The cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 are intensively arranged in the device tank body 1, the filtration separator 4 utilizes the natural flow of the wastewater from top to bottom, the requirement on energy consumption is low, the sedimentation separator 3 accelerates the natural sedimentation separation of particles in the wastewater, the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 comprehensively play a role, and the separation effect of impurities such as particles, colloid and the like of the wastewater is enhanced, so that the wastewater treatment device 100 has the advantages of simple structure, high sedimentation speed and good separation effect.
In this embodiment, the vertical position in the apparatus tank 1 refers to the vertical position in the direction of gravity, and the successive position in the purification flow path refers to the successive time when the wastewater treatment apparatus 100 flows to each position in the process of treating wastewater. The apparatus tank 1 may have various shapes, and the purification flow path may have various shapes, for example, the apparatus tank 1 may have a tubular shape curved in an up-down direction and having a certain horizontal length, and the purification flow path may have a certain horizontal length curved in an up-down direction, and if the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3, and the filtration separator 4 are sequentially provided on the purification flow path, but the positional relationship of the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3, and the filtration separator 4 in the up-down direction of the apparatus tank 1 is not limited, and the sedimentation separator 3 located at the intermediate position of the purification flow path may be located at the relatively highest position or the relatively lowest position of the apparatus tank 1 due to the up-down direction of the purification flow path, rather than in the middle of the apparatus tank 1, the relationship between the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 in the flow path and the relationship between the upper and lower positions in the apparatus tank 1 are not necessarily connected, therefore, the present invention does not limit the vertical position relationship of the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 in the apparatus tank 1, the sequential position relationship among the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 in the flow path is not limited, the sequential position relationship of the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 in the flow path and the vertical position relationship in the apparatus tank 1 can be respectively considered and designed according to actual requirements.
In this embodiment, in the apparatus tank 1, the cyclone 2, the sedimentation separator 3, and the filtration separator 4 are sequentially distributed in the direction from bottom to top, because the cyclone 2 generates strong turbulent motion to the wastewater, there is a particle size difference between coarse particles and fine particles in the wastewater, which are subjected to different magnitudes such as centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag force, etc., and under the centrifugal sedimentation effect, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom flow port 23 of the cyclone, and most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow port 22 of the cyclone, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and classification, so that the cyclone 2 is distributed below, the distance that the coarse particles naturally sink to the bottom of the apparatus tank 1 can be reduced, the influence of the natural sedimentation of the coarse particles under the action of gravity on the sedimentation separator 3 and the filtration separator 4 can be avoided, and at the same time, the filtration separator 4 intercepts impurities such as particles and colloids, impurity loss such as granule and colloid is few, and is little to the influence of other devices, more is fit for distributing at last, consequently, swirler 2 precipitate separator 3 and filter separator 4 distributes the setting in proper order by supreme orientation down, subsides the mutual influence that causes with impurity gravity such as granule and colloid and reduces, and waste water separation effect is better.
The centrifugal separation of the cyclone 2 and the sedimentation separation of the sedimentation separator 3 both utilize density difference for separation, and the filtration separator 4 intercepts impurities such as particles and colloids in the wastewater through a porous filter medium, so that the separation effect is relatively more efficient, and the separation is more suitable for being arranged at a later position of the purification flow path and used as a subsequent purification process of the centrifugal separation of the cyclone 2 and the sedimentation separation of the sedimentation separator 3 so as to ensure the quality of the effluent, therefore, in the embodiment, the device tank body 1 is provided with the wastewater inlet 11, the water outlet 42 of the filtration separator penetrates through the device tank body 1, the purification flow path is formed between the wastewater inlet 11 and the water outlet 42 of the filtration separator, namely, the wastewater is discharged after being subjected to the efficient filtration separation of the filtration separator 4.
Further, as the purification process proceeds, of course, the content of impurities such as particles and colloids in the wastewater close to the wastewater inlet 11 is high, and the content of impurities such as particles and colloids in the wastewater close to the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator is low, if the wastewater inlet 11 is higher than the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator, the particles and colloids in the wastewater close to the wastewater inlet 11 will reach the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator due to natural sedimentation, and as the effluent is discharged, the content of particles and impurities in the effluent at the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator is increased, which affects the wastewater separation effect, so in this embodiment, in order to enhance the wastewater separation effect, the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator is higher than the wastewater inlet 11.

In this embodiment, the side walls 31 are arranged in plurality and parallel to each other, the flow passage is divided into a series of shallow layers of sedimentation layers, and the particulate matters move and separate in each sedimentation shallow layer, so that the sedimentation treatment capacity is improved, the sedimentation distance of the particles is shortened, the sedimentation time is shortened, the sedimentation area of the sedimentation tank is increased, and the treatment efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, after the wastewater enters the cyclone 2 from the water inlet 21 of the cyclone, the cyclone 2 generates strong turbulent motion to the wastewater, and the coarse particles and the fine particles in the wastewater have a particle size difference, which is subjected to different magnitudes of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag force, and the like, and subjected to centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the underflow port 23 of the cyclone, and most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow port 22 of the cyclone, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and classification, therefore, in order to accelerate the sedimentation velocity of the coarse particles, not only can the cyclone 2 be arranged at the lower position of the device tank 1 to reduce the sedimentation distance as described above, but also can the sedimentation of the coarse particles be realized by arranging a more reasonable sedimentation path, in this embodiment, the underflow port 23 of the cyclone is arranged opposite to the bottom of the device tank 1, and the coarse particles rely on centrifugal sedimentation, after being discharged from the underflow port 23 of the cyclone, the wastewater can be directly settled to the bottom of the tank body 1 of the device, so that the settling speed is accelerated.
Furthermore, the filtering separator 4 includes a cavity, the cavity is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by a partition plate 43 with holes, the upper cavity is filled with a filtering material 44, the water inlet 41 of the filtering separator is arranged on the side wall of the upper cavity, the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator is arranged on the side wall of the lower cavity, so that the water inlet 41 of the filtering separator is higher than the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator, after the wastewater flows in from the water inlet 41 of the filtering separator, the wastewater is filtered by the filtering material 44, the water flows through the holes of the partition plate 43 with holes, and finally flows out from the water outlet 42 of the filtering separator, so that the natural flow characteristic of the wastewater from top to bottom is utilized, the energy consumption requirement is low, and the wastewater treatment device 100 has a relatively simple structure.
In this embodiment, the filtering material 44 is a sand filtering filler, and in order to avoid that the granular filler is brought out from the holes of the perforated partition plate 43 and affects the filtering effect, a water filtering cap 431 is installed on each of the holes of the perforated partition plate 43.
In order to ensure the filtering effect, the filtering material 44 needs to be replaced in time, so that the filtering material 44 is replaced conveniently, in this embodiment, the side wall of the upper cavity is provided with a filtering material replacing port 45.
Furthermore, the impurities such as particles and colloids in the wastewater settle to the bottom of the device tank body 1, so that the impurities such as particles and colloids can be collected and discharged conveniently, in the embodiment, the cross section of the bottom of the device tank body 1 is in a reducing arrangement, the bottom of the device tank body 1 is provided with the drain 12, the impurities such as particles and colloids in the wastewater slide down along the bottom of the tank body 1 which is in the reducing arrangement so as to be collected in a concentrated manner and finally discharged from the drain 12, the underflow opening 23 of the cyclone faces the drain 12, coarse particles discharged from the underflow opening 23 of the cyclone are more quickly concentrated to the drain 12, and the wastewater separation efficiency is improved.
