the first position detection component (2) and the second position detection component (3) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the conveying direction (K) of the cigarette packet (15) and are used for detecting the position of the cigarette packet (15) along the conveying direction (K) so as to obtain the running speed of the cigarette packet (15);
the defect detection component is arranged between the first position detection component (2) and the second position detection component (3) along the conveying direction (K) and is used for starting under the condition that the first position detection component (2) detects the cigarette packet (15) so as to detect whether the appearance of the cigarette packet (15) has defects or not; and
and the removing component (5) is arranged at a removing station downstream of the second position detection component (3) along the conveying direction (K) and has different removing directions, and is used for removing the cigarette packet (15) from the conveying component (1) in a proper removing direction according to the running speed of the cigarette packet (15) under the condition that the cigarette packet (15) has defects.
2. The defective cigarette packet removing device according to claim 1, further comprising:
a third position detection component (4) which is arranged between the second position detection component (3) and the eliminating component (5) along the conveying direction (K) of the cigarette packet (15) and is used for detecting the position of the cigarette packet (15) along the conveying direction (K);
wherein the rejecting part (5) is used for opening under the condition that the third position detecting part (4) detects the cigarette packet (15).

Defective cigarette packet rejecting device according to claim 1, wherein said rejecting means (5) comprise at least two rejecting solenoid valves for blowing air to defective cigarette packets (15) in an open state to reject cigarette packets (15), at least two of said rejecting solenoid valves having different blowing directions.

The defective cigarette packet removing device according to claim 3, characterized in that an air blowing opening of the removing electromagnetic valve is provided with an air blowing pipe (53), and a free end of the air blowing pipe (53) extends to a region close to the middle of the side surface of the cigarette packet (15).
5. The defective cigarette packet rejecting device according to claim 3, wherein at least two rejecting electromagnetic valves are installed in different directions so that the blowing direction of each rejecting electromagnetic valve is different.

The defective cigarette packet removing device according to claim 3, characterized in that at least two removing solenoid valves comprise a first solenoid valve (51) and a second solenoid valve (52) which are installed at an angle, an air blowing port of the first solenoid valve (51) is opposite to the side face of the cigarette packet (15) passing through the removing station, and an air blowing port of the second solenoid valve (52) is opposite to the side face of the cigarette packet (15) passing through the removing station in an inclined mode.

The defective cigarette packet removing device according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising a first mounting frame (6), wherein the first mounting frame (6) comprises a transverse plate (61), a first vertical plate (62) and a second vertical plate (63), the first vertical plate (62) and the second vertical plate (63) form an acute angle in a horizontal plane and are connected to the transverse plate (61), the first vertical plate (62) is perpendicular to the transverse plate (61), and the second vertical plate (63) is located at the downstream of the first vertical plate (62) along the conveying direction (K);
wherein the first solenoid valve (51) is installed on the outer side wall of the first vertical plate (62), and the second solenoid valve (52) is installed on the inner side wall of the second vertical plate (63).

The defective tobacco bale eliminating device according to claim 7, characterized in that it further comprises a bottom plate (13), the position of the first mounting frame (6) relative to the bottom plate (13) along the conveying direction (K), the mounting height of the first solenoid valve (51) on the first mounting frame (6), and/or the mounting height of the second solenoid valve (52) on the first mounting frame (6) being adjustable.
9. The defective cigarette packet removing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the defect detecting part comprises:
a first image acquisition component (7) arranged at one side of the conveying component (1) and used for acquiring images of the front surface (S1) and the first side surface (S2) of the cigarette packet (15);
the second image acquisition component (8) is arranged on the other side of the conveying component (1) and is used for acquiring images of the rear surface (S3) and the second side surface (S4) of the cigarette packet (15); and
a third image acquisition component (9) which is arranged above the conveying component (1) and is used for acquiring an image of the top surface (S5) of the cigarette packet (15);
the defective cigarette packet removing device further comprises an image analysis component, and the image analysis component is used for comprehensively analyzing images of all surfaces of the cigarette packet (15) to determine whether the cigarette packet (15) has defects or not.

The defective cigarette packet removing device according to claim 9, further comprising a light source box (10) covering a partial length section of the conveying component (1), wherein the first image collecting component (7) and the second image collecting component (8) are respectively located at two sides of the light source box (10), the third image collecting component (9) is arranged at the top of the light source box (10), and an avoiding portion (10') for image collection and cigarette packet (15) to enter and exit is arranged on the light source box (10).

The defective cigarette packet rejecting device according to claim 9, further comprising a bottom plate (13) and three second mounting frames (11), wherein the three second mounting frames (11) are respectively used for mounting the first image acquisition part (7), the second image acquisition part (8) and the third image acquisition part (9);
wherein the mounting position and/or the mounting angle of the second mounting frame (11) relative to the bottom plate (13) is adjustable.

The defective cigarette packet rejecting device according to any one of claims 2 to 8, further comprising a bottom plate (13) and three third mounting frames (12), wherein the three third mounting frames (12) are respectively used for mounting the first position detecting component (2), the second position detecting component (3) and the third position detecting component (4);
wherein the mounting position and/or the mounting angle of the third mounting frame (12) relative to the bottom plate (13) is adjustable.
13. A cigarette processing system comprising the defective cigarette packet removing device according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
