In some exemplary embodiments, the kettle base 101 is used for carrying the kettle body assembly 1, and the first detecting element and the second detecting element are respectively arranged on the kettle body assembly 1 and the kettle base 101, such as: respectively arranged at the bottom of the kettle body 11 and the upper part of the kettle seat 101. In the construction of the health preserving machine in this case, when the steam introduction member 31 is connected to the steam discharge pipe 32 in place, the position of the other end of the steam discharge pipe 32, the position of the pot body assembly 1 and the position of the pot base 101 are relatively fixed. If the detecting device detects that the relative position of the kettle body assembly 1 and the kettle seat 101 is correct, the steam outlet pipeline 32 and the steam leading-in part 31 are connected in place; otherwise, the health preserving machine gives an alarm to prompt the user to readjust the relative position between the kettle body assembly 1 and the kettle seat 101.
In some exemplary embodiments, the first detecting element and the second detecting element are respectively disposed on the body and the kettle body assembly 1, such as: respectively on the side wall 102 of the body (see figure 3) and on the side wall of the can 11. In this case, the health preserving machine is constructed such that when the steam introduction member 31 is connected to the steam discharge pipe 32, the other end of the steam discharge pipe 32, the kettle body assembly 1 and the machine body are fixed in relative positions. If the detecting device detects that the position of the machine body and the kettle body assembly 1 is accurate, the steam leading-in part 31 and the steam discharging pipeline 32 are connected in place. Otherwise, the health preserving machine alarms and stops, and prompts the user to readjust the relative position between the machine body and the kettle body 11.
In some exemplary embodiments, the first detection element and the second detection element are respectively arranged on the steam outlet duct 32 and on the kettle body assembly 1, such as: respectively provided on the other end of the steam discharge pipe 32 and the lid 12. In this case, when the steam introduction member 31 and the steam discharge duct 32 are coupled in place, the other end of the steam discharge duct 32 and the position of the lid 12 are fixed, and it is determined whether the steam introduction member 31 and the steam discharge duct 32 are coupled in place by detecting the relative position between the other end of the steam discharge duct 32 and the lid 12.
In the above embodiment, various mounting positions of the detecting device are provided, so that a suitable mounting position can be selected according to the configuration of the health preserving machine.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a first sensing member 91 and a second sensing member 92 are disposed at the steam introduction part 31 and the steam discharge duct 32, respectively. In the curing machine in this case, the detection device may directly detect whether the steam introduction member 31 and the steam discharge pipe 32 are connected in place. The detection result of the health preserving machine of the embodiment is more accurate and is not influenced by other component structures of the health preserving machine.
The first and second sensing members may be selected to be of a suitable type in order to perform sensing whether the connection of the steam introduction part 31 and the steam discharge pipe 32 is in place, according to the specific construction characteristics of the health preserving machine and the performance characteristics of the constituent elements.
In some exemplary embodiments, the first detecting element 91 comprises a magnetic sensitive switch (such as a reed switch), and the second detecting element 91 comprises a magnet, the magnetic sensitive switch is configured to change the on-off state under the action of the magnet when the steam inlet 31 and the steam outlet pipe 32 are connected in place, so that whether the connection of the steam inlet 31 and the steam outlet pipe 32 is in place can be judged according to the on-off state of the magnetic sensitive switch; or
The detection device is a capacitance detection device, the first detection element 91 comprises a first electrode, the second detection element 92 comprises a second electrode, and whether the connection between the steam inlet 31 and the steam outlet pipe 32 is in place or not can be judged according to the capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode; or
The first detecting element 91 includes a micro switch, and the second detecting element 92 includes a triggering portion, the micro switch is configured to be triggered by the triggering portion when the steam inlet 31 and the steam discharge pipe 32 are connected in place, and whether the connection of the steam inlet 31 and the steam discharge pipe 32 is in place can be determined according to whether the micro switch is triggered.
