Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted. The dimensional ratios in the drawings are not limited to the illustrated ratios. The following embodiments are examples for explaining the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a front view showing an example of the structure of pants 1 of the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a back view of the pants 1. The pants 1 use a fabric such as a fabric as a main fabric, and examples thereof include western style pants, casual pants, trousers, and trumpet pants.
The pants 1 include, for example, a front panel 10, a rear panel 11, a waist portion 12, and the like.
The front sheet 10 and the rear sheet 11 are mainly constituted by a fabric material. For example, polyester fibers, rayon, polyurethane, silk, or cotton can be used for the warp and weft of the fabric.
The waist portion 12 is provided at the upper end of the trousers 1. The waist portion 12 has a belt shape extending around the waist of the wearer at the front and rear panels 10 and 11 of the pants 1. In the present specification, "up", "down", "up and down", "right and left" are directions with reference to the pants 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the waist portion 12 includes, for example, a front waist portion 20 located on the front panel 10 side and a back waist portion 21 located on the back panel 11 side. The front waist portion 20 and the back waist portion 21 are sewn to each other at both side portions of the pants 1.
The back waist portion 21 has: an elastic rubber 30 provided along an extending direction (a direction around the waist) X of the waist portion 12; a front-back surface portion 31 which covers the elastic rubber 30 and has the elastic rubber 30 therein; a plurality of belt loops 32 for passing a belt therethrough.
The elastic rubber 30 has a linear belt shape, for example. The elastic rubber 30 has a retention of, for example, usually 80% or more.
The front-back surface portion 31 is made of a fabric material that is an elastic material. The elastic material is a material having an elongation of 10% or more as measured by a fabric test method based on JIS L1096 woven or knitted fabric. The elastic material of the front and back surface portions 31 is preferably a material having an elongation of 15% or more, and more preferably a material having an elongation of 20% or more, for example. The elastic material of the front-back surface portion 31 is formed by, for example, weaving an extensible thread such as polyurethane.
As shown in fig. 5, the front-back surface portion 31 is formed in a ring shape extending upward from a lower end portion 31a on the front surface side, folded back at an upper end portion 31b, and extending to a lower end portion 31c on the back surface side in a vertical cross section cut along a plane perpendicular to the extending direction X of the waist portion 12. Thus, an internal space 40 extending in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12 is formed inside the front-back surface portion 31, and the elastic rubber 30 is disposed in the internal space 40.
The front lower end 31a and the back lower end 31c of the front and back surface 31 are sewn together with the fabric of the rear panel 11 below the waist 12. The stitching uses a thread 50 of resilient material. That is, the front-back surface portion 31 is sewn to the rear sheet 11 adjacent to the front-back surface portion 31 by the thread 50 of the elastic material. The elastic material of the thread 50 may have an elongation of 15% or more, and more preferably 25% or more, for example.
The front-back surface portion 31 is formed so as to be stretchable and contractible without wrinkles while maintaining a flat shape. Note that the "wrinkles" in the present specification mean wrinkles which are intentionally formed in advance even in a state where the wearer does not wear the pants 1. For example, a dimension L1 of the front-back surface portion 31 in the extending direction X of the back waist portion 21 shown in fig. 3 (a dimension when not stretched) is substantially the same as a dimension L2 (natural length) of the elastic rubber 30 in the same section, and is, for example, 1.0 times or more and 1.1 times or less of the dimension L2, and more preferably 1.0 times or more and 1.05 times or less of the dimension L2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front waist portion 20 is continuously connected to both ends of the back waist portion 21. The front waist portion 20 has the same structure as the back waist portion 21, for example, except that the elastic rubber 30 is not provided therein. Namely, the front waist portion 20 has a front back surface portion 31 and a waistband loop 32. The front waist portion 20 includes buttons 60, button holes 61 for fixing the buttons 60, a pants hook 62, a fastener 63 for fixing the pants hook 62, and the like.
