Description

本实用新型涉及一种射极式日光灯管,特别是一种环状射极式日光灯管。
目前普遍使用的日光灯管,两端必须设有钨丝灯丝,灯管每端有二个接线柱,接线柱与灯管间有二个封口点,引线与灯丝间有二个连接点,因而,生产工艺较复杂,因接口多,封口多是使灯管慢性漏气和接点、封口点接触不良的根源。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种接头少、封口少,具有在常温下能发射电子的电极,灯丝不易被烧断的射极式日光灯管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
射极式日光灯管内壁涂有常温能发射电子的氧化锆或氧化钡的环状电极代替传统的钨丝灯丝,为提高光的反射率,增加亮度和提高电光的转换率,灯管内壁的荧光粉中加入一定量的多向反光剂,灯管每端只设一个接线柱,用工程塑料代替金属的加固圈,不需专设的绝缘片。
本实用新型提供的射极式日光灯管不用钨丝,接头少,封口少,可减少因接头接触不良、封口不严所引起的过热和慢性漏气的因素,灯丝不易被烧断,灯管的使用寿命延长。

当接通电源,合上开关,电源产生的起动电压加到两端电极1上,击发灯管内的水银蒸气,加速灯管内的电子运动,使电极发射的电子导通,灯管启辉工作。
