Furthermore, as shown in fig. 3, the flow passage 320 of the water intake device 300 has a closed cross section, and in the process that the washing water flows to the spray opening 330 along the water intake opening 310, the washing water does not spill out of the flow passage 320, so that the amount of water sprayed from the spray opening 330 can be ensured, the spray pressure can be ensured, and the spray effect can be further improved.
Therefore, the drum washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of low power consumption cost, good spraying effect, etc.
A drum washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the drum washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a tub 100, a tub 200, and a water taking apparatus 300.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tub 200 includes a tub loop 210 and a tub bottom 220.
The tub bottom 220 is mounted on the tub bottom 210, one end of the tub bottom 210 is opened to form a laundry input port 230, the other end of the tub bottom 210 is closed by the tub bottom 220, and the water intake device 300 abuts against the tub bottom 220. When the tub 200 is rotated, the water intake device 300 is rotated along with the tub bottom 220 of the tub 200, and the rotation axis of the water intake device 300 coincides with the rotation axis of the tub 200, so that the positions of the water intake port 310 and the spray port 330 of the water intake device 300 in the vertical direction are changed during the rotation process, and thus water scooping and water guiding by gravity are realized, and further, cyclic spraying is realized without additional power.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to further facilitate scooping of water by the water intake 310, guiding of water by the flow passage 320 by gravity, and spraying of the water into the wash tub 200 by the spray opening 330, the water intake 310 is located at the outer periphery of the tub bottom 220, the spray opening 330 is located at the center of the tub bottom 220, and the flow passage 320 extends in the radial direction of the tub bottom 220. The center axis of the shower port 330 coincides with the center axis of the tub bottom 220, and the opening of the shower port 330 is provided inward in the axial direction of the tub bottom 220. The central axis of the water intake 310 is perpendicular to the central axis of the shower port 330, and the opening of the water intake 310 is disposed radially inward of the tub bottom 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the water intake ports 310 are provided in plurality and equally spaced along the circumferential direction of the tub bottom 220. The flow channels 320 are multiple, one end of each flow channel 320 is communicated with the spraying port 330, and the other end of each flow channel 320 is communicated with the water intake ports 310. That is, one spray port 330 is provided, one end of each flow passage 320 communicates with the spray port 330, and the other end of each flow passage 320 communicates with one water intake port 310. Therefore, continuous water scooping and continuous water guiding can be realized by using the plurality of water intake ports 310 and the plurality of flow passages 320, water is continuously supplied to the spraying ports 330, the spraying continuity and the spraying water quantity are improved, and the spraying effect is further improved.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drum washing machine 1 further includes a support frame 500.
The support frame 500 is rotatably connected to the tub 100, and the support frame 500 is mounted on the tub rim 210 and located outside the tub bottom 220 for driving the tub 200 to rotate. The water intake device 300 is installed between the tub bottom 220 and the support frame 500, and the water intake device 300 is adapted to be fixed to the tub 210 and/or the support frame 500 by fasteners (e.g., bolts, screws). Thereby, the tub 100 and the tub 200 are connected by the support frame 500, which plays a role of supporting the tub 200 and realizes the tub 200 to be rotatable with respect to the tub 100, and the installation positioning of the water intake apparatus 300, i.e., the support frame 500, the water intake apparatus 300, and the tub 200 to be rotated in synchronization is realized.
Further, the water intake device 300 is provided with a circumferential limiting groove 431, and at least a part of the support frame 500 is fitted in the circumferential limiting groove 431, so that the support frame 500 is limited by the inner wall of the circumferential limiting groove 431, the support frame 500 and the water intake device 300 are prevented from rotating relatively, and the rotation of the washing tub 200 and the stability of the circulating spraying of the water intake device 300 are improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the water intake apparatus 300 includes a water outlet tray 410, a plurality of water directing arms 420, and a plurality of scoops 430.
