In the present embodiment, the support portion 20 is disposed below the tv body 10, and the support portion 20 is hinged with the tv body 10. The rotation of the support part 20 around the tv body 10 can be achieved by hinging.

The speaker 30 in this embodiment is a cross bar speaker 30, sized and shaped to fit the first bracket 21. The frontal facing arrangement ensures that sound is received to a maximum extent by the listener and no sound losses are generated due to walls or other objects absorbing the sound waves. The loudspeaker 30 and the first support 21 in the embodiment are integrally designed, so that the problem of disordered placement caused by separation of the loudspeaker 30 and the flat-panel television can be solved, the whole space is saved, and the attractiveness of the home environment is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a connecting portion 40 is disposed below the tv main body 10 of the present disclosure, the supporting portion 20 is hinged to the tv main body 10 through the connecting portion 40, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connecting portion 40 includes a first connecting shaft 41 and a second connecting shaft 42, the first connecting shaft 41 and the second connecting shaft 42 are disposed along a length direction of the tv main body 10, the first bracket 21 is hinged below the tv main body 10 through the first connecting shaft 41, the second bracket 22 is hinged below the tv main body 10 through the second connecting shaft 42, and the first connecting shaft 41 and the second connecting shaft 42 are disposed adjacent to each other in this embodiment, so that it can be ensured that the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 are disposed adjacent to each other below the tv main body 10.
In the present embodiment, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 are both provided with a groove 23, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, both sides of the inner wall of the groove 23 of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 are both provided with a connecting hole 24, and the size of the connecting hole 24 is respectively matched with the first connecting shaft 41 and the second connecting shaft 42. The first connecting shaft 41 is inserted into the connecting hole 24 of the first bracket 21, and the second connecting shaft 42 is inserted into the connecting hole 24 of the second bracket 22.
Specifically, the rotation angles of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 22 are both smaller than 90 degrees. After the rotation, the angle formed by the first support 21 and the second support 22 is less than 180 degrees, so that the first support 21, the second support 22 and the television cabinet can form a triangular structure. Further, each time the height of the tv main body 10 needs to be adjusted, the first stand 21 and the second stand 22 need to ensure the same rotation angle, so as to ensure that the tv main body 10 does not tilt.
In order to ensure that the first support 21 and the second support 22 can rotate within a certain range, a limiting component (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the connecting part 40, and the limiting component enables the first support 21 to rotate towards the front of the television main body 10 and enables the second support 22 to rotate towards the back of the television main body 10. the support part (20) is arranged at the lower part of the television main body (10), and the support part (20) is hinged with the television main body (10);
the support portion (20) comprises a first support (21) and a second support (22), the first support (21) and the second support (22) are hinged to the television main body (10), and the first support (21) and the second support (22) form a support for the television main body (10).

The flat tv of claim 1, wherein the first stand (21) and the second stand (22) are each a plate-like structure and are disposed along the length and width directions of the tv main body (10), the first stand (21) is disposed near the front of the tv main body (10), and the second stand (22) is disposed near the rear of the tv main body (10).
