Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are based on the direction or positional relationship shown in the drawings, which are for convenience of description only, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
After the operation time of the current clothes nursing machine is prolonged, a large amount of thread scraps, dust and the like can be accumulated at the air return opening, and if the clothes nursing machine is not cleaned in time, the air return opening can be blocked, so that the air path is not smooth. Therefore, the filtering unit is arranged at the air return opening of the clothes care machine, air flowing through the air return opening is filtered by the first filtering component and then enters the circulating air duct, and then the first filtering component is cleaned by the cleaning device, so that the air path of the clothes care machine can be better ensured to be smooth.
A possible implementation of the laundry care machine of the present invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the laundry care machine includes a cabinet 1, and a hanging rod is provided at an upper portion of the cabinet 1, and laundry to be treated may be hung on the hanging rod through a hanger 11, so that the laundry to be treated is also disposed in the cabinet 1. A rack 12 is provided at a lower portion of the chamber, and small articles (such as socks, etc.), plush toys, etc. can be placed on the rack 12. Obviously, the rack 12 may not be provided in the chamber. A circulating air duct (not shown) is further arranged in the cabinet body 1, and an evaporator and a condenser are arranged in the circulating air duct. The lower part of the cabinet body 1 is provided with an air return opening 13 and an air inlet opening 14, and the circulating air duct is communicated with the inside of the cabinet body 1 through the air return opening 13 and the air inlet opening 14. After the clothes on the hanging rod and the rack 12 are protected and treated in the cabinet 1, the air in the cabinet 1 enters the circulating air duct through the air return opening 13, exchanges heat with the evaporator at the evaporator and is cooled, moisture in the air is condensed, the obtained dry and cold air exchanges heat with the condenser, the heated dry and hot air returns to the cabinet 1 through the air inlet 14, the clothes on the hanging rod and the rack 12 are continuously nursed, and the circulation is carried out, so that the aim of nursing the clothes is fulfilled. It should be noted that, if the steam generator is turned on during the clothes care process, the steam generated by the steam generator will enter the cabinet 1 to care the clothes and mix with the hot air in the cabinet 1 to form the hot and humid air, in this case, the air entering the circulating air duct through the air return opening 13 is the hot and humid air, which contains much moisture, and the moisture will be condensed at the evaporator.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the laundry care machine further includes a filter unit provided at the return air opening 13, the filter unit including a first filter member 2 provided at the return air opening 13 and a cleaning device 3, the first filter member 2 being provided to be capable of filtering air entering the circulation duct via the return air opening 13, e.g., the first filter member 2 is a metal filter net, a multi-layer gauze, etc. The cleaning device 3 is arranged to be able to clean the first filter member 2. In this way, when air enters the circulating air duct through the air return opening 13, lint, dust and the like entrained in the circulating air flow can be filtered and intercepted by the first filter member 2, so that the cleanliness of the air flow entering the circulating air duct is ensured, and other positions in the circulating air duct are prevented from being blocked. Can clear up first filtering component 2 through cleaning device 3, avoid filtering a large amount of line bits, dust etc. that get off to pile up in first filtering component 2 department, and then cause return air inlet 13 to locate to block up to can effectively avoid the emergence of the not smooth condition of wind path. That is to say, this application can filter line bits, dust etc. in the air that gets into in the circulation wind channel via return air inlet 13 through first filtering component 2, can make first filtering component 2 remain unobstructed throughout through cleaning device 3, has better filter effect to can ensure the wind path of clothe nursing machine unobstructed better.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 3 includes a cleaning head 31 and a water supply line 32, and the water supply line 32 is connected to the cleaning head 31 and is capable of supplying water to the cleaning head 31. The cleaning head 31 may be of the type of a refractive head, a centrifugal head, an orifice-tube head, or the like. When assembled, the cleaning head 31 is directed at the first filter member 2 at a predetermined angle. That is, the center line of the cleaning nozzle 31 has an angle with the length direction of the first filter member 2, for example, the angle is 30 degrees. When clearing up first filtering component 2 through cleaning device 3 like this, supply water for cleaning nozzle 31 by water supply pipe 32, rivers spout to first filtering component 2 with the direction of 30 degrees contained angles with first filtering component's 2 length direction through cleaning nozzle 31, and rivers are laminated first filtering component 2 more like this, can wash sedimentary line bits, dust etc. on first filtering component 2 better, reach the purpose of clean first filtering component 2.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the filter member is the left-right direction of the orientation shown in fig. 3.
It should be noted that the 30 degree included angle is only an exemplary description of the preset angle, and is not limited thereto, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly select a specific value of the preset angle according to experience, calculation, experiment, and the like, as long as the water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 31 can well wash the lint and dust deposited on the first filter member 2.
