Description

Aerosol generating product with variable-diameter airflow channel plugging piece
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-burning cigarettes, in particular to an aerosol generating product with a variable-diameter airflow channel plugging piece.
Background
With the emphasis of consumers on health problems and the improvement of the demand on the personalized experience of cigarette products, the tobacco industry continuously responds to the demand upgrade of consumers and develops various smoking products with tar and harm reduction. The heating cigarette is different from the traditional cigarette product in the cigarette heating mode, so that the cigarette can meet the sensory requirements of consumers on the cigarette product and provide healthier smoking experience.
Existing unitary aerosol generating articles comprise an outer tube and an aerosol generating substrate loaded within the outer tube and other units for cooling and circulating an aerosol. Aerosol-generating substrates of current unitary aerosol-generating articles are typically particulate aerosol-generating materials which must be filled into an outer tube in a filling manner because the aerosol-generating particles in bulk cannot be immobilized, and the particles are immobilized on either side of the segment of aerosol-generating particles by means of a sealing paper and a closure, whereas in order to collect the aerosol and increase the amount of smoke, the downstream of the closure typically defines a section of cavity (cavity section) within the outer tube, and the downstream of the cavity section is a filter section. At present, the aerosol generating product is prepared by adopting a filling method, and the production process sequence is as follows: one end of the pipe is sealed, then the aerosol generating substrate, the plugging piece and the filtering piece are sequentially filled from the other end, the distance between the plugging piece and the cavity is reserved when the filtering piece is filled, the outer surfaces of the plugging piece and the filtering piece and the inner wall of the paper pipe are not sticky, and the pipe is directly filled and placed at a fixed position and then fixed through friction with the inner wall of the paper pipe. The problems of the filling preparation method are as follows: 1. when filling, the pipe is vertically placed, the positions of the blocking pieces and the filtering pieces on two sides of the cavity are difficult to position, and the problem that the axial lengths of the cavity sections of different samples are inconsistent easily occurs; 2. the outer surfaces of the blocking piece and the filter piece are only fixed with the inner wall of the paper tube by friction force, the blocking piece and the filter piece are easy to displace to the cavity section in the transportation process, or the filter piece is partially sucked out of the outer tube in the suction process; 3. the filling method limits that the filling can only be carried out on single pipes in batches, and the production efficiency is low.
In addition, known closures are typically multi-ported fastener segments (commonly referred to as "gear segments"), wherein the multi-ported fastener segments are typically ceramic or silicone, and have an outer wall that is securely affixed to the inner wall of the paper sleeve by an adhesive, and have at least one axial through-hole in the center, and/or at least one peripheral vent channel in the periphery, and are sized to allow passage of smoke but not aerosol source material particles, thereby both blocking and transmitting aerosol. However, the presence of the multi-aperture fastener segment has resulted in increased costs and operational inconveniences associated with the commercial manufacture of particulate aerosol generating articles, and it is therefore desirable to eliminate the multi-aperture fastener segment. However, the elimination of the multi-ported fastener segment necessitates the placement of a gas flow channel segment downstream of the particle segment to collect and contain the aerosol, and this segment also serves to confine the aerosol source material particles which are dispersed, presenting a dilemma and therefore requiring improvements in the design of the block piece.
Therefore, how to efficiently produce the particle type aerosol generating product with the cavity structure, ensure the stability and the non-displacement of the blocking piece and the filter piece, and replace the existing blocking piece in the form of a gear is the key problem to be solved in the production of the integrated aerosol generating product.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an aerosol generating article having a variable diameter gas flow passage closure, comprising an integral outer tube 1, and located within the outer tube 1, an aerosol generating substrate 6, a closure 2, a cavity structure 3 and a filter 4;
the closure 2 comprises a tube wall 21 and a tube cavity 22, the tube wall 21 being of a fluted corrugated construction comprising an outer layer 211, an inner layer 212 and a fluted corrugated layer 213 therebetween, the outer layer 211 defining an outer surface of the closure 2 and the inner layer 212 defining the tube cavity 22;
the tube cavity 22 has a hollow rod 221 therein, the hollow rod 221 has a hollow cavity 2211, and the cross-sectional area of the hollow cavity 2211 near one end of the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is not equal to the cross-sectional area near one end of the filter 4. That is, the closure 2 of the present invention itself has the outer layer 211 instead of the outer tube 1 as the outer layer.
Preferably, the hollow rod 221 is a hollow acetate tow rod.
Preferably, the cross-sectional area of the hollow cavity 2211 near the end of the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is smaller than the cross-sectional area near the end of the filter element 4.
Preferably, the cross-section of the hollow cavity 2211 is circular or polygonal.