The belt loops 32 are disposed at regular intervals throughout the waist portion 12. As shown in fig. 6, the belt loop 32 is formed in a belt shape, and the first end 32a is sewn to the front panel 10 or the rear panel 11 adjacent to the waist portion 12, and the second end 32b is sewn to the vicinity of the upper portion of the back surface side of the waist portion 12. The waistband loop 32 is sewn to the elastic rubber 30 and the front-back surface portion 31 at the back waist portion 21, and is sewn to the front-back surface portion 31 at the front waist portion 20.
As shown in fig. 7, the belt loop 32 is sewn to the waist portion 12 in such a manner that the stitches 70 are square. That is, the sewing line 70 is formed in a single stroke shape so as to have two sides in each of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction (extending direction X).
According to the present embodiment, in the pants 1 mainly composed of the fabric, the waist portion 12 has: an elastic rubber 30 provided along the extending direction X of the waist portion 12; a front-back surface portion 31 covering the elastic rubber 30 so as to have the elastic rubber 30 inside; the front-back surface portion 31 is made of an elastic material and is formed without wrinkles.
Thus, the front-back surface portion 31 extends in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12 in accordance with the size of the waist of the wearer, and the elastic rubber 30 inside applies a reaction force in the contraction direction while following the extension of the front-back surface portion 31. As a result, the waist portion 12 extends and contracts without wrinkles in the front and back surface portion 31 of the waist portion 12.
Therefore, in the pants 1 mainly composed of the fabric, the pants 1 can be realized which follow the waist size of the wearer without reducing the sense of formality.
Since the back waist portion 21 has the elastic rubber 30 and the front-back surface portion 31 and the front waist portion 20 does not have the elastic rubber 30, the length of the waist portion 12 can be effectively adjusted by only extending and contracting the back waist portion 21 which is relatively long.
The belt loop 32 is sewn to the front-back surface portion 31 and the elastic rubber 30 with stitches 70 in a square shape. Conventionally, the sewing of the belt loop is performed only by the sewing thread in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12, and the sewing force is secured and the breakage of the sewing by the elastic rubber 30 can be reduced by making the sewing thread 70 square.
Further, by forming the stitches 70 also in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction X, the load applied to the elastic rubber 30 can be dispersed by the stitches 70, and the elastic rubber 30 can be prevented from easily breaking.
Since the waist portion 12 is sewn to the adjacent portion (the rear panel 11) by the thread 50 of the elastic material, the thread 50 follows the expansion and contraction of the waist portion 12. This prevents adjacent portions from being pulled and wrinkles from occurring in the vicinity of the sewn portion when the waist portion 12 is stretched.
Since the dimension L1 of the front and back surface portion 31 in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12 is 1.0 times or more and 1.1 times or less the dimension L2 of the elastic rubber 30 constituting the same section as the front and back surface portion 31, the front and back surface portion 31 can be configured smoothly without wrinkles.
In the present embodiment, the elastic rubber 30 is provided only in the back waist portion 21, and may be provided in the entire waist portion 12, that is, the front waist portion 20. In this case, the length adjustment in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12 can be performed more efficiently.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the back waist portion 21 has a curved shape protruding toward the hip portion side of the wearer, and the elastic rubber 30 can be curved along the curved shape of the back waist portion 21. In this case, since the elastic rubber 30 follows the shape of the waist portion 12, the appearance of the waist portion 12 becomes beautiful. The elastic rubber 30 can be appropriately expanded and contracted in the extending direction X of the waist portion 12.
In the above embodiment, the elastic rubber 30 is provided in the back waist portion 21, but the elastic rubber 30 may be provided only in the front waist portion 20 instead of the back waist portion 21.
In the above embodiment, in the case where the elastic rubber 30 is provided in the front waist portion 20, the elastic rubber 30 may be of a type having a linear belt shape as shown in fig. 9. Similarly to the back waist portion 21 shown in fig. 8, when the front waist portion 20 has a curved shape that is convex toward the hip of the wearer, it may be curved along the curved shape.
The pants 1 are not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the pants 1 may not have a belt loop 32. The pants 1 are not limited to trousers, and may be shorts. The pants 1 are mainly made of a fabric, and a material other than the fabric may be used for a part of the pants.
