A plurality of first water distribution ribs are arranged on the first reinforcing surface 421 of the left end cover 42 at intervals in the circumferential direction, and each first water distribution rib is formed on the first reinforcing surface 421 independently, so that the rigidity and the strength of the left end cover 42 are improved, and the structure is more attractive.
The right end cover 43 is arranged at the right end of the cylinder 40, the right end cover 43 is used for closing the right end opening of the cylinder 40, the middle part of the right end cover 43 also protrudes towards the inside of the cylinder 40 and forms a convex curved plate which is arranged symmetrically with the left end cover 42, the right end cover 43 also has a first reinforcing surface 431 and a second reinforcing surface 432, the first reinforcing surface 431 and the second reinforcing surface 432 of the right end cover 43 are the same in shape and structure as the first reinforcing surface 421 and the second reinforcing surface 422 of the left end cover 42, but the outer circumferential edge of the second reinforcing surface 432 is positioned at the right side of the inner circumferential edge of the second reinforcing surface 432 in the axial direction of the right end cover 43.
A plurality of first water-repellent ribs are also arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first reinforcing surface 431 of the right end cover 43, so that the rigidity and strength of the right end cover 43 are improved, and the structure is more attractive.
The left flange 45 is arranged in the middle of the left end cover 42, the right flange 46 is arranged in the middle of the right end cover 43, the centers of the left flange 45 and the right flange 46 are respectively provided with a supporting main shaft, the inner cylinder assembly 400 connects the inner cylinder assembly 400 with the outer cylinder 30 of the drum washing machine 100 through the two supporting main shafts, and the installation and the fixation of the inner cylinder assembly 400 are realized.
First water stirring rib is formed on the first reinforcing surface 421 of the left end cover 42 and the first reinforcing surface 431 of the right end cover 43 through a stamping process, and through the arrangement of the first water stirring rib, the left end cover 42 and the right end cover 43 of the inner drum assembly 400 are not smooth any more, but are of convex structures arranged according to a certain rule, the rigidity and the strength of the left end cover 42 and the right end cover 43 are enhanced under the condition of not increasing the cost, so that the inner drum assembly 400 can meet the requirements of high capacity and high rotating speed drum washing machine 100 on rigidity and strength, the first water stirring rib can assist in lifting clothes, and meanwhile, the effect of washing the clothes by water flow is improved, and the washing performance of the clothes is improved.

Claims (14)

1. An inner barrel assembly (400), comprising:
a cylinder (40), the cylinder (40) extending in a left-right direction, and a left end and a right end of the cylinder (40) having openings, respectively;
at least one end cap for closing at least one opening of the cartridge (40);
wherein the end cover comprises at least one reinforcing surface, the reinforcing surface is provided with at least one water-repellent rib (47) protruding towards the inside of the cylinder body (40), the water-repellent rib (47) does not exceed the edge of the reinforcing surface,
the reinforcing surfaces include a first reinforcing surface (421, 431) and a second reinforcing surface (422, 432), the first reinforcing surface (421, 431) is positioned outside the second reinforcing surface (422, 432), and the first reinforcing surface (421, 431) is not coplanar with the second reinforcing surface (422, 432).
2. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein said water-repelling ribs (47) are formed on said end cap by a stamping process.
3. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein a longitudinal cross-sectional profile of the reinforcement surface is non-perpendicular to an axis of the barrel.
4. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein the first reinforcement surface (421, 431) and the second reinforcement surface (422, 432) each form a ring shape.
5. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 4, wherein the water-repelling ribs (47) comprise a plurality of first water-repelling ribs arranged at intervals along the circumference of the first reinforcing surface (421, 431), each of the first water-repelling ribs being individually formed on the first reinforcing surface (421, 431) without exceeding the inner and outer edges of the first reinforcing surface (421, 431).
6. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 4, wherein the water-repelling ribs (47) comprise a plurality of second water-repelling ribs spaced circumferentially along the second reinforcing surface (422, 432), each of the second water-repelling ribs being formed individually on the second reinforcing surface (422, 432) and not extending beyond the inner and outer edges of the second reinforcing surface (422, 432).
7. The inner barrel assembly (400) according to claim 4, wherein an outer circumferential edge of the second reinforcement surface (422, 432) is connected to an inner circumferential edge of the first reinforcement surface (421, 431), and the outer circumferential edge of the second reinforcement surface (422, 432) is located outside the inner circumferential edge of the second reinforcement surface (422, 432) in the axial direction of the barrel (40) to form a recess at the connection of the first reinforcement surface (421, 431) and the second reinforcement surface (422, 432).
8. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 4, wherein the end caps comprise a left end cap for closing a left end opening of the barrel (40) and a right end cap for closing a right end opening of the barrel (40), each of the left and right end caps having the first and second reinforcement surfaces (421, 431, 422, 432).
9. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 4, wherein a central portion of each end cap is provided with a flange, the second reinforcement surface (422, 432) of the end cap extending circumferentially of the flange.
10. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein a middle portion of said end cap forms a convexly curved plate that projects inwardly toward said barrel.
11. The inner barrel assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein said end cap is formed in a stepped configuration.
12. An inner barrel assembly (400) according to any of claims 1 to 11, wherein the inner surface of the side peripheral wall of the barrel (40) is provided with lifting ribs (44) extending axially therealong.
13. A drum washing machine (100), characterized by comprising a drum assembly (400) according to any of claims 1-12.
14. The drum washing machine (100) according to claim 13, further comprising:
a housing (10), wherein a containing cavity with an open top is defined in the housing (10);
a top cover (20), the top cover (20) being movably mounted on the top of the housing (10) for opening and closing the top opening of the housing;
