Optionally, the first filter screen units 22 and the second filter screen units 23 are provided in plurality, the first filter screen units 22 and the second filter screen units 23 are alternately arranged, and the first filter screen units 22 are sequentially hinged to the second filter screen units 23.
When the first filter screen units 22 and the second filter screen units 23 are provided in plurality, the first filter screen units 22 and the second filter screen units 23 are alternately arranged, and the first filter screen units 22 are sequentially hinged to the second filter screen units 23. Specifically, a first end of the first filter screen unit 22, namely the first filter screen unit 22, is hinged to the air outlet frame 10 through a first rotating shaft 225, and a seventh end of the second filter screen unit, namely the first second filter screen unit 23, is hinged to the fourth end 224 of the first filter screen unit 22 through a second rotating shaft 234; a third filter screen unit, namely a second first filter screen unit 22, wherein the first end of the second first filter screen unit 22 is hinged with the sixth end 232 of the first second filter screen unit 23 through a first rotating shaft 225; a fourth screen unit, namely a second screen unit 23, wherein the seventh end of the second screen unit 23 is hinged with the fourth end 224 of the second first screen unit 22 by a second hinge 234; the connection of the fifth screen unit, i.e., the third first screen unit 22, the first end of the third first screen unit 22 to the sixth end 232 of the second screen unit 23 by the hinge … … of the first hinge 225, and so on, ensures that when the foldable screen 20 is in the extended position, the first hinges 225 are located on the same side, and the second hinges 234 are located on the same side and opposite to the side where the first hinges 225 are located. Like this, guaranteed that the rotation direction of every adjacent two filter screen units is opposite, and then made the collapsible filter screen 20 that a plurality of first filter screen units 22 and a plurality of second filter screen units 23 constitute can fold in air-out framework 10, prevented effectively because of the rotation direction unanimous first filter screen unit 22 and second filter screen unit 23 stretch out air-out framework 10, and then destroyed filter equipment's aesthetic property and occupy filter equipment's exterior space. Meanwhile, since the plurality of first rotating shafts 225 are located at the same side and the plurality of second rotating shafts 234 are located at the same side opposite to the side where the plurality of first rotating shafts 225 are located when the foldable screen 20 is in the unfolded state, the maximum rotating angle of the first rotating shafts 225 and the second rotating shafts 234 approaches 180 degrees as the gap between the first screen unit 22 and the second screen unit 23 is smaller. If the rotation is continued, the opposite sides of the first screen unit 22 and the second screen unit 23 will contact, and the first rotating shaft 225 and the second rotating shaft 234 will stop further rotation. Therefore, when the foldable filter screen 20 is in the stretching state, the foldable filter screen 20 is a flat filter screen to the maximum extent, so that the air entering the filter device from the air port 101 can be completely filtered, and the filtering effect of the filter device is effectively improved.
Optionally, there is a removable connection between the first and second screen units 22, 23 to allow the foldable screen 20 to fit different sizes of air openings 101.
In this way, the foldable screen 20 is modularized, and the foldable screen 20 formed by splicing the first screen unit 22 and the second screen unit 23 is matched with the air openings 101 with different specifications and sizes by increasing or reducing the number of the first screen unit 22 or the second screen unit 23. For example, when the tuyere 101 is too small, the entire tuyere can be covered by simply splicing the first and second screen units 22 and 23. When the tuyere 101 is excessively large, it is possible to pass through the plurality of first and second screen units 22 and 23 alternately in sequence. The screen unit is flexibly mounted or dismounted according to the size of the tuyere 101 as long as it is ensured that the entire tuyere 101 can be covered when the foldable screen 20 is in the extended state. Thus, material can be saved effectively, and cost can be saved.
Meanwhile, the number of the first and second screen units 22 and 23 is set according to the size of the tuyere 101, so that the filtering apparatus can be in an optimal filtering effect. For example, when the number of installed filter units is small, the entire air inlet 101 cannot be covered, and thus the air introduced into the filter device cannot be completely filtered, and the foreign substances are introduced into the filter device through the position where the filter unit is not provided, and thus the foldable filter 20 cannot perform a good filtering effect. When more filter units are installed, it is still not possible to spread out all filter units when the driving member 40 is slid to the extreme position of the sliding space. This results in gaps at the screen units of the pleated portion, and likewise, air entering the filter device is not filtered completely, but impurities still enter the filter device through the gaps, and thus the pleated screen 20 does not perform a good filtering function.
The first sieve unit 22 and the second sieve unit 23 are detachably connected, and the foldable sieve 20 can be conveniently cleaned by a user.
Optionally, the foldable screen 20 further comprises a sealing strip disposed at the free end 202 of the foldable screen 20 and two sides connected to the free end 202.
When the foldable filter screen 20 is in the extended state, gaps inevitably exist between the free end 202 of the foldable filter screen 20 and the two side edges connected with the free end 202 and the air opening 101, and sealing strips are arranged at the free end 202 of the foldable filter screen 20 and the two side edges connected with the free end 202 to block the gaps. Thus, the edge of the foldable filter screen 20 is sealed, so that air can only enter the air inlet through the foldable filter screen 20, and the filtering effect of the foldable filter screen 20 is effectively improved.
Optionally, both ends of each screen unit are provided with a traction portion 21.
Thus, when different numbers of screen units are arranged according to the size of the air inlet 101, the driving member 40 can be connected with the traction part 21 to drive the movement of the screen units.
Optionally, the foldable filter screen 20 further includes a sealing device disposed at two sides of the foldable filter screen 20, and one end of the sealing device is a fixed portion fixed at the air opening 101, and the other end is a free portion connected to the free end 202 of the foldable filter screen 20.
The sealing device moves along with the movement of the foldable filter screen 20, the driving piece 40 drives the traction part 21, further drives the foldable filter screen 20 to move and simultaneously drives the sealing device to move, and when the foldable filter screen 20 is in an extending state, the sealing device is also in the extending state and plays a role in sealing the edge part of the foldable filter screen 20; when the foldable filter screen 20 is in the folded state, the sealing device is also in the folded state, and does not occupy the ventilation area of the tuyere 101. Therefore, the sealing effect is further ensured, air can only enter the air opening through the foldable filter screen 20, and the filtering effect of the foldable filter screen 20 is effectively improved.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the filtering device for the air conditioner.
When the air conditioner is provided with a plurality of air ports 101, a filtering device for the air conditioner is arranged at each air port 101, so that the air outlet and air return functions of the air ports 101 can be flexibly switched.
