rotates with the tub 200, the water intake device 300 is driven by the power of the tub 200, when the water intake device 300 rotates, after the water intake port 310 sinks into the washing water in the tub 200 or the washing water between the tub 100 and the tub 200, the water intake port 310 scoops the washing water in the tub 100, as the water intake device 300 continues to rotate, the water intake port 310 is raised, and the scooped washing water is guided to the spray port 330 along the flow passage 320 under the action of gravity and returns to the tub 200 through the spray port 330, so that the wetting time of the laundry is shortened, and the utilization rate of the detergent, the washing uniformity, the washing degree and the rinsing efficiency are improved.
According to the drum washing machine 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the water intake device 300 is provided on the tub 200, and the water intake device 300 rotates with the tub 200, so that the water intake device 300 can be driven by the power of the tub 200, the washing water can be circularly sprayed by gravity, and an additional power device such as a circulating pump is not required to drive the water intake device 300, thereby reducing the power consumption cost.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 6, the flow passage 320 of the water intake device 300 has a closed cross section, and in the process that the washing water flows to the spray opening 330 along the water intake opening 310, the washing water does not spill out of the flow passage 320, so that the amount of water sprayed from the spray opening 330 can be ensured, the spray pressure can be ensured, and the spray effect can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a water return port 221 communicating with the accommodating chamber 710 and the spray port 330 is provided at the center of the tub bottom 220.
In the related art, the addition part of the drum washing machine with sterilization and disinfection functions is usually installed on the water inlet pipeline, and has complex structure, high cost and difficult replacement.
According to the drum washing machine 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the adding member 800 is integrated in the central laundry lifting rib 700, and during the washing process, the washing water in the washing tub 200 or between the washing tub 200 and the washing tub 100 passes through the water intake device 300 and enters the accommodating chamber 710 of the central laundry lifting rib 700 through the water return port 221 of the tub bottom 220, and enters the washing tub 200 from the spraying hole 720 after contacting with the adding member 800, so as to perform the sterilization and disinfection effects on the laundry. And, simple structure, with low costs, be convenient for change.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the central laundry lifting rib 700 includes a lifting wheel 730 and a spray head 740.
The lifting wheel 730 is installed on the inner side surface of the tub bottom 220 and located at the center of the tub bottom 220, a lifting protrusion 731 is arranged on the surface of the lifting wheel 730 facing the inside of the washing tub 200, and when the central laundry lifting rib 700 rotates along with the washing tub 200, the lifting protrusion 731 on the lifting wheel 730 plays a role in lifting the central laundry. The receiving chamber 710 is provided in the lifting wheel 730, and one end of the receiving chamber 710 facing the inside of the tub 200 is opened to form the opening. The nozzle 740 is mounted on the lifting wheel 730 and covers the opening of the accommodating cavity 710, and the nozzle 740 is provided with a spraying hole 720. When the adding member 800 needs to be replaced, the spraying head 740 only needs to be detached from the lifting wheel 730, and the user can directly replace the adding member 800 without detaching other parts in the using process because the central clothes lifting rib 700 is positioned on the inner side surface of the barrel bottom 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in order to increase a spraying range to improve a spraying effect and prevent the central laundry lifting rib 700 from scratching the laundry, the spray head 740 is configured as a spherical crown shape protruding toward the inside of the tub 200, and the spray holes 720 are plural and uniformly distributed on the spray head 740.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the receiving chamber 710 extends in an axial direction of the tub 200, and an end of the receiving chamber 710 facing an outside of the tub 200 communicates with the return water port 221. The cross-sectional area of the adding member 800 is smaller than that of the accommodating chamber 710 toward the inside of the tub 200, and the cross-sectional area of the adding member 800 is larger than that of the accommodating chamber 710 toward the outside of the tub 200. On one hand, the additive member 800 is prevented from leaking out of the receiving chamber 710 from the water returning opening 221, and on the other hand, the additive member 800 can be easily taken out from the tub 200 after the shower head 740 is removed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a surface of the spray head 740 facing the outside of the tub 200 is provided with a box body 750, the receiving chamber 710 is formed in the box body 750, and the box body 750 is provided with a box cover 760, the box cover 760 being detachable with respect to the box body 750 and serving to cover an end of the receiving chamber 710 facing the outside of the tub 200. When the adding element 800 needs to be replaced, the spraying head 740 is firstly detached from the lifting wheel 730, then the box cover 760 is detached from the box body 750, the adding element 800 in the accommodating cavity 710 is exposed, and after the adding element 800 is replaced, the spraying head 740 provided with the new adding element 800 is installed on the lifting wheel 730 according to the reverse steps of the steps.