Preferably, the outer layer 211 is selected from paper; the inner layer 212 is selected from a tow-like material or a folded sheet material, the tow-like material comprises acetate fiber tows and polylactic acid tows, and the folded sheet material comprises paper (polymer material can be coated on the paper), reconstituted tobacco or a polymer material sheet; the groove corrugated layer 213 is selected from paper or non-woven fabric having a groove structure. In the actual selection process, the nonwoven fabric is preferably selected if a wrinkled sheet is desired, and the paper is preferably selected if a smooth sheet is desired. In addition, the corrugated sheets are preferably pre-pressed to form the corrugated folds, and then wrapped with the outer layer 211 and the inner layer 212 to form the corrugated pipe wall.
Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the grooves in the grooved corrugated layer 213 is "U" or "V".
Preferably, the corrugated layer 213 of the groove further has a flavoring substance layer and/or a smoking substance layer, which may be selected from common flavors and fragrances or smoking agents, for example, the flavoring substance is selected from natural perfume raw materials and tobacco extract; the smoking material is selected from propylene glycol, glycerol.
Preferably, the cavity structure 3 further contains a functional material therein; and/or, a hollow pipe member 32 is also contained in the cavity structure 3. The pipe wall of the hollow pipe 32 is made of paper, silica gel, acetate fiber, polylactic acid and non-woven fabric. The functional material can be any substance with cooling and flavoring functions in the prior art.
Preferably, the outer tube 1 at the cavity structure 3 is provided with vent holes 31 which radially penetrate through the outer tube 1. When an empty tube is provided in the cavity section 3, the vent hole 31 penetrates through the outer tube 1 and the empty tube at the same time. The purpose of the vent 31 is to introduce air into the cavity section, on the one hand to reduce the temperature of the aerosol and on the other hand to reduce the resistance to draw, so that it is determined whether the vent 31 is required depending on the actual aerosol temperature and resistance to draw. When the vent holes 31 are needed, it is preferable to form the vent holes by punching, but it is needless to say that air-permeable paper may be used as the outer tube or the hollow paper tube in the cavity section instead of punching, as long as air can be introduced into the cavity section.
Preferably, an adhesive is provided between the outer surface of the blocking member 2 and the inner surface of the outer tube 1, and an adhesive is provided between the outer surface of the filter member 4 and the inner surface of the outer tube 1. The adhesive is selected from common lap adhesive.
Preferably, the outer tube 1 is a paper tube or a nonwoven fabric tube. The outer pipe 1 is provided with an anti-seepage/heat-conducting layer with an anti-seepage or heat-conducting function (especially when the outer pipe 1 is a non-woven fabric pipe), and the anti-seepage/heat-conducting layer comprises a waterproof layer and/or an oil-proof layer and/or a heat-conducting layer;
the waterproof layer adopts alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cationic rosin size or non-iron aluminum sulfate mixed and paraffin material; the oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matter, modified starch, AKD and paraffin mixture and AKD and modified starch mixture. The heat conduction layer is selected from but not limited to an aluminum foil layer, and is added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube in a sticking mode; the aluminum foil layer can play a role in water resistance and/or oil resistance, and meanwhile, the aluminum foil layer also has a heat conduction and heat preservation function, so that the smoking material on the inner wall of the cigarette is uniformly heated.
Preferably, the waterproof layer and/or the oil-proof layer is coated on the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube in a spraying mode.
Moisture in the smoking material seeps to the outer side of the cigarette paper tube in the cigarette storage process to generate yellow spots, so that a waterproof layer needs to be added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube filled with the smoking material. The waterproof layer adopts alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cationic rosin size or non-iron aluminum sulfate mixed and paraffin material, and can prevent moisture in the smoking material from permeating to the outer side of the cigarette paper tube.
Similarly, in the smoking material, a smoking agent, essence and spice and the like can be added, in the long-time placing process, the smoking agent in the smoking material can carry the essence and spice to permeate to the outer side of the paper tube to generate yellow spots to influence the appearance of the paper tube, and the oily smoking agent needs to be added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube filled with the smoking material. The oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matter, modified starch, AKD and paraffin mixture, and the AKD and modified starch mixture can prevent smoke agents in the smoke generating material from carrying essence and spice to permeate to the outer wall of the paper tube, so that yellow spots are prevented from being generated.
Preferably, the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of a sheet, a thread, a granulate, a paste stick or a stick having its own porous structure.
Preferably, when the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of a sheet or a thread, it may be reconstituted tobacco or tobacco. When the two properties are adopted, the aerosol generating product can be prepared by adopting a conventional compound rolling method, but the preparation method can also be preferably the first preparation method of compounding and filling.
