In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "center," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate describing the present invention and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in the related art EP 2559805A1, the condensing type clothes dryer has a first heat exchanger 01 and a second heat exchanger 02, wherein the first heat exchanger 01 is capable of cooling air, condensing water vapor in the air into condensed water and discharging the condensed water to a water collector 03, so that the moist air can be dehumidified. The second heat exchanger 02 can heat the dehumidified air to become dry hot air. The dried hot air is then introduced into the chamber in which the laundry to be dried is located (here, drum 04 is taken as an example), and the moisture on the laundry is taken away and dehumidified again after passing through the first heat exchanger 01. And the cycle is performed until the clothes are dried.
In the above cycle, the dry hot air is introduced into the drum 04, and the moisture on the laundry is carried away, and the lint on the laundry is carried away. In order to prevent the accumulation of the lint at the first and second heat exchangers 01 and 02 from affecting the heat exchange efficiency, an air filter 05 capable of filtering the air coming out of the drum 04 to remove the lint is further provided in the condensing type dryer, so that the lint can be prevented from being brought to the first and second heat exchangers 01 and 02.
Thus, a great amount of filth filtered by the air filter 05 is collected at the air filter 05, and the air filter 05 needs to be cleaned to prevent poor air circulation, thereby reducing drying efficiency. In this case, the condensed water in the water collector 03 is pumped by the water pump 06 to the two-way valve 08, and after being split by the two-way valve, a part of the condensed water is sent to the air filter 05 to flush the air filter 05; another portion of the condensed water is stored in the water tank 09 to facilitate the user's handling of the excess condensed water. The water (with the lint) for washing the air filter 05 is discharged to the water collector 03, that is, the washing water with the lint may be recovered and reused after being filtered.
However, in the case where the laundry to be dried is small or the moisture carried by the laundry to be dried is small, the generation amount of condensed water is small per unit time, and thus the amount of condensed water to be sent to the air filter 05 for washing the air filter 05 is small, which may cause poor washing effect.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a condensing type clothes dryer 1000 is provided, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 includes a cabinet 1, a drying system 100 disposed within the cabinet 1, and a water purifying system 200.
The drying system 100 includes a drum 2, an air filter 15, a first heat exchanger 4.1, a sump 5, and a second heat exchanger 4.2. The drum 2 is configured to receive laundry to be dried; the air filter 5 is configured to filter air from the drum 2 and to let the filtered air into the first heat exchanger 4.1; the first heat exchanger 4.1 is configured to condense the filtered air, to let the dried air enter the second heat exchanger 4.2 and to let the condensed water collect in the water collector 5; the second heat exchanger 4.2 is configured to heat the dry air and to let the heated air into the drum 2.
The water purification system 200 includes: a water collector 5, a first water pump 9, a water filter 20, a flush water reservoir 6 and a second water pump 13. Wherein the first water pump 9 is configured to pump the condensate in the water collector 5 to the water filter 20; the water filter 20 is configured to filter water from the water collector 5; the washing water container 6 is connected to the water filter 20 and configured to store water from the water filter 20; the second water pump 13 is configured to pump clean water in the rinse water tank 6 to the air filter 15 to rinse the air filter 15.
The specific structures of the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2 are not limited. For example, in the case where the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 is a heat pump type clothes dryer, as shown in fig. 2, the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 includes a heat pump 4, the heat pump 4 includes a first heat exchanger 4.1 and a second heat exchanger 4.2, wherein the first heat exchanger 4.1 serves as an evaporator in which a refrigerant absorbs heat from a liquid state and becomes a gas state, thereby achieving cooling of air passing through the first heat exchanger 4.1; the second heat exchanger 4.2 serves as a condenser, and the refrigerant is changed into a liquid state after releasing heat from a gas state in the condenser, thereby heating the air passing through the second heat exchanger 4.2. As another example, the first heat exchanger 4.1 may be a water-cooled heat exchanger, or a heat exchanger cooled by ambient air (i.e. ambient air around the circulated air for drying); the second heat exchanger 4.2 may be an electric heater or a heat exchanger heated with hot water or air.
In the condensing type clothes dryer 1000, since the washing water container 6 can store water filtered by the water filter 20 (as washing water), the air filter 15 can be washed in a state that a sufficient amount of washing water is already stored in the washing water container 6, so that a sufficient amount of washing water can be ensured in each washing, and a washing effect can be improved. In this way, in the case where the laundry to be dried is small, although condensed water generated per unit time is small, a sufficient amount of flushing water in one flushing of the air filter 15 can be ensured as the flushing water is gradually collected into the flushing water tank 6.
