For the size of each pulsator through hole 21, the pulsator through holes 21 can prevent other foreign matters such as coins or buttons from passing through, thereby preventing the foreign matters from falling into the gap water-containing chamber 14 to affect the normal use of the pulsator washing machine 100.
Optionally, the end of the water replenishing extension 43 may be provided with a positioning post 45, the bottom wall of the washing drum 1 is provided with a positioning hole 46, and the positioning post 45 and the positioning hole 46 are connected in a matching manner by a fastener to position the water replenishing extension 43. In other words, the fastener can be fixedly connected with the positioning column 45 through the positioning hole 46, so as to facilitate the fixing and positioning of the water replenishing extension portion 43, and ensure the structural stability of the water replenishing extension portion 43.
In some examples of the present invention, the bottom of the washing tub 1 may be provided with a water replenishment forming part 12 and a water spray forming part 11, the water spray plate 3 being provided at the water spray forming part 11 to communicate with the water containing chamber 13, and the water replenishment plate 4 being provided at the water replenishment forming part 12 to communicate with the water containing chamber 13. Thereby facilitating not only the installation of the water spray plate 3 and the water replenishing plate 4, but also the communication of the water spray channel 32 and the water replenishing channel 42 with the water containing cavity 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the water spraying plate 3 and the water supplementing plate 4 are all arranged along the axial extension of the washing drum 1, the water spraying forming part 11 and the water supplementing forming part 12 are formed at the bottom of the washing drum 1, the lower end of the water spraying plate 3 is positioned at the water spraying forming part 11, the lower end of the water supplementing plate 4 is positioned at the water supplementing forming part 12, the water spraying plate 3 can be matched with the water spraying forming part 11 to enable the water spraying channel 32 to be suitable for communicating with the water containing cavity 13, and the water supplementing plate 4 is matched with the water supplementing forming part 12 to enable the water supplementing channel 42 to be suitable for communicating with the water containing cavity 13. Thereby facilitating the installation of the water spraying plate 3 and the water supplementing plate 4 and the communication of the water spraying channel 32 and the water supplementing channel 42 with the water containing cavity 13.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the water spraying plate 3 and the water supplementing plate 4 may be two, respectively, and the water supplementing plate 4 and the water spraying plate 3 may be disposed at a spaced interval along the circumferential direction of the pulsator 2. From this, can spray water in to the wash bowl 1 through two water spray boards 3, can carry out moisturizing through two moisturizing boards 4 to can further improve the injection effect of injection rivers, with the washing effect of improving impeller washing machine 100, moisturizing board 4 and water spray board 3 are alternately set up along the circumference interval of impeller 2 simultaneously, thereby are favorable to the injection and the moisturizing of rivers, also are favorable to guaranteeing the evenly distributed of water in the wash bowl 1, and then guarantee the stability of wash bowl 1.
Alternatively, the two water spraying plates 3 and the two water supplementing plates 4 may be uniformly arranged at intervals and alternately along the circumferential direction of the washing drum 1, that is, the two water spraying plates 3 are arranged oppositely along the radial direction of the pulsator 2, the two water supplementing plates 4 are arranged oppositely along the radial direction of the pulsator 2, and the two water supplementing plates 4 are respectively arranged at two sides of the radial direction where the two water spraying plates 3 are located and are respectively positioned at the middle positions of the two water spraying plates 3. Thereby further ensuring the uniform distribution of the washing water in the washing cylinder 1 and ensuring the stability of the washing process of the washing cylinder 1.
Optionally, the water replenishing plate 4 may be provided with a water replenishing plate 4 positioning column, the water spraying plate 3 is provided with a water spraying plate positioning column 33, and the inner side wall of the washing drum 1 is respectively provided with a water replenishing positioning hole 48 suitable for being matched with the water replenishing plate 4 positioning column and a water spraying positioning hole 34 suitable for being matched with the water spraying plate positioning column 33, so that the water replenishing plate 4 and the inner side wall of the washing drum 1 can be fastened and positioned through the matching of the water replenishing plate 4 positioning column and the water replenishing positioning hole 48, and the water spraying plate 3 and the inner side wall of the washing drum 1 can be fastened and positioned through the matching of the water spraying plate positioning column 33 and the water spraying positioning hole 34.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of first ribs 15 may be provided on the bottom wall of the washing tub 1, each first rib 15 extending in the radial direction of the pulsator 2 and being provided in the circumferential direction of the pulsator 2. Thereby ensuring the structural rigidity of the washing cylinder 1 and improving the integral eccentric resistance of the washing cylinder 1. In other words, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first reinforcing bead 15 may extend from the center of the bottom wall of the washing tub 1 to the outer periphery, i.e., the first reinforcing bead 15 extends in the radial direction of the bottom wall of the washing tub 1. The first reinforcing ribs 15 are a plurality of, and the plurality of first reinforcing ribs 15 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bottom wall of the washing drum 1, so that the structural strength of the bottom wall of the washing drum 1 is improved.
