The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the controller is further configured to control the steam generator to stop generating steam and the steam storage chamber to stop communicating with the predetermined space after the evacuation motor is operated for a predetermined number of times and a second predetermined time period after the evacuation motor stops operating.

The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a compressor; the controller is further used for controlling the steam storage chamber to be communicated with the preset space after the preset time of the starting instruction is obtained, controlling the evacuation motor to extract air in the preset space, and controlling the compressor to blow in clean air into the preset space.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the compressor comprises an air filtration device; and the compressor blows clean air into the preset space through the air filtering device.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the steam generator has a center of gravity lower than a center of gravity of the steam reservoir.
9. The device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall of the steam reservoir is provided with a valve; the controller controls the steam air storage chamber to be communicated with a preset space by controlling the valve to be opened.
10. A dishwasher, comprising the steam drying and sterilizing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 9 and a dishwasher body; the dishwasher body comprises a preset space communicated with a steam storage chamber of the steam drying and sterilizing device.