Preferably, when the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of a particulate, stick-like product, the method of making the aerosol-generating article comprises the following steps (this method will be referred to hereinafter as method one):
step one, preparing a mouth bar:
wrapping a blocking element 2 and a filter element 4 with an outer tube 1, the blocking element 2 and the filter element 4 being spaced apart by a first axial length, which defines a cavity section 3 by the outer tube 1,
the end of the closure (2) remote from the cavity section 3 defines an aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 by the outer tube 1;
step two, filling of the aerosol-generating substrate 6:
loading the aerosol-generating substrate 6 into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 in a filled form with the filter rod in an upright position, i.e. perpendicular to the horizontal plane, with the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 facing vertically upwards;
when the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of a rod having its own pore structure, the method of making the aerosol-generating article comprises the following steps (this method will be referred to hereinafter as method two):
step one, preparing a mouth bar:
wrapping a blocking element 2 and a filter element 4 with an outer tube 1, the blocking element 2 and the filter element 4 being spaced apart by a first axial length, which defines a cavity section 3 by the outer tube 1,
the end of the closure 2 remote from the cavity section 3 defines an aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 by the outer tube 1;
step two, filling of aerosol generating material:
loading the fluent aerosol-generating material into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 with the filter rod in an upright position, i.e. perpendicular to the horizontal plane, with the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 facing vertically upwards;
step three, formation of the aerosol-generating substrate 6:
the filter rod containing the aerosol-generating material is rotated 180 ° so that the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 is facing vertically downwards and dry expanded on a flat surface at a temperature such that the aerosol-generating material solidifies to form a fixed aerosol-generating substrate 6 located in the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5.
In the first preparation method:
the preparation of the nozzle rod in step one may be in a horizontal state, a vertical state, or any state therebetween, as long as the nozzle rod is in a vertical state when the filling of the aerosol-generating material of step two is performed, facilitating the filling of the aerosol-generating substrate 6.
Preferably, when the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of particles, step two is followed by a sealing step to form a sealing film 7 on the end face of the filter segment away from the aerosol-generating substrate-containing cavity 5 containing the aerosol-generating substrate 6; when the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is in the form of a stick, no sealing step is required, although there is no conflict with the sealing step. In the actual production process it is determined whether a sealing film is required, depending on the condition of the aerosol-generating substrate 6.
Preferably, in step one, the filter rod may be divided into a plurality of filter rods, and the plurality of filter rods are connected by the filter member 4 and/or the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5.
Preferably, there is a slitting step between the first and second steps, at the associated filter member 4 and/or the associated aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5, to slit the filter rod into a plurality of filter rods.
That is, the filter rod in step one may be a single filter rod, i.e. the outer tube 1 comprises a closure 2, a cavity segment 3, a filter element 4 and an aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5, in which case in step two, it is only necessary that the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 is directed vertically upwards. Certainly, the filter rod in the first step may be cut into a plurality of filter rods, that is, the outer tube 1 includes one blocking piece 2, the cavity section 3, the filter piece 4 and the aerosol-generating substrate accommodating cavity 5, and the plurality of filter rods are connected by the filter piece 4 and/or the aerosol-generating substrate accommodating cavity 5, and the joint has 2 times of the axial length of the filter piece 4 or the aerosol-generating substrate accommodating cavity 5, in this case, when the second step is performed, and the second step is performed by first cutting the filter rod into a plurality of filter rods, and then vertically upward the aerosol-generating substrate accommodating cavity 5. That is, the axial length of the filter element at the connection is twice the axial length of the filter element in a single filter rod, and, in the same way, the axial length of the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber reserved at the connection is twice the axial length of the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber in a single filter rod. So that each filter rod has, after slitting, a complete filter member and an aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity.
In the second preparation method:
in step two, the flowable aerosol-generating material may be loaded into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 by any means, such as by being extruded;
the preparation of the nozzle rod in the first step may be in a horizontal state, a vertical state, or any state therebetween, as long as the nozzle rod is in a vertical state when the aerosol-generating material is filled in the second step, which facilitates the quantitative extrusion of the flowable aerosol-generating material.
The purpose of drying and expanding the aerosol generating rod 6 at a certain temperature after being placed on a plane after being inverted is to make the end surface of the aerosol generating rod 6 far away from one end of the filter member flush.
Preferably, in step one, the filter rod may be divided into a plurality of filter rods, and the plurality of filter rods are connected by the filter member 4 and/or the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5; in this case, there is also a slitting step between the first and second steps, at the associated filter member 4 and/or the associated aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5, to slit the filter rod into a plurality of filter rods.
Preferably, in the second step, the flowable aerosol generating material comprises a smoking raw material, a smoking aid and a solvent, wherein the smoking raw material is crushed in advance and then passes through a 40-200-mesh sieve, and then the screened smoking raw material is mixed with the smoking aid and the solvent respectively in a certain ratio and then blended into the flowable aerosol generating material, which is similar to a paste state;
preferably, in step two, the flowable aerosol-generating material loading is 50-95% of the volume of the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5. More preferably 90%.
