Description

本实用新型涉及水体杀菌、灭藻处理技术。
日常生活和工业用水通常都要进行杀菌消毒或者灭藻处理后才能使用,目前大多数采用化学方法进行杀菌、灭藻处理。如游泳池用水是采用漂白粉和含氯杀菌剂杀菌消毒,用硫酸铜进行灭藻。这些化学品不仅费用高而且对人体有刺激作用,有害人体健康。同样,工业用水采用化学方法灭藻不仅费用高而且灭藻不彻底,还会对环境产生二次污染。近年来有采用电子技术进行水处理的报道,这种方法是通过改变水的物理化学性质,达到除垢、阻垢水处理目的,可是杀菌、灭藻效果差,这种电子水处理装置工作时常会发生气阻现象,不能处理大流量水或者压力水。
本实用新型目的是提供一种装置,它能处理大流量水或者压力水而不发生气阻现象;对水体活化而不改变水的化学性质并能调节水中氧自由基的活性从而达到对生活用水和工业用水进行杀菌、灭藻。
本实用新型是这样构成的,水处理器内的中心置有一根用正过电位高、抗氧抗氯材料制成的电极作为阳极,内表面镀有负过电位高的材料的水处理器壳体作为阴极,工作时在低压静电发生器作用下阳极与阴极间产生低压静电场。进、出水口的位置设置在水处理器的两端,成为直通式水处理器,进、出水口由分别开在两端法兰圆盘上的若干个圆孔构成,或者进、出水口的位置设在水处理器的两侧端,成为旁通式水处理器。本水处理器可以竖式安装也可卧式安装,它的进、出水口可以互换。在水处理器内运行若干秒钟的水,经低压静电场的作用,其杀菌、灭藻率达99%。
本实用新型的优点在于、把进、出水口设置在水处理器的两端或者两侧端,解决了水处理器工作时发生气阻的问题,提高了水处理的功能;能在很短的时间内处理大量的水、杀菌、灭藻效率高;本水处理器可竖直安装也可卧式安装且进、出水口可以互换、方便了装拆、维护保养以及推广应用。

由正过电位高、抗氧抗氯材料制成的电极4作为阳极设置在水处理器内中心,其两端通过由绝缘材料制成的绝缘固定件1、6牢牢固定在法兰盘2、8的中部,法兰盘2、8与水处理器的壳体5两端牢固连接在一起,壳体5作为阴极的内表面镀有负过电位高的材料。作为阴极。低压静电发生器9的正、负极分别与电极4、壳体5连接。进水口7,出水口3、分别由开在法兰盘2、8上的若干个圆孔构成。当水进入水处理器内受低压静电场的作用,水中的细菌和藻类的生态环境发生变化,使其丧失生存条件,从而起到杀菌、灭藻作用。

  1. 水体杀菌、灭藻处理器,包括绝缘固定件(1)、(6),法兰圆盘(2)、(8),电极(4),壳体(5)以及低压静电发生器(9),其特征在于电极(4)由绝缘固定件(1)、(6)固定在法兰圆盘(2)、(8)上;进水口(7)、出水口(3)的位置分别设在水处理器的两端或者两侧端。
