The end part of the lifting conveying chain 303 is used for receiving the dosing devices 1 sliding out from the end part of the inclined part of the discharging slide way 301, the lifting conveying chain 303 is used for conveying the dosing devices 1 to a high place and playing a role of temporarily storing the dosing devices 1, the downhill slide way 302 is arranged on the side surface of the upper end of the lifting conveying chain 303 and used for receiving the lifted dosing devices 1 and is arranged in order, and the dosing devices 1 are provided for the subsequent material placing device 400.
The upper end of the downhill slide 302 is also provided with a sensor, and when the system detects that the number of the drug feeders 1 is too large, the overall speed of the equipment is controlled, so that the reasonable matching speed among the equipment is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 8, the lifting conveying chain 303 includes two sets of timing belt mechanisms 308, the timing belt mechanisms 308 are engaged with each other through gears, the motor drives the two sets of timing belt mechanisms 308 to run synchronously, the administration device 1 is clamped between the two sets of timing belt mechanisms 308, and the administration device 1 moves upwards along with the rotation of the timing belts until falling into the downhill slide 302. As shown in fig. 9, the turntable mechanism 404 includes a second driving mechanism and a turntable 4041 disposed obliquely, the second driving mechanism includes a transmission shaft 4042 disposed in the second conveying chain 402, the transmission shaft 4042 is engaged with the end of the turntable 4041 by two bevel gears, the transmission shaft 4042 is connected with a driving shaft 4043 of a driving wheel of the second conveying chain 402 by a synchronous belt, the driving shaft 4043 of the driving wheel is connected with a motor by the synchronous belt, and one motor drives the second conveying chain 402 and the turntable 4041 to rotate simultaneously, so as to realize synchronous rotation of the second conveying chain 402 and the turntable 4041, so that the administration device 1 in the turntable 4041 can accurately fall into the placement position 403.

The working principle is as follows:
the doser 1 is transported by the filling machine 100 and is transported on the first conveying chain 101 in an inverted mode, after the doser 1 filled with medicines is transported into the blanking area 102 through filling of the filling machine 100 and end caps are installed, the second striker plate 213 is placed in the notch 208 of the first striker plate 207 at the moment, the lower end portion 14 of the doser 1 moves along the upper edge of the first striker plate 207 and the upper edge of the second striker plate 213 until the doser 1 occupies the blanking area, the first conveying chain 101 stops rotating, the doser 1 is detected at the moment, whether the doser 1 is complete or not is detected, the end caps are arranged at the ends, signals are transmitted to a system, the system controls subsequent mechanisms to operate, namely the first driving piece 203 pushes the clamp to clamp the doser 1, the first driving piece 203 does not clamp, the second driving piece 203 drives the clamp to move backwards, the turnover plate 201 turns over, the doser 1 is vertically placed into the discharging slide 301, and the incomplete doser 1 enters the unqualified box from the blanking area 102 along with rotation of the first conveying chain 101.
The material pushing mechanism 304 pushes the dosing device 1 to slide into the lifting conveying chain 303, the lifting conveying chain 303 clamps the dosing device 1 to lift and convey the dosing device 1 into the downhill slide way 302, the dosing device 1 enters the turntable mechanism 404 through the downhill slide way 302, the dosing device 1 is changed from a vertical state into a horizontal state through the steering and transportation of the turntable mechanism 404 and is placed in the placing position 403, the conveying chain II 402 rotates to move the dosing device 1 to be right below the material placing mechanism 405, then the material placing mechanism 405 clamps and places the dosing device 1 in order in a bubble cap 501 of the packaging machine 500, the packaging machine 500 works to package, and the filling and packaging processes of the dosing device 1 are completed.

a gripping mechanism (226) for gripping and taking out the dispenser (1);
a turnover mechanism (225) for turning the clamping mechanism (226) over a certain angle so that the medicine dispenser (1) on the clamping mechanism (226) moves to the conveying device (300);
a material blocking mechanism (206) which is arranged on one side of the blanking area (102) and is used for assisting in fixing the medicine feeder (1);
the striker (206) comprises:
