Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustible cigarettes, in particular to a method for preparing a sectional aerosol generating substrate rod by intermittent spraying.
Background
With consumer importance on health problems and the increasing demand for personalized experience of cigarette products, the tobacco industry is continuously responding to consumer demand upgrading, and various smoking articles with tar and harm reducing effects are developed. Wherein, the heating cigarette is different from the traditional cigarette product in the cigarette heating mode, so that the heating cigarette can provide healthier smoking experience while meeting the sensory requirements of consumers on the cigarette product.
The fuming material of the granular heating cigarette is bulk fuming particles, the bulk fuming particles cannot be fixed in the prior art, the granular heating cigarette must be filled into the outer tube in a filling mode, the particles are fixed on two sides of the fuming particle section in a sealing paper and sealing piece mode, the production efficiency is low, and the defective rate is high.
Firstly, bulk smoke particles are adhered together through an adhesive to form a cylindrical cigarette rod, then the cigarette rod is wrapped with cigarette paper and then is independently used as a sectional aerosol generating substrate rod, and then the aerosol generating substrate rod and other elements are combined through filling, rolling or compounding processes to prepare an aerosol generating product. Because the smoke generating section is an integral cylindrical smoke core rod, the problem that smoke generating particles fall off and scatter does not occur, and sealing films or sealing pieces on two sides of the smoke generating section are not needed. In addition, the aerosol-generating article is not limited to being packaged in combination with other components.
At present, the method for preparing the cylindrical tobacco rod by using the scattered fuming particles through hot melt adhesive is that the scattered tobacco particles are directly placed into a stirrer, a large amount of adhesive is added into the stirrer, and then the mixture is stirred and mixed uniformly and then extruded, and cooled. The problems of the cigarette core rod prepared by the method are as follows: 1. because a large amount of adhesive is added in the stirring process, after cooling, the cooled adhesive also exists in gaps between adjacent tobacco particles in the tobacco core rod, so that the porosity of the tobacco core rod is low, and the axial ventilation quantity is small; 2. if less adhesive is directly added in the stirring and mixing process to avoid the first problem, the adhesive is unevenly dispersed, the tobacco particles with no glue on the surface are adjacent, the adhesion is impossible, and the problem of scattering of fuming particles occurs; 3. a still further critical problem is that the addition of a significant amount of adhesive also results in the application of a significant amount of adhesive to the surface of each tobacco particle, thereby severely affecting aerosol release after the tobacco particles are heated, and in essence, the sizing is only for the purpose of bonding scattered tobacco particles, but it is not desirable that places where tobacco particles do not bond are also sized, affecting aerosol release.
Therefore, how to ensure that the surfaces of the tobacco particles which are mutually adhered are provided with the adhesive, and the surfaces which are not adhered are provided with the adhesive is a key for ensuring the porosity and the smoke amount of the tobacco rod.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention adopts a spraying sizing method, and the adhesive is directly sprayed to the top of the tobacco particles from the spray header at the top of the tobacco particles, so that only the top sizing of the tobacco particles can be ensured, the bottom surface and the side surface are not sized, the release of aerosol after the tobacco particles are heated is ensured on the basis of realizing bonding, and the smoke quantity, the axial ventilation and the porosity of the tobacco core rod are ensured.
Furthermore, the spraying sizing method is intermittent spraying sizing, so that tobacco particles on the anti-seepage cigarette paper are arranged in a sizing area, an un-sizing area and a sizing area at intervals, the sized tobacco particles, the un-sized tobacco particles and the sized tobacco particles are fed into an outer tube in batches by adopting a blanking method, and after cooling, a segmented aerosol generating substrate rod with two ends being short rod segments formed by bonding the sized tobacco particles and middle being scattered particle segments formed by the un-sized tobacco particles is obtained.