The cover 760 may be detachably mounted on the body 750, such as by screwing, and the cover 760 may be stopped by the partition plate 450 at the shower opening 330 against the cover 760.
Further, at least one of the box cover 760 and the box body 750 may be perforated in order to further increase the flow rate of water through the receiving chamber 710.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the cross-sectional area of the lifting wheel 730 gradually increases in a direction from away from the tub bottom 220 to adjacent to the tub bottom 220. Thus, under the condition of ensuring the washing space of the washing tub 200, the range of the central clothes lifting rib 700 for lifting the clothes can be increased in the axial direction of the washing tub 200, and the washing effect on the central clothes can be further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting protrusions 731 are plural, each lifting protrusion 731 extends along a radial direction of the lifting wheel 730, the plural lifting protrusions 731 are arranged along a circumferential direction of the lifting wheel 730 at equal intervals, and when the central laundry lifting rib 700 rotates with the washing tub 200, the plural lifting protrusions 731 jointly and continuously lift the laundry in the center of the washing tub 200, so that the laundry in the center is continuously beaten.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in order to further improve the lifting and beating effect of the lifting protrusions 731 on the central laundry, the width of the lifting protrusions 731 is gradually increased from inside to outside along the radial direction of the lifting wheel 730, and the portion of the outer circumferential edge of the lifting wheel 730 located between the adjacent lifting protrusions 731 forms a concave portion 732 which is concave toward the center of the lifting wheel 730, so that the material consumption of the central laundry lifting rib 700 can be reduced to reduce the cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and as shown in fig. 4 to 6, in order to further facilitate scooping of water from the water intake port 310, guiding of water by the flow passage 320 by gravity, and spraying of the water into the tub 200 from the spraying port 330, the water intake port 310 is located at an outer periphery of the tub bottom 220, the spraying port 330 is located at a center of the tub bottom 220, and the flow passage 320 extends in a radial direction of the tub bottom 220. The center axis of the shower port 330 coincides with the center axis of the tub bottom 220, and the shower port 330 is provided inward in the axial direction of the tub bottom 220. The central axis of the water intake 310 is perpendicular to the central axis of the shower port 330, and the water intake 310 is disposed inward in the radial direction of the tub bottom 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the water intake ports 310 are plural and are equally spaced along the circumferential direction of the tub bottom 220. The flow channels 320 are multiple, one end of each flow channel 320 is communicated with the spraying port 330, and the other end of each flow channel 320 is communicated with the water intake ports 310. That is, one spray port 330 is provided, one end of each flow passage 320 communicates with the spray port 330, and the other end of each flow passage 320 communicates with one water intake port 310. Therefore, continuous water scooping and continuous water guiding can be realized by using the plurality of water intake ports 310 and the plurality of flow passages 320, water is continuously supplied to the spraying ports 330, the spraying continuity and the spraying water quantity are improved, and the spraying effect is further improved.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the drum washing machine 1 further includes a support frame 500.
The support frame 500 is rotatably connected to the tub 100, and the support frame 500 is mounted on the tub rim 210 and located outside the tub bottom 220 for driving the tub 200 to rotate. The water intake device 300 is installed between the tub bottom 220 and the support frame 500, and the water intake device 300 is adapted to be fixed to the tub 210 and/or the support frame 500 by fasteners (e.g., bolts, screws). Thereby, the tub 100 and the tub 200 are connected by the support frame 500, which plays a role of supporting the tub 200 and realizes the tub 200 to be rotatable with respect to the tub 100, and the installation positioning of the water intake apparatus 300, i.e., the support frame 500, the water intake apparatus 300, and the tub 200 to be rotated in synchronization is realized.
Further, the water intake device 300 is provided with a circumferential limiting groove 431, and at least a part of the support frame 500 is fitted in the circumferential limiting groove 431, so that the support frame 500 is limited by the inner wall of the circumferential limiting groove 431, the support frame 500 and the water intake device 300 are prevented from rotating relatively, and the rotation of the washing tub 200 and the stability of the circulating spraying of the water intake device 300 are improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, the water intake apparatus 300 includes a water outlet tray 410, a plurality of water directing arms 420, and a plurality of scoops 430.
