The application belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a base and a display device.

Background

Televisions and computers are indispensable display devices for most households. Taking a television as an example, the television can be hung on a wall through a hanging rack and also can be placed on a desktop through a base, and as the loudspeaker of the television is mostly arranged on a back shell and hung on the wall, the sound production effect of the television is easily influenced, so that most families place the television mounting base on the desktop at present.

In the related art, two types of television bases are generally used, one type is a foot stand base arranged on two sides of the bottom of a television shell, and the other type is an integrated base arranged in the middle of the bottom of the television shell.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The embodiment of the application provides a base and a display device to realize the universality of the base and reduce the production cost of the display device.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a base, including:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The present disclosure provides a base, which is particularly used for connecting with a display device to support the display device, such as a television, a computer, and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, in the embodiment of the present application, the base 10 includes two legs 11, a first decorative plate 12 and a second decorative plate 13; wherein, the two legs 11 are used for connecting with the display device 20 to support the display device 20; specifically, the display device 20 includes a screen 21 and a back case 22 connected to the screen 21, and the two legs 11 are used to connect to the back case 22 of the display device 20.

Referring to fig. 3, the two legs 11 are oppositely disposed, specifically, the two legs 11 may be respectively installed at two sides of the bottom of the back shell 22, or may be oppositely installed at the middle of the bottom of the back shell 22. The support legs 11 may be fixed to the back shell 22 of the television by screws, may be fixed to the back shell 22 of the television by fasteners, and may be connected to the back shell 22 of the television by bolts.

As shown in fig. 2, each of the legs 11 has a first sidewall 112 and a second sidewall 114 disposed at a first angle with respect to each other, when the leg 11 is connected to the display device 20, the first sidewall 112 faces the same direction as the screen 21 of the display device 20, and the second sidewall 114 faces the same direction as the back cover 22 of the display device 20. When the base 10 is installed with the first decorative plate 12, the first decorative plate 12 covers the first sidewall 112, that is, the first decorative plate 12 faces the user, in order to enhance the aesthetic property of the integrated base 10, the first decorative plate 12 may be provided with a decorative pattern or structure, for example, a sticker may be pasted on the surface of the first decorative plate 12, or a decorative texture may be engraved on the surface of the first decorative plate 12, or an atmosphere lamp strip may be embedded on the surface of the first decorative plate 12.

In the embodiment of the present application, the base 10 includes two legs 11 for connecting with the display device 20, a first decorative plate 12 detachably connected with the two legs 11, and a second decorative plate 13 detachably connected with the first decorative plate 12, wherein each leg 11 has a first side wall 112 and a second side wall 114 arranged at a first included angle with each other, the first decorative plate 12 covers the first side wall 112, and the second decorative plate 13 overlaps the second side wall 114; according to the embodiment of the application, the first decorative plate 12 is detachably connected, and the second decorative plate 13 is detachably connected, so that the base 10 has two different appearance forms, when the first decorative plate 12 and the second decorative plate 13 are installed on the base 10, the base 10 is an integral base 10, and when a user needs the split base 10, the first decorative plate 12 and the second decorative plate 13 are detached; therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a novel base 10, which can simultaneously realize the appearances of the integral base 10 and the split base 10, can meet the appearance requirements of different users, and improves the universality of the base 10; moreover, the base 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application only needs to design one set of forming mold at the beginning of the production design, and the base 10 with two types of appearances can be produced, so that compared with the base 10 in the current market, the design and production cost of one set of forming mold are saved, and further the total production cost of the display device 100 is saved.

Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the supporting leg 11 includes a first supporting leg 111 and a second supporting leg 113 connected to the first supporting leg 111, the first supporting leg 111 and the second supporting leg 113 are disposed in an inclined manner, a side of the first supporting leg 111 away from the second supporting leg 113 is a first side wall 112, a side of the second supporting leg 113 away from the first supporting leg 111 is a second side wall 114, the first decorative plate 12 is connected to the first supporting leg 111 and covers the first side wall 112, and the second decorative plate 13 is connected to the first decorative plate 12 and overlaps the second supporting leg 113.

By arranging the first decorative plate 12 to be connected with the first pillar 111 and cover the first sidewall 112, that is, the first decorative plate 12 covers the first pillar 111, the first pillar 111 is completely hidden behind the first decorative plate 12 when viewed from the front of the television, as shown in fig. 1, thereby enhancing the visual integrity of the base 10.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, in the embodiment of the present application, the supporting leg 11 further includes a connecting portion 115, the connecting portion 115 is fixedly connected to the second pillar 113, the connecting portion 115 is provided with a connecting hole 116 for screwing with the display device 20, and the supporting leg 11 is screwed with the display device 20 through a screw.

In the embodiment of the present application, the connecting portion 115 is connected to the top of the second support column 113, the connecting portion 115 is substantially plate-shaped, as shown in fig. 4, a connecting structure connected to the connecting portion 115 is disposed at the bottom of the back shell 22 of the television, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting structure is a groove structure, when the connecting portion 115 is installed, the connecting portion 115 is inserted into the groove structure to limit the connecting portion 115, and the firmness of the connection of the support legs 11 is enhanced.

Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, in the embodiment of the present application, the first decorative plate 12 includes a first decorative plate body 121 and a clamping member 122, the clamping member 122 is connected to a side of the first decorative plate body 121 facing the first pillar 111, and the first decorative plate body 121 is connected to the first pillar 111 through the clamping member 122.

In the embodiment of the present application, the fastening member 122 is a hook 122a connected to one side of the first decorative plate body 121 facing the first pillar 111, and the shape of the hook 122a corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the first pillar 111, as shown in fig. 4, the hook 122a is in an "L" shape. The hook 122a and one side of the first decorative plate body 121 facing the first pillar 111 enclose to form a slot, and the first pillar 111 is inserted into the slot. To facilitate the insertion of the first support 111 into the slot, in the embodiment of the present application, the cross-sectional area of the first support 111 gradually decreases from the end of the first support 111 connected to the second support 113 to the end away from the second support 113.

Specifically, in the process of installing the first decorative panel 12, the first decorative panel body 121 is partially abutted against the surface of the first support column 111 (i.e., the first side wall 112), and the first decorative panel body 121 is pushed to slide along the surface of the first support column 111 so as to be gradually close to the second support column 113, in the process of sliding the first decorative panel 12 close to the second support column 113, the first support column 111 is inserted into a chute formed by enclosing the clamping piece 122 (the hook 122 a) and the first decorative panel body 121, because the cross-sectional area of one end of the first support column 111 far away from the second support column 113 is small, when the first support column 111 is just inserted into the chute, a gap is formed between the clamping piece 122 and the first support column 111, as shown in fig. 6, the sliding of the first decorative panel 12 is not hindered, as the first decorative panel body 121 is continuously close to the second support column 113, the cross-sectional area of the first support column 111 is continuously increased, and the gap between the clamping piece 122 and the first support column 111 is continuously decreased until the side wall of the first support column 111 far away from the first support column 121 is contacted with the clamping piece 122, as shown in fig. 7.

In order to enhance the fastening of the first decorative plate 12 to the first pillar 111, in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 4, the first decorative plate 12 further includes a backing plate 123, and the backing plate 123 is connected to a side of the first decorative plate body 121 facing the first pillar 111; when the first decorative plate body 121 is engaged with the first pillar 111, the pad plate 123 is interposed between the first decorative plate body 121 and the first pillar 111, and the pad plate 123 increases the frictional force between the first decorative plate body 121 and the first pillar 111.

The material of the backing plate 123 may be sponge, foam or rubber material, so that the surface of the backing plate 123 is rough, the friction between the first decorative plate body 121 and the first support 111 can be effectively increased, and the clamping firmness of the first decorative plate 12 and the first support 111 is enhanced; moreover, the material is flexible, so that the pad plate 123 can deform to some extent under the clamping of the first decorative plate 12 and the first pillar 111, thereby avoiding the generation of scratches caused by extrusion on the surfaces of the first decorative plate body 121 and the first pillar 111.

Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting leg 11 further includes a limiting groove, the limiting groove is disposed on one side of the second supporting column 113, and when the first decorative plate body 121 is fastened to the first supporting column 111, one end of the first decorative plate body 121 close to the second decorative plate 13 is inserted into the limiting groove.

Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present application, the first decorative plate 12 further includes a folded edge 124, the folded edge 124 is connected to one end of the first decorative plate body 121 close to the second decorative plate 13, the folded edge 124 is provided with a receptacle 125, the second decorative plate 13 is provided with a positioning column 132 inserted into and matched with the receptacle 125, and the second decorative plate 13 is inserted into and connected to the first decorative plate 12 through the positioning column 132.

The folded edge 124 is disposed at an angle to the first decorative plate body 121, so that the folded edge 124 faces the second decorative plate 13, and the positioning column 132 of the second decorative plate 13 is conveniently inserted into the insertion hole 125 of the folded edge 124. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, an included angle between the folded edge 124 and the first decorative plate body 121 is the same as an included angle between the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, that is, an included angle between the folded edge 124 and the first mounting plate body is a first included angle.

Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, two opposite sidewalls of the second decorative plate 13 are provided with step grooves 131, and two opposite sidewalls of the second support 113 are respectively clamped with the step grooves 131.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the display device 100 includes a display device 20 and a base 10 based on the above concept, and the base 10 is connected to a bottom of the display device 20. The display device 100 may be a product or device having a display function such as a television, a computer, a large display, or the like.

Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, the display device 20 includes a screen 21 and a back case 22 connected to the screen 21, the back case 22 is used for supporting the screen 21, and the base 10 is connected to the bottom of the back case 22.

