Compared with the hot air blower 510, the professional axial flow fan 520 has larger wind power and better air drying effect. And the axial flow fan 520 has concentrated wind power, the wind power diffusion degree is small, the influence on other areas is small, and the butt joint area can concentrate the wind power to blow and dry. It is to be understood that the axial flow fan 520 and the hot air blower 510 are generally connected to an external power source.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the apparatus further includes an impurity removing mechanism 700, the impurity removing mechanism 700 is disposed on the rack 100, and the impurity removing mechanism 700 is used to remove impurities on the label tape 800.
The foreign materials are materials not included in the label tape 800, such as thread ends, film fragments, dust, insects, and the like. The impurity removing mechanism 700 removes the foreign matters on the label tape 800, and can prevent the foreign matters from contaminating the label tape 800 and from being taken up as if the label tape 800 is wound up. The impurity removal can be realized by adopting the modes of adsorption, sweeping, beating, oscillation and the like.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the trash removal mechanism 700 includes a first trash roller 710, the first trash roller 710 being connected to the frame 100, the first trash roller 710 being configured to abut the label tape 800.
First trash removal roller 710 is generally provided with a structure for facilitating adsorption or cleaning, such as an adsorption hole, a brush layer and the like, and when first trash removal roller 710 abuts against label tape 800, impurities on label tape 800 are adsorbed and removed or cleaned. It should be understood that the trash removing mechanism 700 may further include a second trash removing roller 720, a third trash removing roller, etc. which are disposed on the rack 100 and located at different positions of the rack 100, and perform trash removing operation on the label tape 800 for multiple times to remove the trash on the label tape 800 as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the winding mechanism 600 includes a driving member (not shown) and a winding roller 610, the driving member is disposed on the frame 100, the winding roller 610 is rotatably connected to the frame 100, the winding roller 610 is in transmission connection with the driving member, and the winding roller 610 is used for winding the label tape 800 processed by the dry-fixing mechanism 500.
The driving member drives the take-up roller 610 to rotate, thereby taking up the label tape 800. It should be understood that, the rolling mechanism 600 may also be a dislocation rolling device, and the dislocation rolling label tape 800 has a better rolling effect.

Claims (10)

1. A gluing and bonding machine is characterized by comprising:
a frame;
the folding mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for folding the label belt in half;
the glue coating mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for coating glue on the folded label tape;
the pressing mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for pressing the label tape coated with the glue;
the dry-curing mechanism is arranged on the rack and is used for dry-curing the glue on the label tape;
and the winding mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for winding the label band processed by the dry-fixing mechanism.

The gluing and gluing machine according to claim 1, wherein the folding mechanism comprises a folding roller and a pressing plate, the folding roller is rotatably connected with the rack, the folding roller is used for folding the label strip in half, the pressing plate is arranged on the rack, and the pressing plate is used for pressing the folded label strip.
