在摄影过程中,经常需要配合支撑的伸缩结构能够伸缩以满足不同场景的拍摄要求。
现有的三脚架或独脚架的伸缩腿在伸缩过程中,存在伸缩固定不够便捷方便的缺陷,不足以满足高要求摄影需求。

(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种外扳扣锁,该外扳扣锁能够实现伸缩腿伸缩过程的快速锁紧和释放,与其他扣锁相比,体积紧凑小巧,锁紧力强,安装简单、操作方便快捷,伸缩流畅,更好地满足高要求摄影需求。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述伸缩腿伸缩过程的快速锁紧和释放的目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种外扳扣锁,所述外扳扣锁包括一体化弹性外环,所述一体化弹性外环与伸缩腿的a端相套接,所述一体化弹性外环包括弹性带,所述弹性带的悬空端设有用于与扳扣臂相紧,且用于紧固所述伸缩腿的弹性带支点凸起,与所述弹性带支点凸起相对应的所述外扳扣锁上对称设有滑动槽孔。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述扳扣臂与所述弹性带支点凸起相邻的一端设有扳扣前臂,所述扳扣前臂上安装有扳扣轴孔,所述扳扣臂与所述弹性带支点凸起相离的一端设有扳扣尾扣;所述扳扣轴孔通过转轴与所述滑动槽孔相穿设。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述伸缩腿的a端均设有与衬套凸起相插接的衬套槽口,所述衬套凸起设置在衬套上,所述衬套上开设有对称且交错设置的衬套缝和所述衬套凸起。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述伸缩腿与所述外扳扣锁相离一端的外表面设有防止所述伸缩腿相脱离的止滑片。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种外扳扣锁,具备以下有益效果:
该外扳扣锁,通过扳扣绕转轴转动,以杠杆原理推动弹性带挤压弹性带支点凸起,从而使弹性带收缩,一体化弹性外环与伸缩腿相扣紧,保持伸缩腿之间的稳定性,或使弹性带与伸缩腿之间保持松弛状态,一体化弹性外环与伸缩腿处于松弛的状态,使相邻的伸缩腿之间处于可滑动的状态。这种扣锁的设计,与传统的扣锁相比,体积紧凑小巧,锁紧力强,安装简单、方便操作快捷。