Preferably, in the second step, the flowable aerosol generating material further comprises a binder, and the flowable aerosol generating material is bonded to the inner wall of the outer tube 1 by the binder during the drying and expansion process. The binder is selected from chitosan, hydroxyethylated compound modified ethyl cellulose, guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, starch, modified starch, plant cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose.
Preferably, in step two, the fluent aerosol-generating material is squeezed into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 against the inner surface of the outer tube 1, and the squeezed fluent aerosol-generating material forms a central cavity, i.e. the volume reserved for expansion of the aerosol-generating material; or,
the flowable aerosol-generating material is loaded into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 in two parts, wherein a first part of the aerosol-generating material is squeezed into the aerosol-generating substrate receiving cavity 5 against the inner surface of the outer tube 1, the squeezed first part of the aerosol-generating material forms a central cavity, and a second part of the aerosol-generating material is squeezed into the central cavity, and a gap is present between the first part of the aerosol-generating material and the second part of the aerosol-generating material, which is the volume reserved for the expansion of the aerosol-generating material.
Preferably, step two is followed by a sealing step to form a sealing film from the end face of the aerosol-generating substrate receiving chamber 5 containing the aerosol-generating substrate 6 remote from the filter stage. In the actual production process it is determined whether a sealing film is required, depending on the condition of the aerosol-generating substrate 6.
Preferably, the drying temperature in step three is determined by the solvent in the aerosol-generating material, and when the solvent is ethanol, the drying temperature is 50-60 deg.C, and the drying time is 0.5-1 h; when the solvent is water, the drying temperature is 60-70 ℃, and the drying time is 1-2 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the corrugated pipe wall of the groove on the outer layer of the plugging piece, an axial cavity formed by the groove structure can be used as an airflow channel for aerosol to flow, and further, the corrugated layer 213 of the groove is also provided with an aroma-increasing substance layer and/or a smoke substance layer, so that the flowing aerosol can be supplemented with aroma and the smoke quantity can be increased. The plurality of layers of groove corrugated layers are mutually supported, so that more air flow channels can be reserved as far as possible on the premise of ensuring the blockage of the aerosol generating material. The invention cancels a multi-through hole fixing piece section for the first time, combines the groove corrugated part with aerosol source material particles in bulk, and can play a role in restraining the aerosol source material particles due to the pipe wall of the groove corrugated structure and the blocking structure in the pipe cavity without using the multi-through hole fixing piece.
2. In the lumen of the plug of the invention is a hollow rod 221, said hollow rod 221 having a hollow cavity 2211, and the cross-sectional area of the hollow cavity 2211 near the end of the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is smaller than the cross-sectional area near the end of the filter element 4. The hollow cavity near the end of the aerosol-generating substrate 6 is of a smaller size, which better ensures that the blocking member blocks the aerosol-generating substrate 6 from moving towards the downstream section, while the hollow cavity near the end of the filter member 4 is of a larger size, which is more conducive to the circulation of the aerosol.
For the preparation method:
3. the invention firstly forms other units except aerosol generating particle sections by a rolling composite mode, a cavity filled with aerosol generating materials is reserved during the composite, the cut filter rod with the aerosol generating substrate containing cavity 5 is vertically placed after the composite according to the requirement, then the aerosol generating materials are filled in the aerosol generating substrate containing cavity 5, and the plugging piece 2 and the filter piece 4 are both formed by adopting a composite rolling method, so that the plugging piece 2 and the filter piece 4 are easier to position at the axial position, and the consistency of the axial length of the cavity sections 3 of different samples can be better ensured.
4. Because the plugging piece 2 and the filter piece 4 are both formed by adopting a composite rolling method, the adhesive can be more conveniently applied between the outer surfaces of the plugging piece 2 and the filter piece 4 and the inner surface of the paper tube, thereby ensuring that the two ends can not displace in the suction process or the transportation process.
5. The invention prepares the aerosol generating product by a method of compounding and filling, can compound a plurality of filter rods simultaneously and fill the aerosol generating material after cutting, and greatly improves the efficiency compared with the efficiency of filling each unit individually because the rest units are in a compound form except the aerosol generating material.
6. According to the invention, the flowing aerosol generating material is filled in an extruding mode, then the aerosol generating substrate accommodating cavity 5 is vertically downward, and the aerosol generating material is placed on a plane and dried and expanded at a certain temperature, so that the aerosol generating material is solidified to form the fixed aerosol generating rod 6 positioned in the aerosol generating substrate accommodating cavity 5, the production efficiency is higher by utilizing the extruding method, and the aerosol generating rod 6 obtained after drying and expansion is provided with a pore structure, so that the release and circulation of the aerosol are facilitated. The purpose of drying and expanding the aerosol generating rod 6 at a certain temperature after being placed on a plane after being inverted is to make the end surface of the aerosol generating rod 6 far away from one end of the filter element flush.
