3. The fluid sample collection and testing device according to claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the outer cup (1) is provided with a slot, and the testing element (8) is inserted into the slot.
4. The fluid sample collection testing device of claim 2, wherein said testing element (8) is disposed on an inner wall of said outer cup (1) not opposite said flow-directing hole (5).
5. The fluid sample collection and testing device according to claim 2, wherein the number of said test elements (8) is at least two, and said test elements are arranged in series around the inner wall of said outer cup (1).

The fluid sample collection and detection device according to claim 2, wherein a baffle (9) is further disposed between the outer cup body (1) and the inner cup body (2), the baffle (9) is disposed on the left and right sides of the flow guide hole (5), a buffer space (10) is formed among the baffle (9), the inner cup body (2) and the outer cup body (1), and the buffer space (10) is in spatial communication with the detection cavity (4) where the detection element (8) is disposed.

the lower cup cover (7) is connected with the outer cup body (1) in a detachable or non-detachable mode;
the materials of the outer cup body (1) and the inner cup body (2) are selected from one of polypropylene, polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
10. The fluid sample collection and testing device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the inner cup (2) is provided with graduation marks, wherein the graduation mark with the largest capacity is positioned below the diversion hole (5).
