Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent nursing method and system for a clothes nursing machine, which comprises the following steps: configuring a group of ultrasonic generators and an ultrasonic receiver, and starting the ultrasonic generators when detecting that clothes are hung on a clothes hanger of the clothes nursing machine; analyzing ultrasonic attenuation data received by the ultrasonic receiver; determining the material of the clothes matched with the ultrasonic attenuation data according to the current ultrasonic attenuation data; and controlling the working parameters of the PTC heating block and the steam generator of the clothes care machine according to the material of clothes. and S5, controlling the working parameters of the PTC heating block and the steam generator of the clothes care machine according to the clothes material.
Generally, a laundry machine has a cabinet as an external appearance. The box body is in a regular concave structure and is provided with an opening on one side, and the opening is sealed by a sealing door. The focus of the present invention is on the application of ultrasonic attenuation data. The absorption capacity of the clothes for absorbing ultrasonic waves is different due to different materials of the clothes. Therefore, clothes of different materials can be matched according to the ultrasonic attenuation data, and the corresponding data can be stored in the database in advance.

searching the absorption capacity value of the ultrasonic wave absorbed by the clothes matched with the database according to the current ultrasonic wave attenuation data;
and determining the clothes material matched with the ultrasonic wave according to the absorption capacity value of the ultrasonic wave.
Of course, since the components of the clothes material are various, the database should be divided into the following categories, for example: cotton, silk, leather, wool, and the like. If there is no completely matched value in the database, the corresponding material class can be matched according to the closest value. And the follow-up nursing process is determined according to the large class of materials, so that the nursing error risk is reduced.
Step S5 of the present invention specifically includes the steps of:
searching the optimal steam parameters of the steam generator matched with the clothes material according to the clothes material, wherein the steam parameters of the steam generator comprise steam jet flow, steam temperature and working time; operating the steam generator at the optimal steam parameters.
Searching the optimal heating parameters of the PTC heating block matched with the material of the clothes according to the material of the clothes, wherein the heating parameters of the PTC heating block comprise the heating temperature and the working time of the PTC heating block; operating the PTC heating block at the optimal heating parameter.
Of course, the step S5 may further include other nursing processes, such as the working time of the nursing machine, that is, the user or manufacturer may perform fixed selection of the clothes nursing process according to different clothes materials in advance, which greatly improves the intelligent degree of clothes nursing.
The nursing machine also has a special descaling program. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages that: the material of the clothes is automatically identified, and the corresponding optimal nursing conditions are automatically matched according to the material of the clothes, so that the degree of automation is high, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved; and when the ultrasonic attenuation data is abnormal, the position of the ultrasonic attenuation data can be a dirt position, and only the steam port closest to the position of the ultrasonic attenuation data in the nursing cavity is started according to the dirt position to perform fixed-point descaling.
