Detailed Description
The utility model is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a novel sensor 100 of the present application mainly comprises: a mount 10, a connecting tube part 30, a PCB board 40, and an upper cover 50. Wherein the mount 10 is provided on the pipe wall of the connecting pipe portion 30. The mounting seat 10 is formed with a square receiving groove 20, and an opening of the receiving groove 20 is also square. The PCB board 40 is disposed in the receiving groove 20. The upper cover 50 is mounted to the mounting seat 10 to close the receiving groove 20. The upper cover 50 is also square and matches the opening of the receiving groove 20. A pressing part 51 is formed below the upper cover 50, and the pressing part 51 presses the PCB 40 to fix the PCB 40 in the receiving groove 20 when the upper cover 50 is mounted to the mount base 10. An elastic buckle 52 is further formed below the upper cover 50, and a slot 11 matched with the elastic buckle 52 is formed on the mounting base 10. After the PCB 40 is placed in the receiving groove 20, the upper cover 50 is fastened to the opening of the receiving groove 20. The elastic catch 52 under the upper cover 50 is caught in the catching groove 11 of the mounting seat 10, thereby locking the upper cover 50 to the mounting seat 10.
The novel sensor 100 also includes a resilient support 60. The elastic support 60 is disposed between the upper cover 50 and the PCB board 40 and is in a compressed state when the upper cover 50 is mounted to the mount base 10. The lower surface of the upper cover 50 is formed with a receiving seat 53 for receiving one end of the elastic support 60. The upper surface of the PCB 40 is formed with a groove 41 to be engaged with the other end of the elastic support 60. The elastic support 60 is fitted with the receiving seat 53 at one end and the recess 41 at the other end.
It will be appreciated that the cover 50 is difficult to remove after it has been snapped into the mounting cup 10. Thus, when the PCB 40 needs to be repaired, the upper cover 50 is not easily removed, thereby causing inconvenience in subsequent maintenance work. Therefore, in the present embodiment, an elastic support 60 is additionally provided between the upper cover 50 and the PCB 40, and when the upper cover 50 needs to be detached, the elastic latch 52 is manually pressed to eject the elastic latch 52 out of the card slot 11. Thus, the upper cover 50 is automatically moved outward by the elastic force of the elastic support member 60, thereby facilitating the removal of the upper cover 50.
In the present application, the novel sensor 100 comprises two resilient supports 60. The two elastic supports 60 are located at both ends of the receiving groove 20 and are spaced apart in the direction of the central axis of the connecting tube portion 30. The elastic support 60 is a coil spring, an elastic column, or the like.
In a preferred embodiment, four pressing portions 51 are formed below the upper cover 50. The four pressing portions 51 are distributed below four sides of the upper cover 50 to press the PCB board 40 from four different orientations when the upper cover 50 is mounted to the mount base 10. The advantage of this arrangement is that the upper cover 50 can press the PCB 40 from the periphery thereof by four pressing portions 51, and the fixing effect is better.
In a preferred embodiment, four elastic buckles 52 are formed under the upper cover 50. The four elastic buckles 52 are provided below two sides of the upper cover 50 parallel to the central axis of the connecting tube portion 30, and two elastic buckles 52 are provided below each side parallel to the central axis of the connecting tube portion 30. Four slots 11 are formed on the mounting base 10 to cooperate with the elastic buckles 52.
Thus, the position of the engagement of the upper cover 50 and the mount 10 is set in the lateral direction of the connecting tube portion 30. Thus, the connecting tube portion 30 itself does not interfere with the maintenance personnel pressing the elastic catch 52 to remove the upper cover 50.
In a preferred embodiment, an external thread portion 31 is formed at one end of the connecting pipe portion 30, and a stopper flange 32 is formed at one end of the external thread portion 31 close to the mounting seat 10. The male screw portion 31 is used for screwing with other members.
In a preferred embodiment, the other end of the connecting tube portion 30 is provided with a fixing hole portion 33. The fixing hole portion 33 is formed with two fixing holes 34. Two fixing holes 34 are respectively located at both sides of the connecting tube portion 30. The center axes of the two fixing holes 34 are parallel to each other.
As an optional implementation, the novel sensor further comprises an elastic supporting frame. The elastic support frame is arranged between the PCB and the mounting seat to elastically support the circumferential edge of the PCB. The elastic supporting frame is made of rubber. Thus, the PCB is elastically contacted with the mounting seat through the elastic supporting frame. Therefore, when the upper cover presses the PCB through the pressing part, the PCB is not damaged by excessive pressure generated between the PCB and the mounting seat.
It can be understood that, in such an embodiment, the PCB board is connected to the mounting seat through the elastic support frame, but the middle portion of the PCB board is in a suspended state. Thus, the pressing of the PCB by the elastic support member may cause the PCB to be bent downward to be deformed. In order to solve the problem, four elastic rubber columns are arranged between the PCB and the installation seat and between the PCB and the installation seat. The elastic rubber column is arranged on the mounting seat. And the position of the groove corresponds to the groove on the other surface of the PCB.
As an alternative embodiment, the novel sensor further comprises a connecting chain, one end of the connecting chain is connected to the upper surface of the upper cover, and the other end of the connecting chain is connected to the mounting seat. Therefore, when an operator dismantles the upper cover to overhaul the PCB, the upper cover cannot be lost due to human negligence.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
