Claims (12)
1. A steam generating apparatus, comprising:
mounting a plate;
the water boiling tray is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting plate and is provided with a water storage tank which is opened upwards, the water storage tank is used for storing water, and a heating cavity is defined between the water boiling tray and the mounting plate;
the heating element is arranged in the heating cavity and used for heating the water boiling disc;
and a temperature sensor installed in the installation plate and disposed at a circumferential outer side of the water boiling tray, for detecting a temperature of the water boiling tray.
2. The steam generating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water boiling tray comprises:
a bottom plate provided with a raised portion which is raised upward and forms a groove opened downward to form the heating cavity between the bottom plate and the mounting plate;
the side plate extends upwards from the edge of the bottom plate to limit the water storage tank with the bottom plate.
3. The steam generating apparatus of claim 2, wherein the protrusion is ring-shaped to divide the water storage tank into a first water storage tank located inside the protrusion and a second water storage tank located outside the water storage tank and being ring-shaped.
4. The steam generating device of claim 2, wherein the bottom plate is annular in vertical projection, and the side plates include an inner side plate and an outer side plate, the inner side plate being disposed at an inner edge of the bottom plate, and the outer side plate being disposed at an outer edge of the bottom plate to define an annular water storage tank.
5. Steam generating device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the heating element is constructed as a heating tube.
6. The steam generating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a first mounting member provided to the mounting plate and adapted to support the heating member so that the heating member is attached to the water boiling tray.
7. The steam generating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: and the second mounting part is arranged on the mounting plate and used for mounting and fixing the temperature sensor.
8. The steam generating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: the steaming and baking tray is arranged above the water storage tank.
9. The steam generating apparatus of claim 8, further comprising: and the rotary driving assembly is arranged on the mounting plate, penetrates through the water boiling plate and is connected with the steaming and baking plate, and is used for driving the steaming and baking plate to horizontally rotate.
10. The steam generating device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the steaming tray is provided with a through hole penetrating in a thickness direction, the through hole being adapted to allow steam to pass therethrough.
11. A cooking device, comprising:
a housing provided with a cooking cavity;
steam generating device, the steam generating device of any one of claims 1-10, and the steam generating device is provided in the cooking cavity.
12. The cooking device of claim 11, wherein the mounting plate is configured as a bottom wall of the cavity.
