In this embodiment, when the human body is washed, whether the waterway switching of the switching assembly 50 is needed or not can be judged and controlled by the following waterway switching method, which includes the following steps:
s1: acquiring a user instruction and a communication state between the water inlet and the water outlet of the switching assembly when the spray pipe assembly is at an initial position through the controller, executing the step S2 when the controller judges that the communication state of the water inlet and the water outlet is matched with the user instruction, and executing the step S3 when the controller judges that the communication state of the water inlet and the water outlet is not matched with the user instruction;
S2: the controller controls the driving motor to enable the spray pipe assembly to directly extend forwards;
s3: the controller controls the driving motor to enable the spray pipe assembly to retract backwards to drive the switching assembly to switch, and then controls the driving motor to enable the spray pipe assembly to extend forwards.
The operation process of the present embodiment is briefly described as follows:
referring to fig. 1, when the nozzle assembly 30 is in the initial position, the nozzle assembly 30 is not extended or retracted relative to the fixed bracket 10, and at this time, the water through hole 521 of the switching piece 52 in the switching assembly 50 is in communication with one of the water outlets 512. When cleaning is started, the position of the water through hole 521 is sensed by the position sensor, the position sensor sends a position signal of the water through hole 521 to the controller, the controller further judges the communication state of the water inlet 511 and the water outlet 512 according to the position signal obtained by the position sensor, so as to judge whether the water outlet 512 communicated with the water inlet 511 is matched with a corresponding function (hip washing function, gynecological washing function or enema washing function) selected by a user, and if the water inlet 511 is matched with the hip washing water outlet 5121, the hip washing function is selected by the user, the spray pipe assembly 30 is directly driven by the driving motor 20 to stretch out relative to the fixed support 10 to perform cleaning of the corresponding function; if the two are not matched (for example, the water inlet 511 is communicated with the hip washing water outlet 5121, and the user selects the woman washing function or the enema washing function), the driving motor 20 is controlled to retract the nozzle assembly 30 backward to drive the switching assembly 50 to switch the water path, and then the driving motor 20 is controlled to extend the nozzle assembly 30 forward to wash the corresponding function.
Referring to fig. 5, when the communication state of the water inlet 511 and the water outlet 512 is not matched with the user instruction and the waterway needs to be switched, the nozzle assembly 30 is driven by the driving motor 20 to move backwards relative to the fixed bracket 10, when the switching gear 56 is matched with the tooth portion 5511, the switching gear 56 and the ratchet 53 rotate forwards under the restriction of the tooth portion 5511, and the swinging member 551 swings to elastically deform the elastic member 552 as the nozzle assembly 30 continues to move backwards. When the ratchet wheel 53 rotates in the forward direction, the switching piece 52 is driven to rotate, the switching piece 52 further controls the water inlet 511 to be switched to the water outlet 512 matched with the user instruction, and the rotation stopping ratchet 54 prevents the ratchet wheel 53 from rotating in the reverse direction.
Referring to fig. 6, when the switch plate 52 is switched to the proper position, the nozzle assembly 30 is driven by the driving motor 20 to move forward relative to the fixed bracket 10, the swinging member 551 swings open under the driving of the switching gear 56 to give way to the switching gear 56, and the elastic member 552 drives the swinging member 551 to reset after the switching gear 56 is separated from the swinging member 551. The spray pipe assembly 30 can spray and wash the human body when being extended in place.
In other embodiments, the position sensor is not arranged, so that when the spray pipe assembly is in the initial position, the water inlet is always correspondingly communicated with the self-cleaning water outlet; when the driving motor drives the spray pipe assembly to retract and move backwards to different positions before extending forwards, the water inlet is correspondingly communicated with other water outlets except the self-cleaning water outlet in a switching way. For example: when the spray pipe assembly moves backwards to the first position, the water inlet is communicated with the hip washing water inlet; when the spray pipe assembly moves backwards to the second position, the water inlet is communicated with the enema outlet; when the nozzle assembly moves backwards to the third position, the water inlet is communicated with the woman washing water outlet. The driving motor drives the spray pipe assembly to retract and move backwards to the first position, the second position or the third position before extending forwards so as to match with corresponding functions, and therefore switching control over the water path can be achieved. Of course, if there are only 2 water outlets, the driving motor only needs to drive the nozzle assembly to retract and move backwards to the first position or the second position before extending forwards.
In other embodiments, the position sensor may not be provided, the controller may memorize a communication state between the water inlet and the water outlet of the switching assembly when the previous nozzle assembly is reset to the initial position to form memory information, and the controller may control whether the nozzle assembly retracts backward before extending forward relative to the fixing bracket according to a command of a user and the memory information, so that it may be determined whether to perform waterway switching.
Referring to fig. 15, a waterway switching structure of a bidet personal washing device according to a second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in the structure of a ratchet drive 55: in this embodiment, the ratchet driving member 55 employs an elastically deformable clip arm 553, a fixed end of the clip arm 553 is fixed at a rear end of the fixing bracket 10, a free end of the clip arm 553 is provided with a driving ratchet 5531, when the nozzle assembly 30 moves backward relative to the fixing bracket 10 until the ratchet 53 abuts against the driving ratchet 5531, the ratchet 53 rotates forward under the restriction of the driving ratchet 5531, and as the nozzle assembly 30 continues to move backward, the driving ratchet 5531 moves backward to cause the clip arm 553 to elastically deform. When the nozzle assembly 30 moves forward relative to the fixing bracket 10, the driving ratchet 5531 moves to give way to the ratchet 53, and the catching arm 553 is elastically deformed and restored after the ratchet 53 is separated from the driving ratchet 5531.
In other embodiments (not shown), the switching assembly 50 may also be a ball pen type spring pressing assembly (not shown) which includes a switch plate rotatably disposed or a switch shaft slidably disposed between a first position and a second position, the switch plate or the switch shaft being provided with water through holes, and when the nozzle assembly 30 moves backward relative to the fixing bracket 10 and the switching assembly 50 is driven once, the switch plate rotates by a predetermined angle or the switch shaft slides once between the first position and the second position so that the water through holes are switchably communicated with the respective water outlets 512.
Referring to fig. 16, a toilet according to a third embodiment of the present invention further includes a toilet body 1, a toilet cover 2, and a toilet body cleaning device 3, wherein the toilet body cleaning device 3 is disposed on the toilet cover 2, and the toilet body cleaning device 3 includes any one of the above-mentioned water path switching structures of the toilet body cleaning device.