According to the specific model structural characteristics of the health preserving machine, the first detection element 91 and the second detection element 92 of the corresponding types are selected.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the health preserving machine further comprises a control device 5 and a warning device (not shown), wherein the warning device and the detection device are electrically connected to the control device 5, and the control device 5 is configured to control the warning device to warn whether the steam inlet 31 and the steam outlet pipe 32 are connected in place according to the detection result of the detection device.
The control device 5 is used for controlling the action of the warning device. The warning device is used for giving out warning whether the steam leading-in part 31 and the steam discharging pipeline 32 are connected in place or not, and the warning can be given out in the modes of sound, image and text display, light and the like. The user thus directly knows whether the connection of the steam introduction member 31 and the steam discharge duct 32 is in place or whether the positions of the respective parts of the health preserving machine need to be adjusted. The arrangement makes the use of the health preserving machine simple, clear and safe.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the health preserving machine further includes a guide structure 103, and the guide structure 103 is configured to guide when the steam introduction part 31 is coupled with the steam discharge duct 32 so that the steam introduction part 31 and the steam discharge duct 32 can be smoothly coupled in place.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the guide structure 103 may include first and second guide portions that mate, one of the first and second guide portions including a guide groove and the other including a guide projection.
Wherein the guiding structure 103 can be arranged at different positions, such as:
as shown in fig. 3, the guiding structure 103 can be disposed between the kettle base 101 and the kettle body assembly 1, one of the kettle base 101 and the kettle body assembly 1 is provided with a first guiding portion, and the other is provided with a second guiding portion, such as: the first guide part and the second guide part are respectively arranged on the bottom walls of the kettle seat 101 and the kettle body 11; or,
guide structure 103 can set up between the organism of health preserving machine and kettle body subassembly 1, and one of organism and kettle body subassembly 1 is equipped with first guide, and another is equipped with the second guide, if: the first guide part and the second guide part are respectively arranged on the side wall 102 of the machine body and the side wall of the pot body 11; or,
the guide structure 103 may be disposed between the steam introduction part 31 and the steam discharge duct 32, and one of the steam introduction part 31 and the steam discharge duct 32 is provided with a first guide portion and the other is provided with a second guide portion, such as: the first guide part and the second guide part are respectively provided at the upper end of the steam introduction member 31 and the other end of the steam discharge duct 32; or,
the guide structure 103 can be arranged between the kettle body assembly 1 and the steam outlet duct 32, one of the kettle body assembly 1 and the steam outlet duct 32 being provided with a first guide portion and the other with a second guide portion, such as: the first and second guide portions are provided at the other ends of the pot lid 12 and the steam discharging pipe 32, respectively.
In the health preserving machine, the guide structure 104 includes a first guide part and a second guide part which are matched with each other, one of the first guide part and the second guide part includes a guide groove, and the other includes a guide projection. By providing a guiding fit between the different parts of the health preserving machine, the steam lead-in 31 and the steam exhaust duct 32 can be connected together correctly in place. The mechanical guide matching mode has the advantages of simple implementation, low cost, accuracy, reliability, no electromagnetic interference and the like.
In some exemplary embodiments, the side wall of the kettle body 11 is provided with a handle to facilitate access to the kettle body 11.
The kettle body 11 may be a transparent kettle body, such as a glass kettle body or other transparent materials.
The pot body 11 is provided with a pot opening which can be positioned at the upper part of the pot body 11. The spout can communicate the accommodating cavity 13 with the outside, so that the pressure in the accommodating cavity 13 is substantially equal to the external atmospheric pressure. In addition, the spout can be used for pouring out the objects in the containing cavity 13 without opening the kettle lid 12. Of course, the pot lid 12 can be opened to place objects in the accommodating cavity 13, or the objects in the accommodating cavity 13 can be poured out.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the health preserving machine further comprises a water supply assembly including a water pump 6 and a water tank 7, and the water tank 7, the water pump 6 and the water inlet 22 of the steam generator 2 are communicated through a water supply line so as to supply water to the steam generator 2. Of course, the curing machine may not comprise the water tank 7.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the health preserving machine further comprises other components such as a first temperature detector 81, a second temperature detector 82 and a third temperature detector 83, and the first temperature detector 81, the second temperature detector 82 and the third temperature detector 83, the water pump 6 and the steam generator 2 may all be electrically connected with the control device 5.