It should be noted that the cleaning device 3 may also be provided in other configurations, for example, the cleaning device 3 includes a brush and a driving transmission mechanism, the length of the brush is approximately similar to the width of the first filtering member 2, the brush is movably disposed at the air return opening 13 through the driving transmission mechanism such as the driving motor and the push rod, and the dust collecting box is disposed below the first filtering member 2. When the first filtering component 2 needs to be cleaned, the brush moves along the length direction of the first filtering component 2, thread scraps, dust and the like deposited on the first filtering component 2 can be cleaned through the brush and fall into the dust collecting box, and the dust collecting box is taken out and cleaned after the brush is cleaned. The skilled person can flexibly select a specific arrangement of the cleaning device 3 according to a specific application scenario, as long as the first filter member 2 can be cleaned by the cleaning device 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and in the orientation shown in fig. 3, since the circulating air flow is introduced into the circulating air duct through the return air opening 13 and the first filter member 2 in this order, most of lint, dust, and the like are deposited on the side of the first filter member 2 facing the return air opening 13 (i.e., the upper side of the first filter member 2 shown in fig. 3). In this application, with clean shower nozzle 31 setting between return air inlet 13 and first filter component 2, the rivers spun by clean shower nozzle 31 can directly wash one side (the upside of first filter component 2 shown in fig. 3) that first filter component 2 deposits more line bits, dust etc. like this to can clear up line bits, dust etc. on the first filter component 2 better, obtain better clean effect.
Of course, the cleaning head 31 may be provided on the lower side of the first filter member 2 in the thickness direction thereof (i.e., below the first filter member 2 in fig. 3), and when assembled, the cleaning head 31 can flush the first filter member 2 from below to above, and can also flush lint, dust, and the like deposited on the first filter member 2. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the arrangement position of the cleaning nozzle 31 according to the specific application scenario, as long as the purpose of cleaning the lint and dust on the first filtering member 2 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and in the orientation shown in fig. 3, the cleaning nozzle 31 is disposed on a first side of the first filter member 2 along the length direction thereof (i.e., on the right side of the first filter member 2 shown in fig. 3), so that when the first filter member 2 is cleaned, the water jet from the cleaning nozzle 31 can wash the first filter member 2 from right to left along the length direction of the first filter member 2, and wash lint, dust, etc. deposited on the first filter member 2 to a second side of the first filter member 2 along the length direction thereof (i.e., on the left side of the first filter member 2 shown in fig. 3), for collection and cleaning. Since lint and dust are generally deposited in the thickness direction of the first filter member 2 with a gap therebetween, washing the first filter member 2 from the side of the first filter member 2 can better wash out lint, dust, and the like deposited thereon, thereby enabling better cleaning of the first filter member 2.
Of course, the cleaning nozzle 31 may also be provided on the left side of the first filter member 2 in the length direction thereof. Obviously, the first filter member 2 may be provided in a possible shape such as a circle, a triangle, etc. in a direction parallel to the return air opening, and in this case, the cleaning nozzle 31 may be provided in any direction.
Of course, the cleaning nozzle 31 may be disposed directly above the first filter member 2, and the water flow is sprayed onto the first filter member 2 located below the cleaning nozzle 31 at a predetermined angle when the first filter member 2 is cleaned. In this case, the cleaning head 31 may be rotatably provided, so that the first filter member 2 can be washed from various orientations by the cleaning head 31, and a good cleaning effect can be obtained. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the setting position of the cleaning nozzle 31 according to the specific application scenario, as long as the purpose of cleaning the lint and dust on the first filtering member 2 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 3 further includes a power mechanism, for example, the power mechanism is a micro pump 33, and the micro pump 33 can be any mechanism capable of conveying water, such as a micro diaphragm pump, a micro vacuum pump, and the like. Of course, the power mechanism may be a pressurizing device for increasing the water pressure, and the water is pressurized by the pressurizing device and then sent to the cleaning nozzle 31 to be sprayed, so that the washing effect can be improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the laundry care machine includes a water tank 4, the water tank 4 being generally located at a lower portion of the cabinet 1. The water supply line 32 includes a first line 321 and a second line 322, the first end of the first line 321 is connected to the water box 4, the second end of the first line is connected to the water inlet of the micro pump 33, the first end of the second line 322 is connected to the water outlet of the micro pump 33, and the second end of the second line is connected to the cleaning nozzle 31. In this way, the micro pump 33, the first pipeline 321 and the second pipeline 322 can also convey the water in the water box 4 to the cleaning nozzle 31 to flush the first filter member 2.
