step S12, when the working position locking plates welded on the two sides of the rear part of the sling conveying mechanism move to be aligned with the centers of the locking pins arranged on the two sides of the fixed seat, the longitudinal movement driving device stops rotating, and the sling conveying mechanism stops moving towards the operation direction;
step S13, starting a locking driving device arranged on a fixed seat, enabling a locking pin to extend into a through hole of a locking plate at the working position under the driving of the locking driving device to lock the position of the belt-throwing conveying mechanism, locking the locking driving device to maintain pressure, and locking the longitudinal position of the belt-throwing conveying mechanism;
step S14, starting a locking driving device arranged on the fixed seat, retracting the locking pin to an unlocking position under the driving of the locking driving device, maintaining the pressure of the locking driving device, and unlocking the longitudinal position of the belt throwing conveying mechanism;
step S15, starting the longitudinal movement driving device to drive the longitudinal movement output gear installed on the output shaft to rotate, and further drive the longitudinal movement rack engaged with the longitudinal movement output gear to move in the opposite direction of the operation;
and step S16, when the working position locking plates welded on the two sides of the head of the polished belt conveying mechanism move to be aligned with the centers of the locking pins arranged on the two sides of the fixed seat, the longitudinal movement driving device stops rotating, the polished belt conveying mechanism stops moving in the opposite direction of the operation, and the longitudinal position of the polished belt conveying mechanism is locked.
Preferably, the steps are performed in sequence according to the sequence of steps S11, S12, S13, S14, S15, and S16.
The process of the rotation action of the throwing belt conveying mechanism is as follows:
step S21, the throwing belt conveying mechanism is required to be firstly extended, the throwing belt conveying mechanism is extended to a working position and locked, namely, the steps S11, S12 and S13 in the telescopic action of the throwing belt conveying mechanism are carried out;
and step S22, the rotation driving device acts, the rotation driving device drives the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing to rotate, and then the fixed seat and the belt-throwing conveying mechanism are driven to rotate for a certain angle (within a range of +/-90 degrees), and the rotation driving device stops acting.
And step S23, the rotation driving device rotates reversely to enable the polishing belt conveying mechanism to return to the original position, and the rotation driving device stops operating.
Preferably, the steps S21, S22 and S23 are performed in sequence.
The process of the lifting action of the belt throwing conveyor is as follows:
step S31, the extending action of the throwing belt conveying mechanism is executed firstly, the throwing belt conveying mechanism is extended to the working position and locked, namely, the steps S11, S12 and S13 in the telescopic action of the throwing belt conveyor are executed;
step S32, the lifting drive device acts to drive the hopper to rotate, further drive the fixed seat and the belt-throwing conveying mechanism to rotate for a certain angle (within the range of 0-18 degrees), and the lifting drive device maintains pressure;
and step S33, the lifting driving device is lifted to return to the initial position to drive the hopper to rotate reversely, and further drive the fixed seat and the belt-throwing conveying mechanism to return to the initial position.
Preferably, the steps S31, S32 and S33 are performed sequentially.

Claims (9)

1. A material cart, comprising:
a frame;
the hopper is arranged above the frame;
the belt polishing conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame;
the longitudinal moving mechanism is positioned between the hopper and the polishing belt conveying mechanism and is respectively connected with the hopper and the polishing belt conveying mechanism; the longitudinal moving mechanism is used for driving the belt throwing conveying mechanism to move above the frame along the longitudinal direction, so that the belt throwing conveying mechanism can extend and retract relative to the frame;
and the polishing belt is arranged on the polishing belt conveying mechanism, and the polishing belt conveying mechanism is used for conveying the polishing belt.
2. The material cart of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal movement mechanism comprises:
the horizontal part of the fixing seat is arranged at the lower end of the hopper; the hopper is characterized in that the transverse part of the fixed seat is provided with a fixed seat through hole, and the lower discharge hole of the hopper is communicated with the fixed seat through hole;
the two longitudinal movement driving devices are relatively fixed on the outer sides of the two vertical parts of the fixed seat, and an output shaft of each longitudinal movement driving device extends into a position between the two vertical parts of the fixed seat;
two longitudinal movement output gears, one said longitudinal movement output gear mounted on an output shaft of one said longitudinal movement drive;
the two longitudinal moving racks are respectively fixed on two sides of the belt throwing conveying mechanism, and the longitudinal moving racks are meshed with the longitudinal moving output gear;
the output shafts of the two longitudinal movement driving devices synchronously rotate, and the belt throwing conveying mechanism is driven to move on the frame along the longitudinal direction through the transmission of the longitudinal movement output gear and the longitudinal movement rack.