请参阅图1至图4,一种组合三脚架,包括起到中轴作用的子架1和母架 2,所述子架1和所述母架2通过主连接架3组合在一起;
所述子架1的一端与所述主连接架3相穿插,所述子架1能够沿着m轴的方向往返运动;所述子架1的另一端安装有用于保证所述子架1刚度和平行度的Y型支撑架4;
所述母架2与所述主连接架3通过螺旋件5调节或固定展开角度,所述母架2通过外扳扣锁6完成伸缩态。
三根所述中轴腿101均匀布置在三根所述主架腿201的外侧,主要组合方式如图16至图20所描述。
请参阅图7,所述母架2包括三根主架腿201,每根所述主架腿201包括多根同轴心相套接且能够沿着所述主架腿201的长度方向伸缩的伸缩腿202;相邻所述伸缩腿202相交处通过外扳扣锁6相连接;
最底端的所述伸缩腿202的底端与管脚203相套接,最顶端的所述伸缩腿202的顶端通过所述旋转件5与所述主连接架3活动相接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,多根伸缩腿202为五根,第一伸缩腿202a内套接有第二伸缩腿202b,第二伸缩腿202b内套接有第三伸缩腿202c,第三伸缩腿202c内套接有第四伸缩腿202d,第四伸缩腿202d内套接有第五伸缩腿202e。
并且第二伸缩腿202b、第三伸缩腿202c、第四伸缩腿202d和第五伸缩腿202e均可以沿着第一伸缩腿202a的长度方向往返运动。从而使得可伸缩腿 202伸长或缩短。
在一种可能的实现方式中,多根伸缩腿202为五根,五根所述伸缩腿202 分别为第一伸缩腿202a、第二伸缩腿202b、第三伸缩腿202c、第四伸缩腿202d 和第五伸缩腿202e,所述第五伸缩腿202e与所述第四伸缩腿202d相离的一端与管脚203相套接,所述第一伸缩腿202a与所述第二伸缩腿202b相离的一端通过所述旋转件5与所述主连接架3活动相接。
请参阅图8至13所述外扳扣锁6包括一体化弹性外环604,所述一体化弹性外环604分别与每根所述伸缩腿202的a端相套接,所述一体化弹性外环604包括弹性带605,所述弹性带605的悬空端设有用于与板扣臂606相紧,且用于紧固所述伸缩腿202的弹性带支点凸起6051,与所述弹性带支点凸起 6051相对应的所述外扳扣锁6上对称设有滑动槽孔607。
所述板扣臂606与所述弹性带支点凸起6051相邻的一端设有扳扣前臂 606a,所述板扣前臂606a上安装有板扣轴孔606b,所述扳扣臂606与所述弹性带支点凸起6051相离的一端设有扳扣尾扣606c;
所述扳扣轴孔606b通过转轴与所述滑动槽孔607相穿设;
每根所述伸缩腿202与所述外扳扣锁6相离一端的外表面设有防止所述伸缩腿202彼此之间相脱离的止滑片404。
止滑片404的作用为:拉伸下一级伸缩腿202直至止滑片404的端部与衬套601的端部相抵接,按紧或板扣臂606从而使衬套601与对应的伸缩腿 402相紧固或松弛,从而完成相伸缩腿402的伸缩或固定。
在一种可能的实现方式中,转轴穿过板扣轴孔606b并插入滑动槽孔607 中,由于滑动槽孔607为腰孔,转轴能够在滑动槽孔607内运动。
由于扳扣前臂606a的端部设有凸起,转轴转动时,转轴在滑动槽孔607 内滑动,从而扳扣前臂606a的凸起挤压弹性带支点凸起6051,从而使弹性带 605紧压住伸缩腿202,使一体化弹性外环604与伸缩腿相扣紧,保持相邻的伸缩腿之间的稳定性;
或使弹性带605与伸缩腿保持松弛的状态,使一体化弹性外环604与伸缩腿处于松弛的状态,使相邻的伸缩腿之间处于滑动的状态。
锁扣的运动状态为:
释放状态:向外搬动板扣臂606,在杠杆原理的作用下,转轴在滑动槽孔 607内移动到止点,继续转动板扣臂606,板扣臂606后退,在材料弹力的作用下,弹性带支点凸起6051退回到自然状态。此时弹性带605不会对弹性带支点凸起6051形成压力,相邻的伸缩腿可以自由滑动。
锁紧状态:反向压下板扣臂606,板扣前臂606a的凸起首先接弹性带支点凸起6051,继续压板扣臂606,则会推动转轴顺势在滑动槽孔607内移动到下支点,在继续压板扣臂606,在杠杆原理的作用下,板扣臂606会推动弹性带支点凸起6051向前移动,从而压紧弹性带605,达到挤压衬套601,从而锁紧相邻的伸缩腿。
请参阅图5和图6,所述子架1包括三根中轴腿101,所述主连接架3上分布设有三个楔形孔301,三根所述中轴腿101分别与三个所述楔形孔301一一对应相穿设;
所述楔形孔301内安装有楔形片302,所述主连接架3的外圆周上旋转套接有环套303,所述楔形片302与所述环套303的内壁滑动相连接,通过旋转所述环套303以推动所述楔形片302上下运动,当向下运动时,由于楔形的作用,楔形片302向内横向运动,将子架的中轴腿101压向内壁304,实现锁紧对中轴腿101的,方向运动则释放。
请参阅图15,所述主连接架3带有三个铰接棘轮305,分别通过销轴501 连接三个旋转件5,旋转件内通过销轴501放置棘爪扳手502,销轴上同时放置了同轴心扭簧503以保持棘爪扳手的工作位置;每条所述伸缩腿202的a 端均设有与衬套凸起603相插接的衬套槽口208,所述衬套凸起603设置在衬套601上,所述衬套601上开设有对称且交错设置的衬套缝602和所述衬套凸起603。
请参阅图14、图5和图2,三根所述中轴腿101之间安装有所述Y型支撑架4,所述Y型支撑架4的每条边分别与三根所述中轴腿101的安全尾塞相嵌接,以对所述子架1起到辅助支撑和限位作用;同时Y型支撑架4设有对接螺纹,与所述母架2对接,以实现所述母架2作为独立的三脚架。
当子架脱离母架时,需要将Y型支撑架4取出,与主架连接架3的螺纹 306对接,成为主架的云台对接载台,完成主架作为三脚架的独立功能。
三根所述中轴腿101能够插入三根所述主架腿201之间的侧间隙,以使三根所述中轴腿101和三根所述主架腿201之间紧密且交错排布。从而形成最紧凑的空间结构。图16至图20为下图中的断面设计的例子。

所述扳扣轴孔(606b)通过转轴与所述滑动槽孔(607)相穿设。