Further, the washing drum 1 may be provided with second reinforcing ribs 16, the second reinforcing ribs 16 are arranged at the connection part between the annular bottom wall 19 of the pulsator 2 and the inner side wall of the pulsator 2, and the second reinforcing ribs 16 are multiple and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the pulsator 2. Thereby further improving the structural strength of the washing tub 1 to further improve the anti-eccentricity ability of the washing tub 1 during washing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the bottom of the washing drum 1 is provided with an annular bottom wall 19 extending along the circumferential direction of the pulsator 2, the annular bottom wall 19 can be flush with the upper surface of the pulsator washing machine 100, the joint of the annular bottom wall 19 and the inner side wall of the washing drum 1 is provided with a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 16, and the plurality of second reinforcing ribs 16 can be uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing drum 1, so that the structural strength of the washing drum 1 can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pulsator washing machine 100 may further include: and a filter 5, wherein the filter 5 is detachably arranged on the water supplementing plate 4. Therefore, when the water flows to the water supplementing channel 42 through the water supplementing plate 4 in the washing process of the pulsator washing machine 100, the water can be filtered through the filter 5, and the filtered water can be sprayed to the washed clothes again through the water spraying port 31, so that the washing water can flow to the water supplementing channel 42 to maintain the circulation of the sprayed water flow, the filtering of the washing water can be realized, the filth and the like in the washing process can be filtered, and the filth filtering effect of the pulsator washing machine 100 can be improved. The filter 5 is detachably provided on the water replenishing plate 4, thereby facilitating the detachment and cleaning of the filter 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the casing of the filter 5 is provided with a plurality of mesh holes 51, and the washing water flows into the filter 5 through the plurality of mesh holes 51, flows into the water supply passage 42 after being filtered by the filter 5, and flows toward the water spray passage 32 and the water spray port 31, whereby the water supply passage 42 can be supplied with water through the plurality of mesh holes 51 on the filter 5, thereby not only ensuring the water supply of the water jet circulation, but also improving the filtering effect of the filter 5. That is, the mesh 51 of the filter 5 may form the water compensating port 41, further, the water compensating port 41 may further include a plurality of water compensating holes 411, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of water compensating holes 411 may be provided under the filter 5, so that water may be introduced into the water compensating channel 42 through both the mesh 51 of the filter 5 and the water compensating holes 411 to supplement the water jet to further maintain the continuous circulation of the water jet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the bottom of the washing tub 1 may be provided with a plurality of drain holes 17, a water sealing valve chamber 18 may be formed at the bottom of the washing tub 1, the water sealing valve chamber 18 mainly plays a role in controlling water sealing and draining, the drain holes 17 are communicated with the water sealing valve chamber 18, the water sealing valve chamber 18 is controlled by a controller of the pulsator washing machine 100, during washing and rinsing of the pulsator washing machine 100, a valve port is closed, washing water flow in the washing tub 1 is sealed, and during draining, the controller controls the valve port of the water sealing valve chamber 18 to be opened, and washing sewage and silt are drained. Thereby realizing the airtight sealing and draining of the washing drum 1.

1. A pulsator washing machine, comprising:
a washing drum;
the impeller is rotatably arranged in the washing cylinder;
at least one water spraying plate which is arranged in the washing cylinder and is spaced from the inner side wall of the washing cylinder so as to define a water spraying channel, wherein a water spraying port is arranged on the water spraying plate and is communicated with the water spraying channel so as to spray water into the washing cylinder;
at least one water supplementing plate, wherein the water supplementing plate is arranged in the washing cylinder and is spaced from the inner side wall of the washing cylinder to define a water supplementing channel communicated with the water spraying channel, the water supplementing plate is provided with a water supplementing port, and the water supplementing port is communicated with the water supplementing channel to guide water in the washing cylinder into the water supplementing channel and guide the water spraying channel;
the lower end of the water supplementing plate is provided with a water supplementing extending part, and the water supplementing extending part is positioned below the impeller;
the tail end of the water supplementing extension part is provided with a positioning column, the bottom wall of the washing cylinder is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning column is connected with the positioning hole in a matched manner through a fastener so as to position the water supplementing extension part.
2. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water containing cavity is formed between the pulsator and the bottom wall of the washing drum at intervals, the water containing cavity is respectively communicated with the water spraying channel and the water supplementing channel, and a drain rib is arranged on the bottom wall of the pulsator and positioned in the water containing cavity to drive water in the water containing cavity to flow from the water spraying channel.
3. The pulsator washing machine of claim 2, wherein the water-receiving chamber includes a gap-receiving chamber formed at a center of the pulsator, the water-replenishing extension extending to the gap-receiving chamber, an extension passage defined between the water-replenishing extension and a bottom wall of the washing tub, the extension passage communicating the water-replenishing passage and the gap-receiving chamber.
4. A pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pulsator is provided with pulsator through holes, and the pulsator through holes are communicated with the water containing chamber.
5. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a water replenishment forming part and a water spraying forming part are provided at a bottom of the washing tub, the water spraying plate is provided at the water spraying forming part to communicate with the water containing chamber, and the water replenishment plate is provided at the water replenishment forming part to communicate with the water containing chamber.
6. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water spraying plate and the water replenishing plate are respectively provided in two, and the water replenishing plate and the water spraying plate are disposed at a spaced apart interval along a circumferential intersection of the washing tub.
7. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first reinforcing ribs are provided on a bottom wall of the washing tub, each of the first reinforcing ribs extending in a radial direction of the pulsator and being provided in a circumferential direction of the pulsator.
8. The pulsator washing machine of claim 7, wherein the washing drum is provided with second reinforcing ribs, the second reinforcing ribs are arranged at the joint of the bottom wall of the washing drum and the inner side wall of the washing drum, and the second reinforcing ribs are multiple and are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the pulsator.
9. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the filter is detachably arranged on the water supplementing plate.