3. The material cart of claim 2, wherein the longitudinal movement mechanism further comprises:
the two rear rollers are oppositely arranged at the outer bottom of the belt throwing conveying mechanism and far away from the fixed seat, and the rear rollers are used for supporting the belt throwing conveying mechanism;
the two rear guide rails are fixed on the frame and respectively bear the two rear rollers;
wherein the rear roller rolls along the rear guide rail when the belt-throwing conveying mechanism moves in the longitudinal direction.
4. The material trolley according to claim 2, wherein the longitudinal movement drive is located in the middle of the vertical portion of the fixed seat.
5. The material cart of claim 4, wherein the longitudinal movement mechanism further comprises:
the two pairs of inner side rollers are oppositely arranged at the inner sides of the two vertical parts of the fixed seat, are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal movement driving device, and are higher than the longitudinal movement driving device;
the two outer side guide rails are respectively fixed at the two outer sides of the belt-throwing conveying mechanism, and the two inner side rollers are respectively positioned at the two outer side guide rails;
wherein the outer guide rail and the inner roller are matched with each other in the radial direction of the inner roller to limit the longitudinal movement of the sling conveying mechanism.
6. The material cart of claim 5, wherein the longitudinal movement mechanism further comprises:
the two inner side guide wheels are oppositely arranged on the inner sides of the two vertical parts of the fixed seat, and the positions of the inner side guide wheels are consistent with the height of the inner side idler wheels; the axial direction of the inner side guide wheel is vertical to the axial direction of the side roller;
the two inner side guide wheels are respectively positioned at the two outer side guide rails, and the inner bottom surfaces of the inner side guide wheels and the outer side guide rails are matched in the axial direction of the inner side roller wheel to limit the longitudinal movement of the belt throwing conveying mechanism.
7. The material vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the two vertical portions of the fixing seat are respectively provided with a through-hole of the fixing seat;
the longitudinal moving mechanism further includes:
a pair of retraction position locking plates fixed relatively above the tape-throwing delivery mechanism, the retraction position locking plates having retraction position locking plate through holes;
the pair of working position locking plates are relatively fixed on the sling conveying mechanism and positioned behind the withdrawing position locking plate, and each working position locking plate is provided with a working position locking plate through hole;
the two locking pins are respectively positioned at the through holes of the two fixed seats;
and the two locking driving devices are fixed on the fixed seats and are respectively used for driving the two locking pins to move along the two through holes of the fixed seats.
8. The material trolley according to any one of claims 2 to 7, further comprising:
the storage and transportation box is fixed on the frame, and the hopper is used for receiving ballast materials injected from a lower discharge port of the storage and transportation box;
the hopper bracket is fixed on the frame;
the end parts of two side arms of the hopper mounting frame are respectively and rotatably connected with the hopper support, and the upper part of the hopper is fixed on the inner side of the hopper mounting frame;
the lower end of the lifting mechanism is rotatably connected to the outer side of the transverse arm of the hopper mounting frame, and the upper end of the lifting mechanism is rotatably connected with the storage and transportation box;
and the lifting driving device is used for driving the lifting mechanism to stretch in the vertical direction and drive the hopper to rotate around the hopper support to descend and lift.
9. The material cart of claim 8, further comprising:
the inner ring of the slewing bearing is fixed with the outer side of the lower discharge port of the hopper, and the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing is fixed with the fixed seat;
a rotation driving device;
a rotary output gear mounted on an output shaft of the rotary drive device and meshed with an outer gear ring of the slewing bearing;
the output shaft of the rotary driving device rotates, and the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing is driven to rotate relative to the inner ring of the slewing bearing through transmission of the rotary output gear and the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing, so that the fixed seat can rotate relative to the lower discharge port of the hopper.