It is worth mentioning that, as shown in fig. 2, in the condensing type clothes dryer 1000, there is also provided an air passage surrounded by a plurality of air passage walls 12 for connecting the drum 2, the air filter 15, the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2. Air for drying laundry can circulate in the air passage to dry the laundry. In addition, a fan 23 is provided in the air passage to control the flow direction of air in the air passage.
Based on this, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2-4, the water purification system 200 further includes a controller 22 and a first water level sensing element 18. Wherein the first water level sensing element 18 is disposed in the washing water container 6, configured to sense a water level of the washing water in the washing water container 6, and to transmit a first sensing signal to the controller 22; the controller 22 is configured to control the activation of the second water pump 13 in accordance with the first sensing signal.
Here, by providing the first water level sensing element 18 in the washing water container 6, the controller 22 can detect the amount of washing water of the washing water container 6 in real time. Therefore, the controller 22 can control the second water pump 13 to be started to pump the washing water to the air filter 15 in the case that the amount of the washing water container 6 is sufficient, so that the amount of the washing water in each washing of the air filter 15 can be further ensured to be sufficient.
The controller 22 is coupled to the first water level sensing element 18 and the second water pump 13, and the coupling may be an electrical connection or a communication connection (e.g., WLAN connection, bluetooth connection, infrared connection, etc.). The first sensing signal and the second sensing signal may be electrical signals or communication signals according to different connection modes.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the water purification system 200 further includes a diverter 10 and a water tank 8. The diverter 10 is connected to the first water pump 9, the water filter 20, and the water tank 8, and is configured to divert water pumped by the first water pump 9, deliver a portion of the water to the water filter 20, and deliver another portion of the water to the water tank 8.
Illustratively, the diverter 10 is connected to the first water pump 9 via a line 11.1, the diverter 10 is connected to the water filter 20 via a line 11.3, and the water filter 20 is connected to the flush water reservoir 6 via a line 11.2.
In the related art, as shown in fig. 1, water in a water collection tank 03 is pumped to a water filter 07 by a water pump 06, filtered by the water filter 07, and split by a two-way valve 08, so that a part of the water is sent to a water tank 09 and the other part of the water is sent to an air filter 06. In this case, water not used for flushing the air filter 06 still needs to be collected into the water tank 09 after being filtered by the water filter 07, which may result in a heavy load of the water filter 07. Moreover, this also results in frequent cleaning of the water filter 07 (manual cleaning by the user), which reduces the convenience of use.
In the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 provided in some embodiments of the present disclosure, water in the water collection tank 5 is pumped to the diverter 10 by the first water pump 9, and after being diverted by the diverter 10, a part of the water is sent to the water filter 20 to be filtered, and another part of the water is sent to the water tank 8. Accordingly, the water filter 20 filters only the water used to flush the air filter 15, and does not filter the water not used to flush the air filter 15 (i.e., the water sent to the water tank 8), thereby reducing the load of the water filter 20. At the same time, the frequency with which the water filter 20 needs to be cleaned is reduced, and the convenience of use is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the water purification system 200 further includes a nozzle 14, the nozzle 14 being disposed at a side of the air filter 15 facing the air from the drum 2, configured to spray the water pumped by the second water pump 13 to the air filter 15.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the nozzle 14 is connected by way of a line 11.4 to a second water pump 13, the second water pump 13 being connected by way of a line 11.5 to the flush water reservoir 6.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the water purification system 200 further includes a lint collecting device 16 provided at one side of the air filter 15, the lint collecting device 16 being configured to receive water washing the air filter 15, collect lint in the water, and discharge the water from which the lint has been collected to the water collector 5 or to the outside of the condensing type clothes dryer 10000.
Since the lint collecting apparatus 16 is capable of collecting lint in the water washing the air filter 15, the water from which the lint has been collected becomes clean again, so that the water from which the lint has been collected can be discharged to the water collector 5 for reuse, or a sewer pipe of a building is prevented from being blocked when the water from which the lint has been collected is discharged to the outside of the condensing type clothes dryer 10000.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the air filter 15 includes a removable filter screen, and the lint collecting apparatus 16 is removably disposed on the same side a of the filter screen as the nozzle 14. That is, the cleaning water ejected from the nozzle 14 washes the a side of the filter screen, and carries the washed lint to the lint collecting apparatus 16 provided at the a side of the filter screen, and the lint remains in the lint collecting apparatus 16. The water from which the lint has been collected flows into the water collector 5 on the right side, or is directly discharged from the condensing type dryer.
