2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, knitted fabrics having the necessary properties for each part to be used are individually knitted for innerwear and sports clothing, and the knitted fabric is cut and sewn according to the part to be used. . For example, the stretchable narrow warp knitted fabric described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-11196 discloses a method of knitting ear rings on both sides of a narrow ground knitting structure obtained by inserting an elastic yarn into a ground knitting yarn, The knitting is performed by knitting the elastic yarn into the ear ring portion, knitting a part of the elastic yarn, and removing the yarn after knitting to obtain two elastic narrow fabrics. This is sewn around the hem and waist of the separately formed innerwear and sports clothing.

However, when a knitted fabric having a large power difference is knitted by a conventional knitting method for adjusting the fineness and the number of elastic yarns, as the power ratio between the two knitted fabrics increases, the knitted fabrics of the two knitted fabrics become larger. Puckering and bowing occur at the boundary, and practically, it is difficult to knit both fabrics integrally. On the other hand, if a knitted fabric having an intermediate power is knitted between the main knitted fabric and the power-enhanced knitted fabric without puckering or bowing and the power can be gradually enhanced, the appearance and the feeling of wearing are improved, which is extremely preferable. In addition, in order to knit knitted fabrics having different powers integrally, it is necessary to supply a large number of yarns having different conditions, and it is impossible to knit using a conventional Raschel knitting machine for ground knitting. As a result, in a knitted fabric having a large power ratio between the main knitted fabric and the power-enhanced knitted fabric, the main knitted fabric and the power-enhanced knitted fabric have to be individually knitted and sewn.

FIGS. 3 (b), 4 (b) and 7 are views schematically showing an embodiment of an elastic warp knitted fabric of the present invention, which will be described later as an example. The stretchable warp knitted fabric shown includes a main knitted fabric portion 1, a runner of yarn with respect to the main knitted fabric, a power-enhanced knitted fabric portion 2 having a large stretch force, and a yarn having a size intermediate between the two portions. In the example of FIG. 3 (b), the tape-shaped main knitted fabric part 4 having the same knitting as the runner and at least one tape-shaped middle power-reinforced knitted fabric part 3 having a tightening power is provided. All of them are arranged in stripes and knitted integrally with the main knitted fabric portion 1. In the knitted fabric of the present invention, there is no particular limitation on the number, arrangement order and width of the tape-shaped power-reinforced knitted fabric portion 2, the middle power-reinforced knitted fabric portion 3, and the tape-shaped main knitted fabric portion 4, and the necessary tightening power is not particularly limited. Knitting can be performed as appropriate according to the arrangement of the tightening power, design requirements, and the like. When the power-enhanced knitted fabric portion 2 of the knitted fabric of the present invention is used for hem or the like, the middle power-enhanced knitted fabric portion 3 is usually used as the main knitted fabric portion 1.
It is preferable that the tape-shaped main knitted fabric portion 4 is interposed between the reinforcing knitted fabric portion 3 and the reinforcing knitted fabric portion 3 depending on purposes.

The stretchable warp knitted fabric of the present invention is used in applications where the tightening power of the power-reinforced knitted fabric is required to be at least twice as large as that of the main knitted fabric, especially 2 to 10 times, especially 2.5 times. It is suitable as a knitted fabric for applications requiring a tightening power of 7 to 7 times. If it is not more than twice, the value of utilizing the present invention will be poor. If not more than 1.5 times as described above, without using the present invention, by means such as increasing or decreasing the elastic yarn,
This is because knitting can be performed by the conventional technique without causing puckering relatively easily. The fastening power depends on the use of the knitted fabric. For example, for fastening innerwear such as a girdle, the power of the power-enhanced knitted fabric is 150 to 5%.
It is preferable that the extension ratio in the vertical direction is 130 to 200% and the extension ratio in the horizontal direction is 100 to 200%. The strength and extensibility of the power can be appropriately adjusted for the power-enhanced knitted fabric and the main knitted fabric depending on the number and fineness of the elastic yarns to be inserted.

The runner of the knitting yarn and the elastic yarn constituting the power-reinforced knitted fabric of the present invention is larger than the runner of the knitting yarn and the elastic yarn constituting the main knitted fabric 1. By increasing the runner of the power-enhanced knitted fabric, puckering caused by a difference in knitted fabric power and bowling seen at the boundary of the knitted fabric can be prevented, and the entire knitted fabric can be finished smoothly. Furthermore, the appearance of the power-reinforced knitted fabric portion is improved by providing a middle-power-reinforced knitted fabric portion having an intermediate value in which the runner of the constituent yarn is larger than the main knitted fabric and smaller than the power-reinforced knitted fabric. Is improved.

