Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic side cross-sectional view of a removable double-layer roll label according to an embodiment of the utility model.
The present embodiment provides a peelable double wrap-around label 10a, for example, a label with two opposite ends capable of being adhered to each other and being wrapped around a cylindrical outer package of a commodity such as a beverage can, and the label 10a further has a separable multi-layer structure, which will be described in detail below.
The peelable double-layer rolled label 10a includes a transparent base paper layer 100, a glue layer 200, a release paper layer 300, a first ink layer 400, and a second ink layer 500. The transparent base paper layer 100 comprises a transparent material, such as a transparent Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene), and the thickness of the transparent base paper layer 100 is 10 to 30 micrometers, and may be 20 to 30 micrometers. The glue layer 200 is disposed on the transparent base paper layer 100, and the thickness thereof is 8 to 20 micrometers, or 10 to 15 micrometers. The release paper layer 300 is disposed on the transparent base paper layer 100 through the adhesive layer 200, the release paper layer 300 includes a transparent material, such as transparent biaxially oriented polypropylene, and the thickness of the release paper layer 300 is 20 to 35 μm.
The first ink layer 400 is disposed on a surface of the transparent base paper layer 100 away from the release paper layer 300 by printing, for example. The second ink layer 500 is disposed on a surface of the release paper layer 300 away from the transparent base paper layer 100, for example, by printing. That is, the peelable double-layer rolled label 10a is a stacked structure of the first ink layer 400, the transparent base paper layer 100, the adhesive layer 200, the release paper layer 300 and the second ink layer 500 sequentially from bottom to top along the stacking direction D. When the two opposite ends of the removable double-layer roll label 10a are adhered to be rolled into a ring-shaped label, the first ink layer 400 can be located on the inner side (or below) and the second ink layer 500 can be located on the outer side (or above). The first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 can have patterned patterns; for example, the first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 may have a portion printed with ink and the remaining portion without printed with ink to form a specific pattern, and the portion without printed with ink is light-permeable. However, the utility model is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the first ink layer and the second ink layer may also have printing ink.
The release paper layer 300, the second ink layer 500 and the adhesive layer 200 have a cut line CL in the stacking direction D of the removable double-layer wound label 10 a. The region surrounded by the cut line CL is defined as a first region a1 and the remaining region is defined as a second region a 2. The material of the adhesive layer 200 in the first area a1 includes adhesive sticker, water-based adhesive or hot melt adhesive. The release paper layer 300, the second ink layer 500 and the adhesive layer 200 in the first area a1 can be torn off along the cut line CL by a user, and the torn off portion can be used as a general sticker, a tattoo sticker, a hot-melt sticker, or the like for being stuck to other places according to the material of the adhesive layer 200 in the first area a1, thereby providing the fun of the peelable double-layer wrapping label 10 a. Moreover, the material of the adhesive layer 200 in the second area a2 can be a material with a larger adhesive force than the adhesive sticker, water-based adhesive or hot melt adhesive, so as to prevent the release paper layer 300 and the second ink layer 500 in the second area a2 from being easily removed. However, the utility model is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the material of the glue layer in the second region may also be the same as the material in the first region.
Referring to fig. 2, a side cross-sectional view of the peelable double wrap label of fig. 1 with a portion of the layers removed is shown. When the release paper layer 300, the second ink layer 500 and the adhesive layer 200 in the first region a1 are torn along the cut pattern CL, the transparent base paper layer 100 and the first ink layer 400 can be exposed to the outside to show the pattern of the first ink layer 400.
Specifically, the first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 may have the same pattern, so that the original appearance of the peelable double-layer rolled label 10a can be visually maintained after the second ink layer 500 of the first area a1, the release paper layer 300 and the adhesive layer 200 are removed. Alternatively, the first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 may have different patterns, so that the user may feel surprised after removing the release paper layer 300, the second ink layer 500 and the adhesive layer 200 in the first area a1, thereby increasing the interest of the peelable double-layer rolling label 10 a. Or, the first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 may have different patterns, and at least part of the patterns of the first ink layer 400 and the second ink layer 500 in the first area a1 may not overlap; for example, before removing the release paper layer 300, the second ink layer 500 and the adhesive layer 200, the appearance of the first area a1 can be a black horse pattern, in which part of the black color is provided by the first ink layer 400 and the rest of the black color is provided by the second ink layer 500; when the second ink layer 500, the release paper layer 300 and the adhesive layer 200 in the first area a1 are removed, the black horse pattern becomes a zebra pattern, thereby further increasing the interest of the peelable double-layer rolling label 10 a. Similarly, the originally striped tiger pattern can be changed into a white tiger pattern without stripes or with only partial stripes after the second ink layer 500 is removed.