Illustratively, the lint collecting apparatus 16 may be a filter screen capable of filtering lint from which water collected lint leaks out to the air passage wall 12 below the filter screen. A blocking plate 19 is provided on the air passage wall 12 near the left side of the filter screen for blocking the water leaking from the filter screen from flowing to the left side, so that it can be ensured that the leaked water flows into the water collector 5 on the right side after passing through the air passage wall 12.
It should be noted that the air filter 15 and the lint collecting apparatus 16 are provided at a position convenient for a user to take out them, so that the user can take out the air filter 15 and the lint collecting apparatus 16 from the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 for periodic cleaning.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2-4, the water purification system 200 further includes a second water level sensing element 21 disposed in the water collector 5, configured to sense the water level of the water in the water collector 5, and to send a second sensing signal to the controller 22. The controller 22 is further configured to control the activation of the first water pump 9 in accordance with the second sensing signal. In this case, when the water level in the water collector 5 reaches a certain level, the first water pump 9 is started to pump the water in the water collector 5 to the flow divider 10 and then flows into the water tank 8 or the washing water container 6, so that the water collector 5 can be prevented from overflowing due to the large amount of water stored.
The controller 22 is coupled to the second water level sensing element 21 and the first water pump 9, and the coupling may be an electrical connection or a communication connection (for example, WLAN connection, bluetooth connection, infrared connection, etc.). The first sensing signal and the second sensing signal may be electrical signals or communication signals according to different connection modes.
In some embodiments, see fig. 2 and 6, the side wall of the flushing water container 6 is provided with an overflow 17, the overflow 17 being at a predetermined height H from the bottom of the flushing water container 6, the overflow 17 being connected to the water collector 5 and configured to overflow water in the flushing water container 6 having a water level exceeding the predetermined height H. In this way, overflow of the flush water tank 6 due to a large amount of stored flush water can be avoided. Furthermore, the maximum level of the flush water stored in the flush water tank 6 can also be limited by providing the overflow 17.
It should be noted that, in the case where there is a large amount of water in the water tank 8, the flow divider 10 divides the large amount of water into the water filter 20 and then flows into the flush water container 6, so that the water tank 8 can be prevented from overflowing due to the large amount of water. If there is still much water in the flush water tank 6, that is, if there is more water in both the water tank 8 and the flush water tank 6, the flush water in the flush water tank 6 overflows into the water collector 5 through the overflow port 17, so that the water tank 8 can be prevented from overflowing due to the large water. If there is more water stored in the water collector 5, that is, there is more water stored in the water tank 8, the washing water container 6 and the water collector 5, the second water pump 13 will continuously pump water from the water collector 5, in which case the drying process of the condensing dryer 1000 will be interrupted, and the user will be required to treat the water stored in the water tank 8.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2 are disposed below the drum 2, the first heat exchanger 4.1 being disposed on one side of the second heat exchanger 4.2. In this way, the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2 are arranged at one place, so that the space occupied by the whole of the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2 is reduced, the internal structure of the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 can be compact, and the volume of the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the first heat exchanger 4.1 and the second heat exchanger 4.2 are disposed in the heat pump 4, the first heat exchanger 4.1 functioning as an evaporator and the second heat exchanger 4.2 functioning as a condenser. The heat pump 4 also includes, for example, a compressor, an expansion valve, and a conduit through which a refrigerant flows.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the condensing type clothes dryer 1000 further includes a receiving box 7 disposed under the first and second heat exchangers 4.1 and 4.2, and the water collector 5 and the washing water container 6 are disposed in the receiving box 7. In this way, the sump 5 and the washing water container 6 are provided at one place, and the internal structure of the condensing type dryer 1000 can be made compact, thereby reducing the volume of the condensing type dryer 1000.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the water tank 8 is disposed above the drum 2, thereby facilitating the user's treatment of the stored water in the water tank 8. For example, an opening may be provided on a portion of the body 1 corresponding to the water tank 8, or the water tank 8 may be provided to be drawable.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, the condensing-type clothes dryer 1000 further includes a door 3, the door 3 being located in front of the cabinet 1 opposite to the drum 2, through which a user can insert laundry into the drum 2 and remove the laundry from the drum 2.
The foregoing is merely a specific embodiment of the disclosure, but the protection scope of the disclosure is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art who is skilled in the art will recognize that changes or substitutions are within the technical scope of the disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