Specifically, the use of the knitted fabric, knitting structure, knitting yarn,
Although there is a difference depending on the gauge of the knitting machine, the runner of the yarn constituting the power-reinforced knitted fabric is 1.05 to 1.15 for the synthetic fiber multifilament and the cotton yarn. 7 times, 1.0 for elastic yarn
It is preferably in the range of 5 to 1.7 times, especially 1.1 to 1.3 times for the former, and 1.2 to 1.5 times for the elastic yarn.
A double range is preferred. Furthermore, although it depends on the knitting conditions as in the case of the yarn runner, the synthetic fiber multifilament runner constituting the power-reinforced knitted fabric has a size of 60 to 30.
0 cm, the runner of cotton yarn is preferably 15-100 cm, and the runner of elastic yarn is preferably 6-100 cm. The middle power reinforced knitted fabric portion is adjusted to an appropriate value between the two considering the surrounding conditions.

For some applications, such as forming a hem in the power-enhanced knitted fabric, the method of producing a stretchable narrow-width knitted fabric described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-11196 may be used for knitting the stretchable knitted fabric of the present invention. Good to use. FIG. 7 shows the embodiment.
This will be specifically described with reference to FIG. In this example, the warp density is changed by changing the runner of the yarn supply, and a tape-shaped middle power reinforced knitted fabric portion 3 is provided between the power reinforced knitted fabric portion 2 and the main knitted fabric portion 1 so as to be stepwise. Power has been strengthened. Further, in the middle 5 of the power-enhancing knitted fabric portion 2, a thread 11 is knitted as illustrated in FIG.
The elastic yarn 13 is inserted into each ear ring yarn from the side to which each ear ring yarn belongs, and a part of the inserted elastic yarn is entangled with the drawn yarn. By removing the drawn yarn 11 from the warp knitted fabric 6 and dividing the knitted fabric into 6a and 6b, the power-reinforced knitted fabric portion in which the elastic yarn is inserted into the ear ring yarn can be used as the hem portion 7.

Next, the plain raschel knitting machine of the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 are diagrams schematically illustrating the supply of yarn from the beam shaft in the present invention. In the conventional plain raschel knitting machine, the number of beam shafts is the same as or less than the number of braids, but in the plain raschel knitting machine of the present invention, the number of beam shafts is added at least two more than the number N of braces. It is possible to feed a yarn having different conditions from a plurality of beam shafts to a single sheet, and to feed the yarn. For example, FIG. 2 illustrates a four-beam shaft (B1 to B1).
B4) A beam Raschel knitting machine for four sheets (L1 to L4) is provided with two additional beam shafts (B5, B6).
1 and L2 are examples in which yarns are supplied from a plurality of beam shafts under different conditions and knitted with the same stitch, which is the same as the knitting machine used in Example 1 described later. Of course, a plain Raschel knitting machine with a large number of beam shafts may be newly designed and manufactured. However, in general, if a knitting machine with 6 beam shafts or 4 beam shafts is required, a commercially available Raschel knitting machine may be used. It is easier and more economical to obtain and remodel a plain Raschel knitting machine with four 4-beam shafts. FIG. 5 shows the same 8 as the knitting machine used in Example 1 described later.
An example of yarn feeding of a plain Raschel knitting machine with a beam shaft and 6 sheets is shown.

In the plain raschel knitting machine of the present invention, at least three sheets are used to knit the main knitted fabric and the power-reinforced knitted fabric of the elastic warp knitted fabric in which the elastic yarn is knitted. is necessary. For example, in the case of knitting two knitted fabrics at the same time using the drawn yarn, at least three yarns for the ground knitting, elastic yarn, and drawn yarn are required.
Also, if you want to give great power to the reinforced knitted fabric part,
In particular, when knitting of multi-hem, etc., if the tension difference of the thread passing through the same length is too large, the length may be partially bent. Need to be separated. From the viewpoint of flexibility for simultaneously knitting two knitted fabrics, the number of beam shafts is preferably at least N + 1, and practically N + 2 or more. There is no advantage to aligning or increasing the number of beam shafts. One row of needles is preferred.

In order to control the yarn feeding conditions, especially the yarn feeding amount, and to make it possible to adjust the density and the tightening power of the knitted fabric over a wide range and precisely in the yarn feeding system from the beam shaft, all the positive feeding devices are provided. Preferably, it is mounted on the beam. The type of the positive delivery device is not limited, but a ring cone is preferably used because adjustment requires precision. In other respects, a substantially conventional Raschel knitting machine for plain fabric can be used, but other portions may be changed in design within a range that does not hinder the performance of the present invention.

Further, a method for knitting an elastic warp knitted fabric according to the present invention will be described. The above-mentioned plain Raschel warp knitting machine is used to supply elastic yarns or inelastic yarns having different types, elongations, and / or tensions from at least one beam shaft from a plurality of beam shafts, respectively. Knit to the required stitch. According to the present invention, the supply amount of the yarn is adjusted for each beam shaft, and the inelastic yarn and the elastic yarn constituting the power enhanced knitted fabric are passed through the inelastic yarn and the elastic yarn runner constituting the main knitted fabric. Enlarging the runner of the yarn prevents puckering and bowing and finishes the knitted fabric with large power change smoothly. Even when a high-power knitted fabric is required, by taking advantage of the large number of beam shafts, it is possible to knit a power-enhanced knitted fabric by gradually increasing the number of runners, and to increase the power without difficulty.
