when the nozzle unit is at the initial position, the driving member can drive the telescopic nozzles of the plurality of stages to retract to the retracted position relative to the fixed nozzle 10 through the screws of the plurality of stages, and specifically, the motor 40 can drive the first-stage nozzle 20 and the second-stage nozzle 30 to retract to the retracted position relative to the fixed nozzle 10 through the first-stage screw 50 and the second-stage screw 60, respectively (see fig. 4). The switching assembly 100 is disposed at the front end of the secondary nozzle 30, and the switching assembly 100 is driven by retracting the secondary nozzle 30 to the retracted position to switch the waterway.
The switching assembly 100 includes a switching member, which is driven by the plurality of stages of the retractable nozzles to retract to the retracted position to drive the switching member to switch and control the water path to communicate with different spraying holes 32.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 10, the switching element is a rotatable rotating element 101, and after the telescopic nozzles of a plurality of stages are retracted to the retracted position and reset to the initial position each time, the switching element 100 drives the rotating element 101 to rotate by a predetermined angle to control the water path to communicate with different injection holes 32. The predetermined angle may be set as desired, for example, 45 °, 90 °, 180 °, etc.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 3, 13, 14 and 15, the switching assembly 100 further includes a spring structure 102 similar to a cylindrical pen, and each time the last stage nozzle (the second stage nozzle 30) retracts to the retracted position, the front end of the first stage screw (the first stage screw 50) of the plurality of stages of screws presses a button 1021 of the spring structure 102, so that the spring structure 102 drives the rotating member 101 to rotate by a predetermined angle. The spring pressing structure 102 mainly includes a button 1021, a housing 1022, a rotor 1023 and a spring 1024, wherein the housing 1022 and the rotor 1023 are respectively provided with ratchet teeth, and other specific structures and working principles are not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 1, 10, 11 and 12, the rotating member 101 is a water diversion sheet 101, a water through hole 1011 is formed in the water diversion sheet 101 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the secondary spray pipe 30, and the inner cavity of the secondary spray pipe 30 forms a part of a water path. The switching assembly 100 further comprises a water passing seat 103 fixedly arranged in the front end of the secondary spray pipe 30, the water passing seat 103 is provided with water passing channels 1031, the number of which is the same as that of the spray holes 32, namely 3 water passing channels 1031 are also arranged, namely, a hip washing water passing channel, a woman washing water passing channel and an enema water passing channel, the water outlet end of each water passing channel 1031 is communicated with the corresponding spray hole 32, namely, the hip washing water passing channel is communicated with the hip washing spray holes 321, the woman washing water passing channel is communicated with the woman washing spray holes 322, and the enema water passing channel is communicated with the enema spray holes 323. When the water distribution piece 101 rotates, the water passing hole 1011 switchably communicates with the water inlet end of each water passing passage 1031, so that the water path switchably communicates with each injection hole 32 through each water passing passage 1031.
In this embodiment, the device further includes a position sensor (not shown) and a controller (not shown), the controller is electrically connected to the motor and the position sensor, the position sensor is used for sensing the position of the rotating member, and the position sensor may be hall sensor, capacitive sensor, inductive sensor, infrared sensor, or the like. The controller judges the communication state of the water path and the spray hole according to the position signal obtained by the position sensor, and controls whether the spray pipe unit retracts backwards before extending forwards relative to the fixed support or not according to the instruction of a user.
In this embodiment, when the human body is washed, whether the waterway switching of the switching assembly 100 is needed or not may be determined and controlled by using the following waterway switching method, which includes the following steps:
s1: acquiring a user instruction and the position of a rotating member of the switching assembly when the nozzle unit is at the initial position by the controller, executing step S2 when the controller judges that the spray hole communicated with the water path is matched with the user instruction, and executing step S3 when the controller judges that the spray hole communicated with the water path is not matched with the user instruction;
s2: the controller controls the driving piece to enable the spray pipe unit to directly extend forwards;
s3: the controller firstly controls the driving piece to enable the spray pipe unit to retract backwards to drive the switching component to switch, and then controls the driving piece to enable the spray pipe unit to extend forwards.
The switching operation process of this embodiment is briefly described as follows:
referring to fig. 3, when the nozzle unit is in the initial position, the nozzle unit is not extended relative to the fixed bracket 10 and is not retracted relative to the fixed bracket 10, and the water passing holes 1011 of the rotating member 101 are communicated with the corresponding injection holes 32 of the water passing passages 1031 through one of the water passing passages 1031. When cleaning is started, the position of the rotating part 101 is sensed by the position sensor, the position sensor sends a position signal of the rotating part 101 to the controller, the controller further judges the communication state of the water path and the injection hole 32 according to the position signal obtained by the position sensor, so that whether the injection hole 32 communicated with the water path is matched with a corresponding function (hip washing function, gynecological washing function or enema function) selected by a user is judged, and if the two are matched (for example, the water path is communicated with the hip washing injection hole 321, and the hip washing function is selected by the user), the motor 40 directly drives the spray pipe unit to extend forwards relative to the fixed support 10 to clean the corresponding function; if the two are not matched (for example, the water path is communicated with the hip washing spraying hole 321, and the user selects the bidet function or the enema function), the motor 40 is controlled to retract the nozzle unit backward to drive the switching assembly 100 to switch the water path, and then the motor 40 is controlled to extend the nozzle unit forward to clean the corresponding function.
Referring to fig. 4, if the user command is a hip washing command, and the water path at this time is communicated with the hip washing injection hole 322, the communication state of the water path and the injection hole 32 is not matched with the user command, so that when the water path needs to be switched, the motor 40 drives the nozzle unit to move backward (as shown by the arrow direction in fig. 4) relative to the fixed bracket 10, so that the secondary nozzle 30 retracts to the retracted position, the front end of the primary screw 50 presses the button 1021 of the elastic pressing structure 102, so that the rotor 1023 of the elastic pressing structure 102 rotates by a predetermined angle, the rotor 1023 further drives the water diversion sheet 101 to rotate by a predetermined angle until the water passing hole 1011 is communicated with the hip washing injection hole 321, and water in the water path is sprayed out through the hip washing injection hole 321 to realize a hip washing function;
in other embodiments, the position sensor may not be provided, so that the controller can memorize the position of the rotating member of the switching assembly to form memory information when the previous nozzle unit is reset to the initial position, and the controller controls whether the nozzle unit retracts backwards before extending forwards relative to the fixed support according to the instruction of the user and the memory information, thereby also realizing the judgment of whether the waterway switching is performed.