The outlet tray 410 has a shower pipe 411 passing through the tub bottom 220 of the tub 200, and the shower port 330 is provided on the shower pipe 411. A flow channel 320 is arranged in each water guide arm 420, and one end of each water guide arm 420 is connected with the water outlet disc 410 and is arranged at equal intervals along the circumference of the water outlet disc 410. A water intake port 310 is provided on each scoop 430, and the scoops 430 are connected to the other ends of the water guide arms 420, respectively. For example, the water guide arm 420 and the scooping spoon 430 are three in number, respectively. The structure of the support bracket 500 is adapted to the structure of the water intake device 300, so that the water intake device 300 is pressed and positioned on the bottom 220 of the tub 200. Each scoop 430 is provided with a circumferential limiting groove 431, and the ends of the support frame 500 are respectively fitted in the circumferential limiting grooves 431 of the scoops 430, so that the water taking device 300 and the support frame 500 are positioned in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 200.
Specifically, when the water intake device 300 rotates with the washing tub 200, when one of the water guide arms 420 rotates downward and the water intake port 310 of the scoop 430 is submerged, water enters the flow channel 320 through the water intake port 310, as the water intake device 300 continues to rotate, the water guide arm 420 is lifted, water reaches the shower pipe 411 of the water outlet tray 410 along the flow channel 320 and then is sprayed into the washing tub 200 through the shower port 330, and the water guide arms 420 circulate and reciprocate, so that circulation of water inside and outside the washing tub 200 is realized, and the soaking time of laundry is shortened.
Therefore, the water outside the washing tub 200 can be taken into the washing tub 200 without additional power by using the rotating power of the washing tub 200 and the gravity of the water, so that the utilization rate of the detergent, the washing uniformity, the washing degree and the rinsing efficiency are improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. In addition, since the spray opening 330 is formed in the inside of the tub 200, the spraying effect and the visual effect of the spray are further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the scooping spoon 430 and the water outlet tray 410 are disposed to be staggered in the axial direction of the tub 200, the scooping spoon 430 is located closer to the tub 100 in the axial direction of the tub 200 with respect to the water outlet tray 410, and the water guide arms 420 are formed with corresponding bends to connect the water outlet tray 410 and the scooping spoon 430. This allows the scoop 430 to extend outward, offset in a vertical plane from the basin 410 and portions of the water directing arms 420, to facilitate scooping of water by the scoop 430.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the shower pipe 411 is extended into the lifting wheel 730 from the water returning port 221, the tray 440 is provided on the inner sidewall of the shower pipe 411, and the receiving chamber 710 is formed in the tray 440. When the adding member 800 needs to be replaced, the spraying head 740 is detached from the lifting wheel 730, the adding member 800 on the tray 440 can be exposed, and after the adding member 800 is replaced, the spraying head 740 is installed back to the lifting wheel 730.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, a partition plate 450 is provided in the shower pipe 411, and the partition plate 450 partitions the shower port 330 in the shower pipe 411 into a plurality of regions, each of which corresponds to one of the plurality of flow passages 320, and each of which is provided with a tray 440. For example, the partition plate 450 divides the shower opening 330 into three regions in the shower pipe 411, the number of the trays 440 is three, and the three trays 440 are arranged on the inner side wall of the shower pipe 411 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the shower pipe 411 and are respectively located in the three regions.
Alternatively, the shower pipes 411 may extend to stop against the shower head 740, the tray 440 may stop against the shower head 740, or may leave a gap with the shower head 740, as long as the gap ensures that the filling member 800 is not exposed.
Further, to further increase the flow of water through the receiving chamber 710, the tray 440 may be perforated.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, an inside surface of the scooping spoon 430 in a radial direction of the tub 200 is configured to be inclined toward a radially outer side, and the water intake port 310 is provided on the inside surface of the scooping spoon 430, whereby the water intake port 310 can be inclined in a direction away from the water guide arm 420 along a circumferential direction of the tub 200. Specifically, when the scoop 430 is turned to the lowermost position, the intake port 310 thereon is disposed obliquely with respect to the vertical and horizontal directions, i.e., toward the upper direction and away from the water guide arm 420. Thus, when the scoop 430 is rotated in the lowermost direction, wash water in the tub 100 can immediately enter the water taking apparatus 300 through the water intake port 310, thereby further facilitating water taking.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, each scoop 430 is provided with two water intake ports 310, and the two water intake ports 310 are respectively located at both sides of the water guide arm 420 where the scoop 430 is located in the circumferential direction of the tub 200. Therefore, the water taking device 300 has good water taking performance no matter clockwise or anticlockwise rotating, and improves the applicability and the assembly convenience.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, an outer side surface of the scooping spoon 430 in a radial direction of the tub 200 is configured in an arc shape adapted to the shape of the inner circumferential surface of the tub 200, and the arc-shaped surface of the scooping spoon 430 is closely attached to the inner circumferential surface of the tub rim 210, so that the water getting apparatus 300 and the tub 200 are integrated, and the axial length of the integrated body is reduced.
