技术领域
本实用新型涉及充电枪领域,特别是涉及一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车发展,越来越多的充电枪出现在充电桩和一些普通家庭中;但是,现有一些充电枪还采用人工收线的方式,如此,便存在使用不方便的问题;当然,市面上也有一些充电枪线缆收卷机构,但是这些收卷机构也存在线缆散热的问题。
因此,需要研究一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,本实用新型提供了一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其通过在充电枪的卷线轮中设置滑环,解决了卷线轮在转动过程中,线缆容易发生断裂的问题;同时,设置有即拉即停结构,使得,用户能够根据实际需要拉出线缆,并能够在相应地位置停住,从而,极大地方便了用户的使用操作。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下之技术方案:一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,包括有收纳箱、卷线轮和线缆,所述线缆的一端连接有充电枪;所述卷线轮安装于所述收纳箱内;所述卷线轮内具有蓄力卷簧和滑环,所述滑环具有若干个导电环和若干个与导电环对应且电性连接的的导电片;使用时,市电连接所述导电环,线缆连接所述导电片;卷线轮转动时,所述导电片和所述卷线轮同步转动,且,在所述导电片在导电环的外表面滑动,两者并保持电性接触;
还包括有即拉即停结构,所述即拉即停结构包括设置于所述卷线轮上的限位齿轮和安装于收纳箱上的卡齿;所述卡齿可选择性对限位齿轮限位;以及,所述限位齿轮为不完全齿轮。
作为一种优选方案,所述收纳箱的一对侧面,分别对应设置有出枪孔和透气孔。
作为一种优选方案,所述滑环包括定子部和转子部,所述导电环设置于所述定子部,所述导电片设置于所述转子部。

参照附图1至图10,在本实用新型实施例中的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,包括有收纳箱10、卷线轮20和线缆52,所述线缆52的一端连接有充电枪30;所述卷线轮20安装于所述收纳箱10内;所述卷线轮20内具有蓄力卷簧21和滑环22,所述滑环22具有若干个导电环221和若干个与导电环221对应且电性连接的的导电片222;使用时,市电连接所述导电环221,线缆52连接所述导电片222;卷线轮20转动时,所述导电片222和所述卷线轮20同步转动,且,在所述导电片222在导电环221的外表面滑动,两者并保持电性接触;
还包括有即拉即停结构,所述即拉即停结构包括设置于所述卷线轮20上的限位齿轮41和安装于收纳箱10上的卡齿42;所述卡齿42可选择性对限位齿轮41限位;以及,所述限位齿轮41为不完全齿轮。

进一步地,所述收纳箱10的一对侧面,分别对应设置有出枪孔11和透气孔12。具体地说,参阅附图,所述出枪孔11设置于所述收纳箱10的右侧面,所述透气孔12设置于所述收纳箱10的左侧面,如此,通过在收纳箱10的一对侧面设置通孔,形成对流风道,极大地提升了收纳箱10内空气流动的速度,从而提高了收纳箱10内的散热效率,方便线缆52散热,提高了使用安全性。同时,所述透气孔12为若干个透气小孔,从而,也具有防尘的作用。
具体而言:所述滑环22包括定子部223和转子部224,所述转子部224相对于所述定子部223可绕定子部223转动设置;所述导电环221设置于所述定子部223,所述导电片222设置于所述转子部224。此处,可以补充的是:市电通常会为充电枪30配置专用的电缆51,该电缆51具有若干电芯,每根电芯连接1个导电环221;同样地,所述充电枪30的线缆52也具有对应的若干(和电缆51的电芯数量相同)电芯,每根电芯连接1个导电片222;如此,当转子部224相对于定子部223转动时,所述导电片222始终在相应地导电环221的外侧面上接触滑动,实现市电的电缆51和充电枪30的线缆52保持电性连接;也不会有导线断裂的问题。需说明的是,所述转子部224上对应导电片222设置有相应的避让孔,以使导电片222和所述导电环221连接。所述定子部223设置有过线槽2231,所述过线槽2231的外侧具有用于市电(电缆51线芯)进入的开口。通常,所述连接充电枪30的线缆52的电芯有5根或7根;因而,所述导电环221可以为5个,相应地,所述导电片222也为5个;或者,所述导电环221可以为7个,相应地,所述导电片222也为7个。
进一步地,所述卡齿42通过一弹性件421连接于所述收纳箱10,所述弹性件421可以为弹簧;限位时,所述卡齿42位于限位齿轮41的2个相邻齿牙之间;应用时,拉出充电枪30,所述卷线轮20带动限位齿轮41正向转动,停止转动时,所述卡齿42位于所述限位齿轮41的两个齿轮之间实现自锁;收线时,继续拉动一定距离的电缆,以使得:所述卡齿42位于限位齿轮41不具有齿牙的部分停留,此时,由于卷簧的作用,所述卷线轮20带动限位齿轮41反向转动,完成充电枪30的线缆收纳;此为现有技术,在此不作赘述。
进一步地,还包括有电路板60,所述电路板60上设置有电源管理模块;所述电源管理模块可管理充电枪的输出电流大小,通常,其输出电流的范围为8A至32A。

优选地,所述电路板60设置于所述卷线轮20的上侧。所述电路板60上还设置有温控保护模块,当线缆52温度超过安全温度值(如85℃)时,自动停止充电。
优选地,所述电路板60还可以设置有刷卡模块或插卡模块;该刷卡模块或插卡模块具有IC读取单元,用户可通过相应的IC卡实现充电服务。
优选地,所述电路板60还可以设置有无线通讯模块,所述无线通讯模块可以是用于和手机连接的蓝牙模块。
进一步地,所述显示模块70可显示三相电每一相的实时电压、电流,省去传统只能通过手机APP查看上述数据的麻烦。

1.一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,包括有收纳箱、卷线轮和线缆,所述线缆的一端连接有充电枪;所述卷线轮安装于所述收纳箱内;其特征在于:所述卷线轮内具有蓄力卷簧和滑环,所述滑环具有若干个导电环和若干个与导电环对应且电性连接的导电片;使用时,市电连接所述导电环,线缆连接所述导电片;卷线轮转动时,所述导电片和所述卷线轮同步转动,且,在所述导电片在导电环的外表面滑动,两者并保持电性接触;
还包括有即拉即停结构,所述即拉即停结构包括设置于所述卷线轮上的限位齿轮和安装于收纳箱上的卡齿;所述卡齿可选择性对限位齿轮限位;以及,所述限位齿轮为不完全齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述收纳箱的一对侧面,分别对应设置有出枪孔和透气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述滑环包括定子部和转子部,所述导电环设置于所述定子部,所述导电片设置于所述转子部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述定子部设置有过线槽,所述过线槽的外侧具有用于市电进入的开口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述导电环为5个,相应地,所述导电片也为5个;
或者,所述导电环为7个,相应地,所述导电片也为7个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述卡齿通过一弹性件连接于所述收纳箱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述收纳箱内还设置有电路板,所述电路板设置于所述卷线轮的上侧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述电路板电性连接有显示模块。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种可收纳线缆的新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述电路板上设置有电源管理模块。
