Detailed Description
The bending tube disclosed in the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and claims. It is noted that the drawings are in greatly simplified form and employ non-precise ratios for the purposes of facilitating and distinctly facilitating the description of the embodiments of the present invention.
The present disclosure is directed to a curved pipe comprising a plurality of sets of pipe sections connected in series with one another. The tube section set may comprise at least one first tube section and at least one second tube section arranged adjacent to each other. Each of the first and second pipe sections includes first and second ends with an engagement head and an engagement indentation disposed therein. The occlusion head of the first pipe joint is embedded into the occlusion gap of the second pipe joint, and the occlusion head of the second pipe joint is embedded into the occlusion gap of the first pipe joint. The engagement head and the corresponding engagement recess may be arranged concentrically with respect to one another. There may also be a gap between the biting head and the biting indentation to enable relative rotation of the biting head in the biting indentation without disengaging from each other.
A curved tube 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
A curved tube 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure may include a plurality of circular tubular segment sets connected in series with one another. The pipe section group comprises a first pipe section 10 in a circular pipe shape and a second pipe section 10' in a circular pipe shape. The first pipe section 10 and the second pipe section 10' are identically configured to each other, arranged in series with each other to form a bent pipe 100. The pipe section of the bent pipe 100 according to the present embodiment is described below with reference to the first pipe section 10.
The first end of the pipe section 10 includes a first bite head 103 and a first bite notch 102 disposed around the inside of the first bite head 103. The first snap indentation 102 may be embodied as a cut-out in the first snap head 103. The second end of the pipe section 10 includes a second bite head 112 and a second bite notch 113 disposed around the outside of the second bite head 112.
The pipe section 10 can also comprise a circular arc-shaped projection 101 extending from the inner side of the first engagement head 103, the first engagement notch 102 being defined by the outer side of the circular arc-shaped projection 101 and the inner side defined by the first engagement head 103, in which case the first engagement notch 102 can be embodied as a cut-out in the first engagement head 103. The pipe joint 10 also includes a circular arc shaped indentation disposed in the second bite head 112. The circular arc-shaped protrusion 101 is embedded in the circular arc-shaped notch 111 of the adjacent pipe joint. The circular arc-shaped protrusion 101, the circular arc-shaped indentation 111 and the corresponding engagement head and engagement indentation are arranged concentrically with each other.
The opening direction of the first engaging head 103 of the pipe joint 10 forms a first angle with the axial direction of the bending pipe 100, and the opening direction of the second engaging head 112 forms a second angle with the axial direction of the bending pipe 100. Preferably, the first angle and the second angle range from 0 degrees or more to 90 degrees or less. More preferably, the first included angle and the second included angle range from approximately 0 degrees or more to 10 degrees or less. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first included angle and the second included angle preferably range substantially equal to 0 degrees, that is, the opening directions of the first biting head 103 and the second biting head 112 of the pipe joint 10 are substantially parallel to the axial direction of the bent pipe 100, and the first included angle and the second included angle are opposite to each other and face the outside of the pipe joint. This arrangement further facilitates the connection between adjacent pipe sections for ease of handling.
The circular arc-shaped protrusion 101 of the pipe joint 10 is embedded into the circular arc-shaped notch 111 of the adjacent pipe joint 10', so that the first occlusion head 103 of the pipe joint 10 is embedded into the second occlusion notch 113 of the adjacent pipe joint 10'; the second bite head 112 of the adjacent pipe section 10' fits into the first bite notch 102 of the pipe section 10. The first engagement head 103 of a pipe section 10 is spaced from the inner edge of the second engagement recess 113 in the second engagement recess 113 of an adjacent pipe section 10', and the second engagement head 112 of an adjacent pipe section 10' is spaced from the inner edge of the first engagement recess 102 in the first engagement recess 102 of the pipe section 10. These gaps allow the bite heads to move within the respective bite gaps, thereby allowing relative movement between the pipe section 10 and the adjacent pipe section 10', thereby adjusting the curvature or curvature of the curved pipe 100.
When the pipe section 10 is connected in series with an adjacent pipe section 10', the circular arc-shaped indentation 111 and/or the circular arc-shaped protrusion 101 and the engagement heads 103, 112 and the engagement indentations 102, 113 are arranged concentrically with one another, so that the pipe section 10 is rotationally movable relative to the adjacent pipe section 10'.
Stop surfaces may be provided in the engagement heads 112, 103 and/or the engagement indentations 113, 102 to limit movement of the engagement heads in the engagement indentations. Specifically, for the embodiment according to the present disclosure, the first engagement head 103 is provided with a first limit projection 1031, and the end of the first engagement notch 102 is provided with a first limit notch 1021. The second engaging head 112 is provided with a second limiting projection 1121, and the end of the second engaging gap 113 is provided with a second limiting gap 1131 to limit the movement of the engaging head in the corresponding engaging gap. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when the pipe section 10 is connected in series with an adjacent pipe section 10', the first and second bite heads 103 and 112 can move relatively in the second and first bite notches 113 and 102 of the adjacent pipe section 10', respectively.
When the pipe joint 10 rotates up and down to the limit position relative to the adjacent pipe joint 10', the second limit boss 1121 of the pipe joint 10 contacts with the first limit notch 1021 on the adjacent pipe joint 10', the first limit boss 1031 of the adjacent pipe joint 10' contacts with the second limit notch 1131, the multiple limit structures play a role simultaneously, when the bent pipe is bent, the clamped pipe joints are not easy to separate, and the strength of the bent pipe is improved.
In fig. 3, the tube segments 10 are shown disposed axisymmetrically with respect to the axial center of the bent tube 100.
