5. A rapid and safe sputum aspirator according to claim 4, characterized in that the recovery part (4) is internally provided with an inclined sputum aspirator (401).

A rapid and safe sputum aspirator according to claim 5, wherein the recovery part (4) is connected with an air suction part (5), and the connection between the recovery part (4) and the air suction part (5) is provided with a plurality of layers of baffles for preventing sputum from entering the air suction part (5).
7. A rapid and safe sputum aspirator according to claim 6, wherein the suction portion (5) is divided into two sections, the first section (501) being connected to the recovery portion (4) and the second section (502) being provided with an opening for facilitating docking with a ventilator.

A rapid safety sputum aspirator according to claim 7, wherein the first section (501) is divided into two chambers, the first chamber (510) comprises a first suction hole (511), an aspirator (512) and a battery element (513), the first suction hole (511) is located on the last baffle where the recovery part (4) and the suction part (5) are connected to the suction port of the aspirator (512) via the first suction hole (511) in a pipeline, the second chamber (520) is a ventilator suction chamber comprising a second suction hole (521) and a flow passage (522) for gas circulation, the second suction hole (521) is located below the first suction hole (511) and the first chamber (510) and the second chamber (520) are separated by a separation plate (530).

A rapid safety sputum aspirator according to claim 8, wherein the first chamber (510) extends and vents only from the exhaust tube of the aspirator (512) to the second section (502), the remainder not communicating with the second section (502), and the second chamber (520) communicating directly with the second section (502).
10. A rapid safety sputum aspirator according to claim 9, wherein the second section (502) is used to expel gas from its opening, the second section (502) being provided with the opening for connection to a ventilator.