Wherein, a first temperature detector 81 is arranged on the side wall or the bottom of the kettle body 11 for detecting the temperature of an object to be heated in the kettle body 11, and a second temperature detector 82 is arranged on the steam pipe 3 or at the steam outlet 21 of the steam generator 2 for detecting the steam temperature; the water tank 7 or the water supply line or the water inlet 22 of the steam generator 2 is provided with a third temperature detector 83 for detecting the temperature of the water supplied to the steam generator 2, and the control device 5 can control the heating power of the steam generator 2 and the amount of water pumped by the water pump 6 according to the detection results of the first temperature detector 81, the second temperature detector 82 and the third temperature detector 83.
In some exemplary embodiments, the body of the health preserving machine includes a body, a head connected to an upper portion of the body, and a pot seat 101 connected to a lower portion of the body, the water supply assembly may be installed in the body, the steam generator 2 may be installed in the head, the pot body assembly 1 is placed on the pot seat 101, and the heating and heat preserving assembly may be disposed in the pot seat 101.
The machine head and the kettle seat 101 are arranged on the same side of the machine body and are respectively connected with the upper portion and the lower portion of the machine body, so that the machine head is opposite to the kettle seat 101, and the kettle body assembly 1 can be placed on the kettle seat 101 and is located on the lower side of the machine head. The steam generator 2 is arranged in the machine head, so that the distance between the steam generator 2 and the kettle body assembly 1 is small, the length of the steam pipeline 3 is favorably shortened, the heat loss of steam flowing through the steam pipeline 3 is reduced, and the steam is prevented from being liquefied in the steam pipeline 3.
The steam that steam generator 2 produced can heat the culinary art to holding food and/or water in the chamber 13, and the back is accomplished in the culinary art, and steam generator 2 can stop work to usable heating heat preservation subassembly in the kettle seat 101 heats heat preservation to holding chamber 13.
The water pump 6 of the water supply assembly may be mounted within the fuselage. A water tank 7 of the water supply assembly is detachably arranged on the machine body and exposed, so that the water tank 7 can be detached for adding water; alternatively, the water tank 7 is non-detachably mounted to the body, and the water inlet of the water tank 7 may be exposed, so that the water tank 7 can be filled with water.
In some exemplary embodiments, the health preserving machine may not include a cutter disposed within the receiving cavity 13, and thus, the health preserving machine may be used only for heating food and/or water without performing cutting, processing, etc. operations on the food.

Claims (14)
1. A health preserving machine, comprising:
the kettle body assembly is provided with an accommodating cavity and a mounting hole, and the mounting hole is formed in the upper part of the kettle body assembly;
a steam generator having a steam outlet; and
and the first end of the steam pipeline is communicated with the steam outlet, and the second end of the steam pipeline penetrates through the mounting hole and extends into the accommodating cavity.
2. The health preserving machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the kettle body assembly comprises:
a kettle body; and
the pot cover covers the pot body and is matched with the pot body to form the accommodating cavity;
the mounting hole is arranged in the middle or at the edge of the kettle cover or on the upper part of the side wall of the kettle body.
3. The health preserving machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting hole is provided at the edge of the pot cover or at the upper part of the side wall of the pot body, the part of the steam pipe extending into the accommodating cavity is close to the side wall of the pot body, and the opening of the second end of the steam pipe faces the center of the pot body.
4. The health preserving machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the kettle body assembly further comprises:
the storage basket is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is connected to the kettle cover or mounted to the kettle body;
the second end of the steam pipeline is positioned in the basket or positioned at the lower side of the basket.
