Description

Aerosol-generating article with segmented aerosol-generating substrate rod
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a heating does not burn cigarette technical field, concretely relates to aerosol takes place goods with substrate stick takes place for sectional type aerosol.
Background
With the emphasis of consumers on health problems and the improvement of the demand on the personalized experience of cigarette products, the tobacco industry continuously responds to the demand upgrade of consumers and develops various smoking products with tar and harm reduction. The heating cigarette is different from the traditional cigarette product in the cigarette heating mode, so that the cigarette can meet the sensory requirements of consumers on the cigarette product and provide healthier smoking experience.
The smoking material of the particle type heating cigarette is bulk smoking particles, in the prior art, the bulk smoking particles cannot be fixed, the bulk smoking particles must be filled into the outer tube in a filling mode, particles need to be fixed on two sides of a smoking particle section in a mode of sealing paper and a sealing piece, the production efficiency is low, and the defective rate is high.
Firstly, on this basis the utility model discloses with the aerosol that the smoke particles in bulk passes through the gluing agent and bonds and form cylindric form and take place the substrate stick, then take place the substrate stick as solid aerosol alone after the outer tube is taken place to aerosol parcel, then make its and other component combinations as aerosol production goods through filling, rolling up or compound technology. Because the smoking section is an integral cylindrical aerosol generation substrate rod, the problem that the smoking particles fall and scatter does not occur, and sealing films or plugging pieces positioned at two sides of the smoking section do not need to be arranged. In addition, it is not limited to filling forms and combining it with other elements to make aerosol-generating articles.
At present, the method for preparing the cylindrical aerosol generating substrate rod by bonding the scattered fuming particles through the adhesive is to directly put the scattered tobacco particles into a stirrer, add a large amount of adhesive into the stirrer, stir and mix the tobacco particles uniformly, extrude the tobacco particles and cool the tobacco particles. The problems with aerosol generating substrate rods produced by this method are: 1. because a large amount of adhesive is added in the stirring process, after cooling, the cooled adhesive also exists in gaps between adjacent tobacco particles in the aerosol generation substrate rod, so that the porosity of the aerosol generation substrate rod is low, and the axial air permeability is small; 2. if the first problem is avoided, the adhesive is not uniformly dispersed when less adhesive is directly added in the stirring and mixing process, and tobacco particles without sizing on the surfaces are adjacent, so that the tobacco particles cannot be bonded, and the problem that fuming particles are scattered is caused; 3. a more critical problem is that the addition of a large amount of adhesive also results in the application of a large amount of adhesive to the surface of each tobacco particle, which seriously affects the release of aerosol from the tobacco particles when heated, and in essence, the purpose of sizing is only to bind scattered tobacco particles, but it is not desirable that the tobacco particles are also sized where they are not bound, which affects the release of aerosol.
Therefore, how to ensure that the surfaces of the tobacco particles which are mutually bonded have the adhesive and the surfaces which are not bonded do not have the adhesive is the key for ensuring the porosity and the smoke quantity of the aerosol generation substrate rod.
In order to solve the above problems, the utility model is provided.