Since the display device 100 adopts the base 10 based on the above concept, the base 10 can provide two different appearance forms, when the base 10 is installed with the first decorative plate 12 and the second decorative plate 13, the base 10 is an integral base 10; when the first decorative plate 12 and the second decorative plate 13 are not installed on the base 10, the base 10 is the split base 10, so that the display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application can simultaneously realize the appearances of the integrated base 10 and the split base 10, and can meet the appearance requirements of different users on the display device 100; moreover, the base 10 of the display device 100 can be produced into two appearance types by only designing one set of forming mold at the beginning of the production design, and compared with the base 10 in the current market, the design and production cost of one set of forming mold are saved, and further the total production cost of the display device 100 is saved.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in another embodiment of the present application, the number of the bases 10 is two, the bottom of the display device 20 is provided with a first connecting structure 221, a second connecting structure 222, a third connecting structure 223, and a fourth connecting structure 224 arranged at intervals along the length direction, wherein two legs 11 of one base 10 are connected to the first connecting structure 221 and the second connecting structure 222, respectively, and two legs 11 of the other base 10 are connected to the third connecting structure 223 and the fourth connecting structure 224, respectively.

Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the first connection structure 221, the second connection structure 222, the third connection structure 223 and the fourth connection structure 224 are disposed at the bottom of the back shell 22 and are spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the bottom of the back shell 22. In this embodiment, the first connecting structure 221 may be a seat structure connected to the connecting portion 115 of the supporting leg 11, or may be a groove structure, in this embodiment, the first connecting structure 221 is set by taking the groove structure as an example, as shown in the figure, the first connecting structure 221 is a groove structure corresponding to the shape of the connecting portion 115 of the supporting leg 11, when the supporting leg is installed, the connecting portion 115 of the supporting leg 11 is inserted into the groove structure, the groove structure may limit the connecting portion 115, and the firmness of connection of the supporting leg 11 is ensured (the second connecting structure 222, the third connecting structure 223, and the fourth connecting structure 224 are the same).

As shown in fig. 9, when the base 10 is a one-piece base 10, two bases 10 are attached to both sides of the bottom of the back shell 22; as shown in FIG. 10, when the base 10 is a two-piece base 10, four legs 11 are attached to the bottom of the back shell 22 at intervals.

Claims (10)

1. A base, comprising:

two support legs for connecting with a display device to support the display device; the two support legs are oppositely arranged, each support leg is provided with a first side wall and a second side wall which are arranged at a first included angle, when the support legs are connected with the display equipment, the first side walls and a screen of the display equipment face the same direction, and the second side walls and a back shell of the display equipment face the same direction;

the first decorative plate is detachably connected with the two support legs and covers the first side walls of the two support legs; and

the second decorative board, with first decorative board can dismantle the connection and set up in two the second lateral wall of stabilizer blade.

2. The base of claim 1, wherein the support leg comprises a first support column and a second support column connected to the first support column, the first support column and the second support column are arranged obliquely, a side of the first support column facing away from the second support column is a first side wall, a side of the second support column facing away from the first support column is a second side wall, the first decorative plate is connected to the first support column and covers the first side wall, and the second decorative plate is connected to the first decorative plate and overlaps the second support column.

3. The base of claim 2, wherein the supporting leg further comprises a connecting part, the connecting part is fixedly connected with the second supporting column, the connecting part is provided with a connecting hole for screwing with the display device, and the supporting leg is screwed with the display device through a screw.

4. The base of claim 2, wherein the first decorative plate includes a first decorative plate body and a clip member connected to a side of the first decorative plate body facing the first pillar, the first decorative plate body being snap-connected to the first pillar through the clip member.

The base of claim 4, wherein the first trim panel further comprises a backing plate attached to a side of the first trim panel body facing the first pillar; when the first decorative plate body is connected with the first support in a clamping mode, the base plate is clamped between the first decorative plate body and the first support, and the base plate is used for increasing the friction force of the first decorative plate body and the first support.

The base of claim 4, wherein the support leg further comprises a limiting groove, the limiting groove is formed in one side of the second support column, and when the first decorative plate body is connected with the first support column in a clamping mode, one end, close to the second decorative plate, of the first decorative plate body is inserted into the limiting groove.

The base of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first decorative plate further comprises a flange connected to one end of the first decorative plate body close to the second decorative plate, the flange is provided with a jack, the second decorative plate is provided with a positioning column in plug-in fit with the jack, and the second decorative plate is in plug-in connection with the first decorative plate through the positioning column.

8. The base of any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein two opposite side walls of the second decorative plate are provided with step grooves, and two opposite side walls of the second supporting posts are respectively clamped with the step grooves.

9. A display apparatus, comprising a display device and the base of any one of claims 1 to 8, the base being attached to a bottom of the display device.

The display device according to claim 9, wherein the number of the bases is two, and the bottom of the display device is provided with a first connecting structure, a second connecting structure, a third connecting structure and a fourth connecting structure at intervals along the length direction of the display device, wherein two of the legs of one of the bases are respectively connected with the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, and two of the legs of the other base are respectively connected with the third connecting structure and the fourth connecting structure.