5. The curing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said steam duct comprises:
the lower end of the steam leading-in part extends into the accommodating cavity; and
and one end of the steam discharge pipeline is communicated with the steam outlet, the other end of the steam discharge pipeline is communicated with the upper end of the steam guide piece, and the steam guide piece is detachably connected with the steam discharge pipeline.
6. The health preserving machine of claim 5, further comprising:
a detecting device configured to detect whether the steam introduction part and the steam discharge duct are connected in place.
7. The curing machine of claim 6, wherein said detecting means comprises a first detecting element and a second detecting element cooperating to detect, wherein:
the health preserving machine also comprises a kettle seat, the kettle body assembly is placed on the kettle seat, one of the kettle seat and the kettle body assembly is provided with the first detection element, and the other is provided with the second detection element; or,
the health preserving machine also comprises a machine body, the steam generator is arranged in the machine body, the kettle body assembly is arranged outside the machine body and positioned on one side of the machine body, one of the machine body and the kettle body assembly is provided with the first detection element, and the other one of the machine body and the kettle body assembly is provided with the second detection element; or,
one of the steam introduction part and the steam discharge duct is provided with the first detection element, and the other is provided with the second detection element; or,
one of the kettle body assembly and the steam discharge pipeline is provided with the first detection element, and the other is provided with the second detection element.
8. The health preserving machine of claim 7 wherein the first detecting element comprises a magnetic sensitive switch and the second detecting element comprises a magnet, the magnetic sensitive switch being arranged to be switched on and off by the magnet when the steam lead-in member is connected to the steam exhaust conduit; or alternatively
The detection device is a capacitance detection device, the first detection element comprises a first electrode, and the second detection element comprises a second electrode; or alternatively
The first detection element comprises a microswitch, the second detection element comprises a trigger part, and the microswitch is arranged to be triggered by the trigger part when the steam leading-in part is connected with the steam discharge pipeline in place.
9. The curing machine of claim 6, further comprising: the control device is arranged to control the warning device to give out warning whether the steam guide-in piece and the steam discharge pipeline are connected in place or not according to the detection result of the detection device.
10. The health preserving machine of claim 5, further comprising:
a guide structure provided to guide when the steam introduction part is connected with the steam discharge duct.
11. The curing machine of claim 10, wherein said guide structure includes first and second cooperating guide portions, one of said first and second guide portions including a guide groove and the other including a guide projection; wherein:
the health preserving machine also comprises a kettle seat, the kettle body assembly is placed on the kettle seat, one of the kettle seat and the kettle body assembly is provided with the first guide part, and the other is provided with the second guide part; or,
the health preserving machine also comprises a machine body, the steam generator is arranged in the machine body, the kettle body assembly is arranged outside the machine body and positioned on one side of the machine body, one of the machine body and the kettle body assembly is provided with the first guide part, and the other one of the machine body and the kettle body assembly is provided with the second guide part; or,
one of the steam introduction member and the steam discharge duct is provided with the first guide portion, and the other is provided with the second guide portion; or,
one of the kettle body assembly and the steam discharge pipeline is provided with the first guide part, and the other is provided with the second guide part.
12. The curing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second end of the steam pipe is provided with a flaring structure.
13. A health preserving machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4 wherein the side wall of the kettle body is provided with a handle; and/or
The kettle body is a transparent kettle body; and/or
The kettle body is provided with a kettle opening, and the containing cavity is communicated with the outside through the kettle opening.
14. The curing machine of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
the steam generator is arranged in the machine head, the kettle body assembly is placed on the kettle seat, and a heating and heat-preserving assembly is arranged in the kettle seat; and
the water supply assembly is installed on the machine body and comprises a water tank and a water pump, and the water tank, the water pump and the water inlet of the steam generator are sequentially communicated through a water supply pipeline.
