a first water outlet nozzle which is provided with a first water outlet and is arranged on the main body and can slide between an extending position enabling the first water outlet to extend out of the main body and a retracting position enabling the first water outlet to retract into the main body;
the second water outlet nozzle is arranged on the main body and is provided with a second water outlet;
the valve core can be arranged in the main body in a sliding mode between a first position and a second position, the valve core controls the first water inlet channel to be communicated with the first water outlet when located at the first position, and the valve core controls the second water inlet channel to be communicated with the second water outlet when located at the second position;
and the pressing telescopic mechanism is movably arranged on the main body and drives the valve core to slide between the first position and the second position and drives the first water outlet nozzle to slide between the extending position and the retracting position correspondingly.
2. The water outlet device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first water outlet nozzle is slidably disposed at one end of the main body, and the pressing telescopic mechanism is driven by pressing the first water outlet nozzle.

The water outlet device according to claim 2, wherein the valve core comprises a first valve core and a second valve core, when the valve core is located at the first position, the first valve core controls the first water inlet channel to communicate with the first water outlet, the second valve core controls the second water inlet channel to be cut off from the second water outlet, when the valve core is located at the second position, the first valve core controls the first water inlet channel to be cut off from the first water outlet, and the second valve core controls the second water inlet channel to communicate with the second water outlet.

The water outlet device according to claim 3, wherein the pressing telescopic mechanism is similar to a pressing telescopic mechanism of a ballpoint pen head, and comprises a sleeve formed in the main body, a pushing member sleeved in the sleeve, a rotating member and an elastic resetting member, the first valve core is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating member far away from the pushing member, and the second valve core is fixedly connected with one end of the pushing member far away from the rotating member.

The water outlet device according to claim 4, wherein the first valve core and the rotating member are formed separately and then fixedly connected, or the first valve core and the rotating member are formed integrally; the second valve core and the pushing piece are formed in a split mode and then fixedly connected, or the second valve core and the pushing piece are formed integrally.

The water outlet device according to claim 4, wherein the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove which are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction, the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove have a preset distance in the axial direction, and the preset distance defines the telescopic distance between the extended position and the retracted position of the first water outlet nozzle;
the pushing piece is provided with a first ratchet, the rotating piece is provided with a second ratchet matched with the first ratchet, the pushing piece and the rotating piece are in circumferential limit fit with the sleeve, the elastic resetting piece applies elastic force opposite to the pushing direction of the pushing piece to the rotating piece, the pushing piece pushes the rotating piece to the state that the rotating piece loses the circumferential limit with the sleeve, under the action of the first ratchet and the second ratchet, the rotating piece rotates by a preset angle to be clamped with the first positioning groove or the second positioning groove, the pushing piece is pushed in a reciprocating manner to drive the rotating piece to be alternatively clamped with the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove, so that the pushing member moves relative to the sleeve in a telescopic manner, and the pushing member further drives the first water outlet nozzle to move between the extending position and the retracting position through the valve core.
7. The dispensing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second valve core includes a water outlet pipe with two open ends, the water outlet pipe is coaxially disposed with the pushing member, the first nozzle is fixed at an outer end of the water outlet pipe, an inner cavity of the water outlet pipe forms a part of a first water outlet passage communicating the first water inlet passage and the first water outlet, and a part of a second water outlet passage communicating the second water inlet passage and the second water outlet is formed between an outer wall of the water outlet pipe and an inner wall of the main body;
a first valve port and a second valve port are arranged in the main body, the first valve port is communicated with the first water inlet channel and the first water outlet channel, the second valve port is communicated with the second water inlet channel and the second water outlet channel, when the valve core is positioned at the first position, a first sealing part arranged on the first valve core is separated from the first valve port, and a second sealing part arranged on the second valve core is in sealing fit with the second valve port; when the valve core is located at the second position, the first sealing part is in sealing fit with the first valve port, and the second sealing part is separated from the second valve port.
8. The water discharge device according to claim 7, wherein the first sealing portion is provided on a peripheral wall of an end of the rotating member away from the pushing member, and the second sealing portion is provided on a peripheral wall of an end of the water outlet pipe close to the pushing member.
9. The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pushing member and the rotating member are connected to each other by a connecting structure in an axially slidable manner, and the connecting structure restricts the pushing member from moving toward the first nozzle when the valve element is located at the second position.
10. The water outlet device according to claim 7, wherein the main body comprises a body and a cylindrical housing sleeved outside the body and having two open ends, the valve core, the pressing telescopic mechanism, the first water inlet channel and the second water inlet channel are disposed in the body, the first water outlet nozzle is disposed at the opening at one end of the housing, the second water outlet nozzle is fixedly disposed on the side wall of the housing close to the first water outlet nozzle, and a water inlet joint is further disposed at one end of the body away from the first water outlet nozzle; the first water inlet channel is a water purification channel, and the second water inlet channel is a raw water channel.