It should be noted that the first end of the first pipe 321 may not be connected to the water box 4, but a water storage box for supplying water to the cleaning head 31 may be separately provided in the cabinet 1. Of course, the cleaning device 3 may not include a power mechanism, but the first end of the first pipeline 321 is directly connected to an external water source, and water is delivered to the cleaning nozzle 31 and sprayed out of the cleaning nozzle 31 by the pressure of the external water source. Alternatively, the water source (e.g., a water storage box, etc.) is positioned higher than the cleaning nozzle 31, and the water flows toward the cleaning nozzle 31 under its own weight and is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 31. A person skilled in the art can flexibly select a specific connection manner of the first end of the first pipeline 321 according to a specific application scenario as long as water can be supplied to the cleaning nozzle 31 through the water supply pipeline 32.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 3 further includes a storage case 34 having a substantially rectangular cross section, the storage case 34 being provided on a second side of the first filter member 2 in the longitudinal direction thereof (i.e., on the left side of the first filter member 2 as viewed in fig. 3), so that the storage case 34 and the cleaning head 31 are provided on both sides of the first filter member 2 in the longitudinal direction thereof, respectively. The receiving case 34 is provided with an inlet 341, and the inlet 341 is aligned with a second side of the first filter member 2 along the length direction thereof. When the first filter member 2 is cleaned by the cleaning device 3, the first filter member 2 is washed leftward by the water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 31, and the washed water enters the storage box 34 through the inlet 341, so that lint, dust, and the like on the first filter member 2 are brought into the storage box 34, and then the storage box is cleaned periodically.
It should be noted that the cleaning device 3 may not include the storage box 34, the flushed water may enter the circulation air duct, a drain port may be provided in the circulation air duct, and the flushed water, and the lint and dust entrained therein may be discharged out of the circulation air duct through the drain port.
As shown in fig. 3, a second filtering member 342 is disposed in the receiving box 34, for example, the second filtering member 342 is a metal filter net, a plurality of layers of gauze, etc. The second filter member 342 is provided on the lower side of the inlet 341 in the height direction of the housing case 34. The storage case 34 is provided with an outlet 343, and the outlet 343 is provided at the bottom of the storage case 34. The laundry care machine further comprises a waste water box 5, the waste water box 5 being located generally at a lower portion of the cabinet 1 for collecting water condensed at the evaporator by the air introduced into the circulating air duct through the return air opening 13. In this application, the waste water box 5 is connected with the outlet 343 through the water outlet pipe 35. Thus, when cleaning the first filter member 2, after the water enters the receiving box 34, the second filter member 342 filters the lint, dust, etc. in the water, and then the water flows into the waste water box 5 through the outlet 343 and the water outlet pipe 35, so that the lint, dust, etc. can be prevented from entering the waste water box 5. The waste water box 5 can be communicated with the water box 4, and water in the waste water box 5 can be recycled in the water box 4 after being purified, so that energy is saved.
Obviously, the second filter member 342 may not be disposed in the storage box 34, and the second filter member 342 may be disposed at the outlet 343 of the storage box 34 or on the water outlet line 35. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the wastewater treatment device according to a specific application scenario as long as the wastewater treatment device can prevent lint, dust and the like from entering the wastewater box 5.
The outlet 343 may be provided not at the bottom of the storage case 34 but at another position of the storage case 34, for example, at the side of the storage case 34, as long as the outlet 343 is positioned below the inlet 341 and below the second filter member 342. Of course, the outlet 343 of the storage box 34 may not be connected to the waste water box 5, but a water collecting box may be separately provided for the cleaning device 3, and the washed water may be stored in the water collecting box after entering the water collecting box, and may be periodically taken out for cleaning, or may be discharged after being filtered. It is to be noted that the storage case 34 may not be provided with the outlet 343, and the flushed water, thread waste, dust, and the like may be stored in the storage case 34 after entering the storage case 34, and the storage case 34 may be periodically taken out, poured out of the water stored therein, and cleaned up the storage case 34.
With the above arrangement, as shown in fig. 3, some lint, dust, etc. may be deposited at the first filter member 2 after the laundry care machine is operated for a certain period of time. The micro pump 33 is turned on, and the water in the water tank 4 is sent to the cleaning head 31 through the first pipe 321, the micro pump 33, and the second pipe 322, and is ejected from the cleaning head 31 to wash lint, dust, and the like on the first filter member 2. The water after the flushing flows leftward in the length direction of the first filter member 2 into the receiving box 34. The lint, dust, etc. entrained in the water are filtered by the second filtering member 342, and then the obtained relatively clean water enters the waste water box 5 through the outlet 343 and the water outlet pipe 35.
It should be noted that the cleaning device 3 may be periodically activated to clean the first filter member 2 every month or every half month or other possible time interval.