The outlet tray 410 has a shower pipe 411 passing through the tub bottom 220 of the tub 200, and the shower port 330 is provided on the shower pipe 411. A flow channel 320 is arranged in each water guide arm 420, and one end of each water guide arm 420 is connected with the water outlet disc 410 and is arranged at equal intervals along the circumference of the water outlet disc 410. A water intake port 310 is provided on each scoop 430, and the scoops 430 are connected to the other ends of the water guide arms 420, respectively. For example, the water guide arm 420 and the scooping spoon 430 are three in number, respectively. The structure of the support bracket 500 is adapted to the structure of the water intake device 300, so that the water intake device 300 is pressed and positioned on the bottom 220 of the tub 200. Each scoop 430 is provided with a circumferential limiting groove 431, and the ends of the support frame 500 are respectively fitted in the circumferential limiting grooves 431 of the scoops 430, so that the water taking device 300 and the support frame 500 are positioned in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 200.
Specifically, when the water intake device 300 rotates with the washing tub 200, when one of the water guide arms 420 rotates downward and the water intake port 310 of the scoop 430 is submerged, water enters the flow channel 320 through the water intake port 310, as the water intake device 300 continues to rotate, the water guide arm 420 is lifted, water reaches the shower pipe 411 of the water outlet tray 410 along the flow channel 320 and then is sprayed into the washing tub 200 through the shower port 330, and the water guide arms 420 circulate and reciprocate, so that circulation of water inside and outside the washing tub 200 is realized, and the soaking time of laundry is shortened.
Therefore, the water outside the washing tub 200 can be taken into the washing tub 200 without additional power by using the rotating power of the washing tub 200 and the gravity of the water, so that the utilization rate of the detergent, the washing uniformity, the washing degree and the rinsing efficiency are improved, and the energy consumption is reduced. In addition, since the spray opening 330 is formed in the inside of the tub 200, the spraying effect and the visual effect of the spray are further improved.

This allows the scoop 430 to extend outward, offset in a vertical plane from the basin 410 and portions of the water directing arms 420, to facilitate scooping of water by the scoop 430.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, an inside surface of the scooping spoon 430 in a radial direction of the tub 200 is configured to be inclined toward a radially outside, and the water intake port 310 is provided on the inside surface of the scooping spoon 430, whereby the water intake port 310 can be inclined in a direction away from the water guide arm 420 along a circumferential direction of the tub 200. Specifically, when the scoop 430 is turned to the lowermost position, the intake port 310 thereon is disposed obliquely with respect to the vertical and horizontal directions, i.e., toward the upper direction and away from the water guide arm 420. Thus, when the scoop 430 is rotated in the lowermost direction, wash water in the tub 100 can immediately enter the water taking apparatus 300 through the water intake port 310, thereby further facilitating water taking.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, two water intake ports 310 are provided on each of the scoops 430, and the two water intake ports 310 are respectively located at both sides of the water guide arm 420 where the scoops 430 are located in the circumferential direction of the tub 200. Therefore, the water taking device 300 has good water taking performance no matter clockwise or anticlockwise rotating, and improves the applicability and the assembly convenience.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an outer side surface of the scooping spoon 430 in a radial direction of the tub 200 is configured in an arc shape adapted to an inner peripheral surface shape of the tub 200, and the arc-shaped surface of the scooping spoon 430 is closely attached to the inner peripheral surface of the tub rim 210, so that the water getting apparatus 300 and the tub 200 are integrated, and an axial length of the integrated body is reduced.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the tub assembly 10 for the drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a tub 200 and a water taking device 300 that are rotatable in synchronization.
The water taking device 300 is mounted to the tub 200. The water intake device 300 has a water intake port 310, a flow passage 320, and a spray port 330, the water intake port 310 communicates with an inner space or an outer space of the tub 200, the spray port 330 communicates with the inner space of the tub 200, an outer periphery of the flow passage 320 is closed, that is, the flow passage 320 has a closed cross section, and the flow passage 320 communicates with the water intake port 310 and the spray port 330.
Wherein, when the water taking apparatus 300 is configured to rotate with the tub 200, the water taking port 310 scoops the liquid in or out of the tub 200 and makes the liquid flow into the tub 200 from the spraying port 330 along the flow passage 320 under the gravity.
According to the tub assembly 10 for the drum washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention, the water taking device 300 is provided on the tub 200, and the water taking device 300 rotates with the tub 200, so that the water taking device 300 can be driven by the power of the tub 200, the washing water can be circularly sprayed by gravity, and an additional power device such as a circulating pump is not required to be provided to drive the water taking device 300, thereby reducing the power consumption cost.
Therefore, according to the tub assembly 10 for the drum washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention, the power consumption cost of the drum washing machine can be reduced, and the shower effect is good.
